All of the women were so friendly, just walking in the door they made you feel so comfortable. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Michaud. He was initially warm, but his work was terrible. He…read moreseemed to not know what he was doing during the procedure to replace bone loss under my wisdom tooth. He put in a piece and then took it out saying, "Oh, that's too big." By then my gums had been cut open so I couldn't just say, "Forget it doc." He finished the procedure, but when the gums healed I realized something was very wrong. He saw me once, said it would get better on its own, but it never did...it got worse! The tooth which was straight before his was now sticking out sideways! He then refused to see me again. I ended up going to my regular dentist to try to shave the tooth flat, but obviously that didn't work and I ended up losing the tooth all together. Dr. Michaud is THE WORST dental experience I've ever had.

I had gum work done by him that didnt work and then the tooth next to the site turned grey. I also end-up getting a rootcanal on the tooth above it. This happen immediatly after the procedure and so i went to him to see if he could fix the gum work that didn't turn out. He stated there was nothing wrong and that he didnt do the other two issues. Well the problems started the same week of the procedure. He then offered to fix the gum work that didnt turn out, so I tried to take him up on it and then he changed his mind and stated he really didnt want to and basiically it was all in my head. I wish I never had gone there. Now my teeth look worse and I am even more self consious about how my mouth looks.

Sometime within the last year or two they stopped taking my insurance (Delta Dental PPO) which means I was no longer "in network" and wasn't covered fully. I did not receive an email, letter, phone call letting me know. Fast forward. I chipped a tooth and went in for a consultation. They took an X-ray and the Dr took a quick look and told me I needed a crown and that they could do it all the same day. Normally no big deal, but today they needed the whole payment upfront. So instead I declined and went home to double check my insurance. This is how I figured out my insurance was no longer "in network" So I declined the work from them and told them I'd find a dentist that accepted my insurance. A week later I receive my bill for the 5 min visit. They charged me for an X-ray and PALLIATIVE TREATMENT OF DENTAL PAIN. I was not in pain whatsoever. They did not give me novocain, medicine or anything. I called in to question the bill and why I wasn't notified about my insurance no longer being covered. Their excuse was because they had one letter off on my email and it was never delivered. Funny thing is they emailed me my outstanding balance the week before. As far as the weird extra charge for my visit, they said it was just something they charged. Plain and simple, this office has zero integrity. They take advantage of their patients for maximum profit. It's a shame because we thought we finally found a decent dentist for our family.

When I went to Dr. Luu it was a Friday afternoon close to closing. I showed up with a massive…read moreinfection in two of my teeth; face swollen like a cartoon bee sting. Within minutes he had a plan set out for me to get me back to health. He told me to show up the next morning moving other appointments to accommodate my situation. He removed the infection not only in the teeth but in my cheek and the infection closing in on my eye. After the technical appointments he had me back to normal. He saved the sight in my Left eye. Repaired the damage in my two teeth and gave me a new pair of implants that work and look amazing. Not only Dr Luu but the entire staff was/is awesome. They made me feel at home and welcomed. Every step was explained to me thoroughly from visits to billing to every procedure that was being performed. The music choice is top notch as well always a high point. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone that needs any dental work to go to Dr Luu and his team.
