The store has a split-level layout, with stairs that lead to a small loft upstairs that has some seating. The space doesn't have capacity to seat a lot of people, I can't see more than 10 people being seated comfortably here, though they do offer free wifi. Staff were friendly and greeted us right away when we came in around 9ish on a Sunday morning. There were a couple of other people waiting for drinks when we came, but it was fairly quiet. We didn't take long to get our drinks. My husband got a black coffee and I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk. I thought the matcha was fine but the taste of it was a little different compared to other places and I wasn't sure if it was because the oat milk they use is different to other coffee shops. Either way, they have some interesting sounding drinks and I may be back to try those.
