One corner is the cafe area where you can order and the other side is where you can sit around or do some desk work on one of the tables. I'd say there is about 2 outlets so you should be prepared to have to wait for one of those seats to open up. The couch here is comfortable but sadly, you can tell that they've been very worn down since there is big spots that sink you right in. Lovely decor nontheless and there's a pretty good aesthetic going on. Prices are pretty reasonable!!! Parking lot across from this spot. Also the ladies here kind of belted out their laughters very loudly even though they are in the corner and it can be disruptive, but it's alright. It just happened very often, even when they climbed upstairs, so it kind of changed the ambiance but nothing too bad. As of now I would probably not want to come back here again, but I would possibly be open to joining a friend here to chill.

Ian has made my coffee a number of times, he has an impeccable taste for blending and layering flavors into your coffee. Give this man a raise! His knowledge and vibes alone are truly an asset! I appreciate that this coffee shop does not rely on overly saturated and sugary syrups to craft their drinks. The shop is perfect for people who truly enjoy their espresso or people looking for original and seasonal offerings.

I initially wanna go for their Hojicha Matcha but they're unfortunately out. I then ended up with my second option, the Activated Charcoal latte. The default came unsweetened with whole milk. There were alternative milk with extra $1 charge. The coffee was great and would even be better if it could be tad less milky IMHO. The Okasan was the highlight, which did surprise me as I typically didn't like any drink with zesty twist while this one had Kumquat. Most customers just want good coffee and efficient service. A coffee shop isn't a psychologist's office. I don't know if this message should be directed at the workers who are always trying to be nice or the customers who don't seem to care about the people waiting around them.

There is a large free parking lot though, so that part's easy!
