The couch here is comfortable but sadly, you can tell that they've been very worn down since there is big spots that sink you right in. Lovely decor nontheless and there's a pretty good aesthetic going on. Prices are pretty reasonable!!! Parking lot across from this spot. Also the ladies here kind of belted out their laughters very loudly even though they are in the corner and it can be disruptive, but it's alright. It just happened very often, even when they climbed upstairs, so it kind of changed the ambiance but nothing too bad. The roast they use for their espresso has a nutty forward finish that lingers and is a nice break from your usual coffee. Not only is the coffee good, the customer service is wonderful! Ian has made my coffee a number of times, he has an impeccable taste for blending and layering flavors into your coffee. Give this man a raise! His knowledge and vibes alone are truly an asset! I appreciate that this coffee shop does not rely on overly saturated and sugary syrups to craft their drinks. The shop is perfect for people who truly enjoy their espresso or people looking for original and seasonal offerings.

Cute Venmo QR code put out by staff to encourage bday tips. Birthday decorations. Small space for indoor seating. A couple benches outside along the sidewalk. More of an order to go kind of spot. The Okasan was the highlight, which did surprise me as I typically didn't like any drink with zesty twist while this one had Kumquat. I I hardly ever crave drinks and this is definitely making my brain go into addiction mode. The Activated Charcoal Matcha is a MUST get! Both House Special drinks were $7.50. They have oat, almond and coconut milk supplements OR you can go fancy and add Kotaji Rice Fermented Oak Milk for an extra dolla ~ so cool! It was so unexpected and unapologetically different that I felt like I'd stepped back into the 80s, when people actually engaged in analog life. Handwritten notes, journaling, people-watching, real conversations... and just being present. I kept it simple and ordered the coffee of the day from Ecuador, and it completely delivered. I've never described coffee this way before, but it was smooth, balanced, and completely unoffensive in the best possible sense- no bitterness, no harsh acidity, just easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The vibe leans almost speakeasy. Intentionally undigital, very human, with music spinning from a record player in the corner. It's the kind of place that quietly forces you to slow down without telling you to. Safe to say, I'll be back. I can easily see this becoming a regular spot for me.
