I went to this office for a consultation and was told I needed to have all of my teeth removed and replaced with implants and crowns. After the consultation, I paid a $3,000 deposit to schedule the procedure. After thinking carefully about such a major, life-changing treatment, I realized I wasn't comfortable moving forward. I canceled my appointment two days before the scheduled procedure. What shocked me was that the office kept $1,800 of my deposit. I was never asked to sign a financial agreement or cancellation policy explaining that I would lose such a large amount if I canceled. When I asked for an explanation, I didn't feel the situation was handled fairly. I'm sharing my experience so others know to ask detailed questions about deposits, refunds, and cancellation policies before paying any money. If you're considering major dental work, make sure you get every financial policy in writing before making a commitment. What sticks out with this Dental office from the rest is that they're not in this profession to make money they genuinely do this for the patients. They want to make a difference in peoples lives and they will work with you no matter your financial situation. Dr. Saleeb and his dental assistant Alyssia are absolute angels. They worked tirelessly for 8 straight hours, and their care was beyond anything I could've imagined. Dr. Saleeb is not only an amazing Dental Surgeon but he's genuinely a caring person. Throughout this whole process not once have I felt pressured into getting something that I didn't need. The whole procedure was so much easier than I ever anticipated, Dr. Saleeb is so gentle -- I had NO PAIN the day after surgery and no bruising at all. I didn't even need to take any of the Norcos I was prescribed. The new dentist is very unprofessional and I have been trying to get in contact with their billing. My insurance has been trying to connect with them also. Dr. Lamb and Morris were the best. This is The first time, I've had problems with this new dentist, Dr. Samati, I will get in contact with lawyer and go down there to submit my paperwork, because they are not sending my claim,this has been going on since April. My entire family went to Dr. Morrice for years and were given the best care. We wish him all the best in his retirement! Under the new management it has been very disappointing! My son was told he needed to get braces at the age of 28. There was never an indication he needed braces before! After my first cleaning under new management I was told I needed to have two of my crowns replaced and had two cavities. This just felt wrong! Today I finally went to a new dentist, had X-rays and and exam and was told that all my crowns are in great shape and I have one small cavity they will keep an eye on! The company that took over for Dr Morrice is taking advantage of the trust we had in Dr Morrice. I would not recommend them to anyone! read more

Dr. Lamb and Morris used to own and be the dentists at this office. They were wonderful! They both retired and sold their practice. All the other Dentists since have been using their (Lamb and Morris) good name to continue. I had one experience which was horrible! I had a tooth filled which was done improperly and I was in pain for over 6 months. I have asked to be removed from their list but they continue (I believe this is the 3rd set of imposters) to contact me. If they were good they would not need to use a client list that was sold with the business. I will continue to write bad reviews until I am removed from their client list! So incredibly disappointed with the new dentist and his staff. Dr. Morrice was our family dentist for years and was always professional and friendly. I brought my mother in for a cleaning, left to run an errand while she was getting her teeth cleaned, came back to pick her up and they were in the middle of doing multiple fillings that were never discussed. My mom has Alzheimer's and cannot make financial decisions which would have been noted in the prior records. Now six months later they are trying to bill me for those services. My family will never go there again! The office manager also kept pushing me to get unnecessary work done "before the end of the year for insurance." I don't have dental insurance and didn't appreciate the pushy attitude, especially since I didn't need any work done. read more

If I can give them a zero star I would. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They are very unprofessional. They do not know how to communicate with patients. They never pick up when you call. They just keep mailing bills one after another. I would not recommend anyone to this office. This dental office is a scam. I love this dentist. No one likes the dentist especially me but this place is great. Dr lamb is my main dentist here and he's phenomenal. I've also had Dr Morrice and Dr Schwab and they are excellent as well. I had a tooth ache, gave them a call and got me in that day. The woman at the front desk are very nice, helpful and make you feel very welcome. All the dental assistances are nothing short of wonderful. My five year old son was a little nervous, but she made him feel welcomed and reassured him he would be ok, and he had nothing to worry. Great Dentist! with wonderful front desk associates!

I was with Dr. Lamb and Morrice for 14 years. Commuted an hour each way to their practice because the level of care I used to receive. This was my first appointment without them. I too was not told that they had retired. The bathroom was dirty and there were instruments in piles in some of the examination rooms. My son and I were told that we needed Invisalign, a crown, a filling with minutes of being in the chair- and that they could do them that visit. My 18 year had been under the care of two other dentists and an orthodontist who had never recommended braces. After sedating the area to do work, they rifled through supplies and found they did not have the supplies to do the procedure. I told them to stop their work and left before they could clean my teeth. I have never left a practice in this manner. I feel like I dodged a bullet getting out of there before letting them complete any work. Felt like a chop shop. So sad to see the practice in this state. Wishing Dr. Lamb and Dr. Morrice all the best for their retirement. They will be dearly missed. read more

I have been with this dentist for over 40 years and it has gone downhill since Samadian Inc took over. They don't practice the same anymore. Cleanings are 20 min after you're forced to have personal pictures taken, they don't answer their phones, bill for services not authorized, and send bills for missed appointments that were cancelled. They try suggesting procedures and referrals for things in the Orinda office and it's unacceptable. read more

I just want to say a big thank you to Dr. Morrice and Celyn for the excellent care and service they provided to me on September 30, 2021. They were so calm and reassuring and made me feel very much at ease. Not since my previous dentist just up the street did I ever think I'd find anyone else that would compare. Being the kind of person that loves to simplify, I came to Dr. Morrice's office at the urgings of my friends whom had been going here for years prior. Yep, I made the switch and never looked back since. The staff here are first rate from the receptionists, schedulers, hygenist and of course the man himself. They have a very organized and comfortable waiting room, the office as a whole is extremely clean. I need not worry about any of the insurance paperwork as they take care of all of that and are always letting me know if I'm fully covered or owe a copay before services start. Trish my hygenist is very nice and always as gentle as she can be during the six month checkup and cleaning. They also are very mindful of my needs especially if I need to head to work after the appointment. They get me in and out lickety split while also doing a quality job. I can't think of any other office I'd rather go to for getting these chompers in tip top shape! read more
