There's a poster of Florence, Italy. I don't know why. The decor is a mish-mash of nothing that makes much sense. There's a small amount of tables in an area that resembles a poor man's Five Guys or your typical store front Chinese take-out. Throw in a modern ordering screen, off to the side, and choose your order. I was a bit put off that they change extra for each sauce when most places are complementary. So there's that. Well this review isn't sounding very positive HOWEVER, the fried chicken is quite good! Nice sized portions, piping hot and JUICY!! And it is ultimately all about the chicken, right?

A staple in my home. Mostly delivered. Chicken is well seasoned. Not greasy. Arrived hot. The fries are hit or miss. My first recommendation for Korean fried chicken.

Awesome Korean corn dogs!! The popcorn chicken was also good. Very fresh and crispy. I got the small and it was huge!!

The most delicious corn dog I've ever had in my life. Instead of meat my friend and I opted for mozzarella the one on the left was a rice dog with mozzarella while the one on the right was a potato dog with mozzarella. Both dogs were on a stick and coated with sugar. I had a bite of each and they were delicious we will be back for the meat ones!

Soooo I hate giving new local places low reviews but I just have to. First and foremost, the staff was very accommodating and friendly and I truly wish the best for their business. That being said, I probably won't be returning. The food was okay but I was very put off by the description of the the food and menu. Many things should have been described in the menu. The plain fried had some kick/spice to them- which I didn't mind, but when ordering plain fries for a young child here, it became problematic. Also, the lemonades were not traditional lemonades, there was carbonation added to it and they were WAY. TO. SWEET. It tasted like straight syrup. That and overpriced for a lemonade. The chicken was decent- I definitely recommend the soy garlic over the glazed. We also ordered the rice and potato dogs- I preferred the potato personallly, but if you order it- just be ready for a heavily fried/cheesy/saucy order. So all in all, I respect what good chicken is doing, I just don't think it was executed well. I must say, I won't be returning- but a genuine best of luck to the business!

The fries were so yummy and everything was really good. I would recommend eating there as by the time we got home the chicken was not as crunchy. The staff was so nice and they all seemed to really live their jobs. They provided great recommendations. I will be back to try other things from their menu

There's nothing more to say than go get you a Korean corn dog! I was really in the mood for chicken but when I got there I saw they had "corn dogs" that didn't look like the typical ones you have at a fair. These were fried, coated in sugar and topped with their specialty sauce. I couldn't decide between a Rice dog or a potato dog so I got both in half & half (mozzarella & beef hot dog). Yum! These are best when fresh because nobody likes reheated mozzarella cheese.

Good place to go to late at night. Had a nice variety of chicken. Fries were fries, love 'em. Can never complain. We were able to get the korean corn dogs. I've had a couple korndogs before and these were very unique. As seen in the picture they are thicker so they had more mozzarella in them. They also had a sauce around the korndog which made it very sweet. If you have a sweet tooth it's a must try.

Stumbled upon this establishment while out there working. Amazing wings. Pretty much all I had. But will definitely be back. Wings were on point. Service was on point. Ambiance was chill.

Rice dog & mozzarella potato dog . Neither made the car ride home.

Another stellar review for Good Chicken! The quality of the food is outstanding, as is the service. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer family-run business. Picked up food for the whole fam; potato dogs, regular and soy garlic wings (both spicy and mild), seasoned fries, and some teas with lychee jelly. Even my mother who has never cared for wings said "wings aren't worth the trouble, but these are so meaty and good!" If you haven't tried Good Chicken yet, you're missing out.

An amazing time per usual. The server was nice but a bit slow in checking in on us for refills or…read moremore napkins. However, the appetizer bar and sauces always help to elevate the hot pot and this is one of my favorite locations because of how much they offer. I will definitely be visiting again when I'm back in the area.

Wow! What a new experience for us! Means I have seen Hot POT places many times across the shores,…read moreand though they don't give a vibe from outside (IMO), but once you step inside, it's a whole different world. Kearny KPOT has almost ~13K reviews on Google with a 4.9 rating, which means just wow! So we decided to go there instead of our nearby Parsippany location. The first thing that disappointed us was the waiting time. They only take reservations for parties of 6+, and we ended up waiting about 70 minutes, with a kid along with us. Since we had already driven 35 minutes, we decided to stick it out. We got the A2 table. Our server, Pickel Rick, explained the whole Hot Pot + BBQ concept. We chose both options together--and the whole table has to agree on the same setup (so one person can't do only hot pot while another does only BBQ...Come on, they are smart too Hot pot was $32 and +$5 more and you can have both= means $37 per person + tax... The BBQ grill lets you control the heat, and the induction keeps your hot pot soup warm. Ordering is all done through a tablet on the table. This is an all-you-can-eat thing, any meat (Pork, Beef, seafood, chicken, Lamb) for BBQ... and you can increase/decrease the temperature of the BBQ. So it's all sorted out! Induction is there to keep your soup/pot warm, order any type of noodles (Ramn-Rice-Pho to add in your soup with all veggies, dumplings, and whatnot, so keep ordering from the tab they give you to order. They have a big selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and sauces. The quality is decent, and the food comes out quickly. The hotpot broth has good flavor, and grilling the meats at the table is enjoyable. It's basically a "cook your own food" style, so it's fun if you like that kind of thing. It was a fun experience, ordering chicken/prawn/jumbo prawns/ lamb/ dumplings = putting it in soup or into BBQ platter... some got less cooked, some were well, and some I am gonna call "well done" We were there for about 2 hours, which is actually their time limit. They even mentioned you get a small refund if you leave early (first time hearing that!). Also, if you're celebrating a birthday with a group of 6+, the birthday person eats free. That's a nice perk! Great, hearing this first time... There is also a sauce bar station - for all sauces, fried rice, Fries, and Fruits Service can get a bit slow when the place is packed--we had to wait for forks/spoons at one point. But overall, it's a fun place to go with friends or family, especially if you like trying something different.
