The location is amazing and the food was very good. We got the spring rolls, ginger beef, beef and broccoli and vegetables with garlic sauce.

We were on a cruise to Alaska and we were looking for a place to eat that was different than the food that was on the ship. This is definitely a local favorite in the Asian community there. There is nothing fancy about the place. You order downstairs and you proceed upstairs to find a place to sit and relax while they prepare your order. Your foods come to the table pretty quickly and food tastes like any where else you eat this type of food. The restaurant was pretty convent location for the tourist to get to also.

What is with $19 in Ketchikan? We saw the dried sea cucumbers at the window and it cures all ailments (sorry it's in Chinese). We had to try it. I can taste the sea. We ordered ginger sea cucumber with rice. Their ginger must be organic. Very spicy. It had a lot of onions, bell peppers, and green onions but it was still good. Came with big soup bowl of rice. Great for two people! We ate it all and even the juice. We ordered downstairs and went upstairs. All the windows were open which made it super cool. Saw all Filipinos. Then later Caucasian couple. Small place with restroom. Waiter was a young guy whose sunglasses broke. Nicest family who owns this place. Speaks Mandarin and English.

A little bandaid in with our food.

Miss fortune at good fortune. Ordered out; my daughter and I where in Ketchikan for the night. Ordered Generals tso and Mongolian Beef. We enjoyed dinner until I noticed a used band-aid on my fork, it had been cooked into the meal. Super Gross! We will not be eating here Ever! Save your self a disgusting experience, order elsewhere.

Once inside, you place your order at the counter and are seated afterward. One thing to note: if you're a smaller party and the restaurant is busy, you may be seated with other guests. It felt a little unusual at first, but it wasn't a big deal. My husband ordered the Dungeness crab, and I went with the Alaska Sampler, which features three different types of fish served fish-and-chips style. The fries are their signature mesquite-seasoned fries, and honestly, they worked perfectly with the seafood. As someone currently working on a YouTube video about our Alaska cruise experience, I can honestly say this was some of the best fish and chips I had during our trip. My husband also loved his crab and said the meat was incredibly fresh, tender, and flavorful. They don't sell alcohol at the ordering counter, but once you're seated, there's a small bar in the back where you can purchase drinks. We tried the Double Shovel Appalanche Cider and absolutely loved it. Overall, aside from the communal seating, we really enjoyed our experience. I especially appreciated their unique take on fish and chips. Being originally from Cape Cod, I take my seafood pretty seriously, and this place definitely delivered!

This will be relevant later. Positives: roomier got the clamp chowder and said it was the best he's ever had in his 72 years. High praise! He didn't end up getting the crab, he figured for the price he would have preferred a different environment. Less than positives: The chowder was like a large cup. A bowl would have been better. I got a chicken sandwich. For $20+ I would have preferred something different. The bun was good, but the rest of the sandwich was just OK. The chicken seemed like it was a frozen patty and the fries that came with it were not my thing, either. They were crispy (good) but the seasoning was a lemon-pepper/dill combo and it was overpowering. Overall, I gave 4 stars since the roomie loved his soup. I attached a picture of my unfinished plate for reference.
