So much that we make a monthly trip to town to stock up. Whenever we see Hyungjung at her store or at the farmer's market, Quey is always so excited to see her because he knows she has treat samples. Quey is also allergic to chicken and whenever we see Hyungjung, she remembers and she never offers him chicken treats. Incredibly thoughtful business!

They provide quality products. Frozen raw beef, chicken, venison, duck, rabbit. (Not sure if the more exotic meats are always available). I like their grass fed beef stumps in 32oz bags. Grass fed USA closest I can get to organic, which I believe helps my dogs NOT have many or any skin allergies. (Would do chicken but it's not organic grain fed and I also try not to feed my dog non-organic grain, but that's just me.) The stumps come as 1 oz pieces and I can attest to the consistency in weight. They had changed from their own production to another vendor for awhile to try and save on costs but stopped when they couldn't depend on the vendor. I've even weighed the product and they are spot on. Great integrity. Their dried beef hearts, liver, etc. are great snacks for my dog. They are very nice, it's a family run business, and while it's pricey (because it's raw foods) I don't need to spend money on allergy meds/injections for my dog. I do mix it with dehydrated food and organic non-grain kibble to keep costs down somewhat. All worth it! I highly recommend the food at this place for your dog! The woman who works there is very knowledgeable and gave me the run down of all their products and how much food my cat would likely need. This is my first pet so I have very little experience in animal nutrition. All of the food looks very fresh and high quality. Our cat is still a kitten so I'll probably be back for their sliced 1oz raw venison when she's an adult! For now I just grabbed the beef liver (cut into very satisfying little cubes) and the chicken hearts. Highly recommend! I was wary because of some of the other reviews but honestly my experience was incredibly pleasant.

I only feed my dog natural 1-2 ingredient treats and this place has plenty of them. From duck neck to chicken feet, and beef jerky. No preservatives either! They are very generous with the samples for the dogs too! Which is great because my dog is very picky, and there are only a few things he actually is motivated to eat. The staff here is very sweet and you can tell that they really really care about your dogs. They even have daycare / overnight care services. Now that I know how close it is to my friend's house, I'm sure we will stop by again soon!

I couldn't get a hold of the store or Michelle, and I decided to make my way over to the shop to see if she showed up, and if they had power at their place...and to let her know we would most likely have to reschedule due to the circumstances, and also not being able to get a hold of everyone. To my surprise, Michelle was there, just in case we showed up!.....like a true, dedicated, small business owner. We did not expect that by any means, considering the circumstances....but she went WAY out of her way when communication wasn't possible...her own house had some flooding, and she left all that just to show up "in case" we came by. Truly floored by her dedication and commitment to her customers and her business. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule for the following weekend, and had such a blast!...The space was perfect for all the pups and humans to socialize. Such a cute space on the other side!...couches, tables, benches, ball pit, TV's, AC, a cooler, etc...it had all the things you'd need for a successful get together. And they made the perfect cake for all the pups to enjoy! They all loved it lol. Thank you again, Michelle!! You're seriously the best!

We were selling our pups first birthday and decided to stop in. The story is very welcoming with a bunch of options for your pet. The cashier was able to celebrate with us by providing a pup cup and a picture taking option at the little selfie station next to the register. Pups are allowed inside and they can take a look at things around. There is also a little play area on the side which I believe they provide some type of service for daycare or play time. We will definitely make this a once a month stopping as our puppy absolutely enjoyed her willful and birthday cake.

They'll also cater your dogs birthday or work with you if you have any special requests. My dog tried several items and enjoyed them all. Some items can also be frozen too if you want to save it for another day.

808 Raw Food is amazing…read more The staff and owner is always so kind. We get bulk deliveries once a month. Sometimes they even throw in a nice sample! It can be hard to find good quality raw food on island. It is also nice to have a convenient way of purchasing raw food. Having the front door delivery option has been life saving. We also love the idea of a raw food diet for our fur baby - which is what brought us to 808 Raw Pet Food to begin with. However . . . Our dog got very sick after our last purchase of raw food: vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite, lethargy and weakness (to the point of not being able to stand without assistance). We took her to the vet for a physical exam, blood tests, etc. These results were all normal. The timing (new batch of food) and stomach issues pointed most likely to food poisoning or similar from the raw food. To be clear, we are NOT upset or blaming anyone. We are also NOT discouraging anyone from raw foods. We were well aware of the risks of bacterial contamination, etc. and it was one of the things we considered when making this decision. Unfortunately, we had a very scary and expensive (vet bill) experience with these risks and caution everyone to take these very seriously. Outside of this, the staff were very friendly. They have a good assortment of food and snack offerings. Parking can be challenging - DO NOT bring a large vehicle.

We have to break them in half for her, but that just means they last twice as long! Side note: my husband tried a sample lol and said they'd be great with tea. Got to love an all natural treat for your pup that is safe for you to eat, too!
