I truly appreciate that gesture it helped relieve some of the financial and emotional stress this situation caused. That said, Yelp discourages removing reviews that document genuine customer experiences, so rather than delete my original post, I'm editing it to reflect how the situation was resolved. WellGroomed ultimately did the right thing by covering the medical expenses, and I'm grateful for that. I still believe they have skilled groomers and do great work with many breeds, but this experience was a reminder that even premium services can have oversights. I hope the salon uses this as an opportunity to reinforce careful handling and post-groom checks for all pets so that no owner or pup has to go through something similar again.

I have been coming to Aunt Donna monthly for Shadow now more than 2 years since the groomer at Petsmart dropped from dog from the grinning table and I am very happy with their service. No complain here I love my baby and I make sure they are skilled and gentle with him. They are always booked for the day so call ahead of time.
