I don't normally leave negative reviews for companies but I had such a bad experience with this company I want to prevent others from experiencing the same. We have been going to this groomer for about a year and have never had problems. This last grooming appointment I took my golden doodle in for a full groom. After picking her up and coming home I noticed her ear was bleeding. I checked both her ears and they had cuts from what looked like clippers. I noticed another nick on the top of her head, and two of her paws were cut and bleeding. Three of her nails were cut too short and botched. I was very scared of an infection from the cuts in her ears and ended up taking her to the vet the next morning. The vet let me know that she had been cut from clippers and she had to get a cone. I called the company the next day and they asked for images. They proceeded to tell me that it was not the groomer and my dog had to of been scratching her ears. They did not take me seriously at all. I demanded a refund and they told me the other owner would call me, I asked when and she told me he was busy today so hopefully tomorrow afternoon. The situation was not taken seriously. The next day I waited and waited and received no phone call. Late that afternoon I called and spoke with the owner. He was very disrespectful telling me it wasn't the groomer. No one from the company ever admitted that it was not my dogs fault. The owner told me the only reason he was going to give me a refund was because if I leave a bad review it will hurt their company. There was never an apology. They talked to me like I was crazy and made me feel very bad. My dog had to have an ointment for all the cuts and a cone for 5 days. They did refund me. However, I would advise to not take your dog here because if there are any issues you will be disrespected and not taken seriously. I hope they can learn better customer service skills. read more

Our first time here and they did an excellent job. I'm pretty particular about how my dog is cut because I don't like the typical way most groomers cut this breed. I like her tail short, her fur extremely short and a teddy bear face. They exceeded my expectations! My dog looked like an actual mop before. She's a Lhasa Apso mix and her hair grows really fast. They did a good job grooming my mini labradoodle, but the owner and groomer were shaming me for a spot of matting. I spent a great deal of time brushing her to catch any spots of matting to make it easier for my groomer. I don't think it is appropriate to shame your clients out loud in front of clients or owners. read more

My pup has NEVER been so mistreated in a groomers EVER before. They almost gave my dog away to the wrong family!!! (This is a two parter and the second paragraph is what you need to read before taking your dog here) If you're anything like me your dog is family and should be treated as one. Out of my dogs 4 years of life she has had 3 groomers with (Good Dogs Sit) as one of them. Never has my dog been labeled as a "caution dog" until we went to Good Dogs Sit. They told me to give my dog medication or CBD oil before she went in to get groomed. I was shocked. BUT THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART!!! One day when I went to pick up my pup from this groomer something terrible happened and almost threw me in a rage. As I went inside to pick up my dog something looked oddly familiar about the other dog in some other family's arms. When one of the employees brought what they thought to be my dog I noticed it was in fact not my dog but a identical one. I looked to my side where the other family was (a mother and her young son) holding MY dog! The groomer gave my dog to the wrong family and nether did the mother or son notice the dog they were holding was in fact MY dog. When i told the employee that they mixed up my dog with another one all they did was laugh, say "sorry" and gave me back my dog. This grooming service almost gave away MY dog to a different family!!! And the other family didn't even know they were holding the wrong dog. If I had been 10 minutes later they would have drove off with MY dog. NEVER had this ever happened with any other grooming service. I can not believe what had happened and I still talk about this incident with other people and express my fear of what may have happened if I showed up late. (Good Dogs Sit, I am not looking for a apology in fact I want nothing to do with you ever again. How dare you. Get better employees to treat dogs kindly and be better with dog sitting at your shop) read more

The inside of the shop is cute and clean. Dogs are able to be free (in contained areas; just not cages). Staff was very friendly and helpful. And my little guy got the best haircut! He looks adorable! We'll definitely be back! read more

I began going here when they first opened. What an amazing place and service when it was just Renee. She did an amazing job on both of my small dogs. As this company has grown bigger, it does not matter what time you make an appointment for, you can be sure that your doggies will be there all day waiting to be groomed. Then the lady that answers the phone has the audacity to ask me why I needed an early appointment?? They skinned my beautiful rough-coat (long hair) border collie, senior canine, who has been going to groomers his whole life. He loves being groomed. He is 14 years old and has a bad back, of which he has been in pain since this grooming. Skinning an older dog with a double coat could cause PERMENENT damage to the coat. Per the AKC a double-coated dog should NEVER be skinned. I explained exactly what I wanted when I called: a bath and hygiene trim. I reiterated, in their call to me, what I wanted and about his back. Both times I assured that their groomers were experienced and would take care of my dog. My husband took our dog in and said, "A bath and a short trim (per dictionary - make something neat). I literally cried when I saw that they had skinned my dog. I had to pay to get my dog home but when I called a man, who told me he was the owner, said they would reimburse in cash as they always do when this happens. He also tried to say my husband said a shave down, which was NOT true, and then he said there was a mis-communication. WRONG AGAIN. I wanted to speak to the owner again. That was when I found out the man wasn't an owner. And my phone calls were never returned. It was when I went into the shop that I found out the groomer was inexperienced and alone with my dog. These people have questionable integrity and were rude. The owner didn't even apologize. What they did to my dog was inexcusable and they really didn't care. BEWARE: The Better Business Bureau has this place of business rated a C. read more
