    Daniela's business card.

I've been using using Daniela's services off & on for 12 years!! This must tell you something!! Trust, compassion, security and the comfort of knowing that my fuzzy kids are well taken care of!! After being recommended from one of my brothers, I gave Daniela a chance. We first all met at a park. I wanted to see how she interacted with my 2 dogs outside of the home. I have 2-Australian Cattle Dogs. Loyal and want to play!! Especially since they are house dogs, without room to roam and once outside..Play Time!!!! I saw how my 2 warmed up to Daniela. They approved, and so we had too. Prior to leaving for a long weekend, my wife & I stocked the frig with various beverages, munchies and had movies readily available for Daniela so that she would be more comfortable. We had a spare room with a full bath. Over the years, the spare room and bath turned into hers. Just incase Daniela needed to crash out. It just made it more comfortable for her and us too. If Daniela needed to run an errand or if she had other business to take care of, we were ok with it. I asked if she were to leave, to secure my 2-dogs in the garage for a long period of time. If it were short, the patio, if weather permits. We'd usually hire Daniel for long weekends...3-4 day weekends. Daniela would text us with updates and a pic of our fuzzies being lazy. Once our trip was over, Daniela would brief us on any events if any. We'd pay by check and tipped with cash. 12 years that must tell you something!!

I really can't say enough great things about Daniela with Good Grief Pet Care. I have two pugs and she is absolutely wonderful with them. They are always excited to see her. I am completely comfortable with Daniela in my house and with my dogs. I know she truly cares about their well-being. Earlier this year while I was out of town Daniela house sat for us, one of pugs got sick and had an accident on the carpet. Daniela cleaned up the mess, called the vet to make sure everything was okay, and kept me informed of everything. The bottom line is don't skimp on Pet Care. Our pets are like family and I will not let just anyone watch them? If you are looking for someone friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy.....Daniela with Good Grief Pet Care is your girl. Thanks Daniela! You rock!

Daniella took care of my 2 cats while I was away on vacation. She sent me updates via email which was great. She played with them everyday and even gave them kitty nip which was a bonus since they love the stuff :) I felt like she really likes animals and therefore gave them the attention they needed when I couldn't give it myself. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. It's better to get someone who knows what they're doing and can handle any animal issues that could arise. A+ !!!!

Teddy has been loved, cared for, and celebrated every step of the way, and there isn't a single person on the Lucky Buddies team that I wouldn't trust with him. They've truly become part of our village. From daycare and baths to transportation, check-ins, and walks, they've made life so much easier over the years. But beyond the services, it's the peace of mind that means the most. I never have to wonder if Teddy is safe, loved, or happy--I know he is. Overall impression: I cannot speak more highly of Kimberley and Bowser's Buddy Pet Care! She was extremely professional and accommodating and made me feel like part of the Bowser's family from day one! More details: Kimberley is the epitome of professionalism. I really appreciated how she: - validated my sad feelings that I couldn't take him on the trip - had me over the weekend before my trip to see her space and meet the other dogs she was currently taking care of - was in constant contact about times/dates and how my dog Reeses was doing while I was gone - communicated (quickly) with me whenever I sent her a text message or gave her a call - loves my dog like her own (and he loves her back!) Pro-tip: Kim's place is dog HEAVEN. I can't recommend Laurie's pet sitting (PetsitterGirl) highly enough!…read more I first met Laurie in 2012 when I had two kittens that needed pet sitting. I was traveling for work quite a bit at that time. One of my goals for my cats was that they should be as well adjusted, outgoing, confident and social as they could be. I feel like Laurie has always understood this and I really appreciate that. Laurie has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my cats have fun, eat their food and get the attention they need. When I get home after Laurie has been cat sitting, my cats are excited to see me but they are calm and not stressed. When my cats were younger, one of them broke his leg and needed knee surgery. (I guess he was a little too confident!) Laurie ensured he still received petting and played within his abilities even though he had to be confined to a large crate to recuperation. This past fall I had my refrigerator replaced. On one of Laurie's visits she arrived to find a hose from behind the refrigerator spewing water at full force! Laurie texted/emailed me right away. Even though I was on a plane and couldn't immediately respond, she took action. By the time my flight landed, the water had been turned off, the water had been mopped and toweled up and the situation was as resolved as it could get until I reached home. I was extremely grateful as we had also just had a new wood floor installed. The water damage could have been very costly. I also want to add a summary of the experience my parents have had. They have an elderly kitty (17 years) who is receiving fluids 3 times per week. When we all went on vacation together, Laurie made sure that my parents' senior cat made it to his vet to get fluids.

Barbara is very great at communication from the first contact all throughout the duration of rabbit boarding. Questions are specific as in which veggies are most preferred, hay preference, vaccine and vet information. They also provided an enclosure with toys and hidey spots so all we had to do was drop our bun off in a carrier. She would send daily videos and photos along with detailed updates (like how she would lounge all day and snack on her hay and list the veggies she was fed). Colleen is incredibly kind-hearted and attentive. She always puts your pet's safety and comfort first. We spent time at the beginning of each appointment just chatting and letting my dog roam around her space, so he had time to get comfortable and Colleen could get to know us, our needs, updates, etc. At the end, she also gave me an overview of what happened during the grooming session (sometimes he can be a little troublesome, especially with his nails getting trimmed, while other times he is an angel). Colleen is a very honest and direct person, which may be off-putting to people who aren't used to that sort of personality, but I highly appreciate it. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge to help improve your pet's well-being and relationship with you. Again, she does all this with kindness, respect, and patience. We had a regular recurring schedule with her, but whenever there was a holiday or I had to leave for a trip, Colleen was always flexible and accommodating with adjusting our appointments or open to having my friend drop off my dog to her instead of me. Our appointments were usually about 1.5 hours long (15-30 mins of which were spent talking), so I often went to Big Mug Coffee down the street on El Camino (also highly recommended) to wait out the grooming session with a coffee and pastries. Colleen is incredibly passionate about what she does. She almost always gave my dog an extra cute little bandana or bow tie (which she makes herself!) after every session, and one year she also gave us an adorable personalized Christmas ornament. It really just told me how much she cares. I was so sad when I finally told her that we were moving, and because of Colleen, the next groomer that we have to find will have a very high bar to meet.

Like most Pom's, Ashley started out with a beautiful, thick coat, requiring a good amount of bathing and brushing, to keep her looking her best. Over time, with a house full of small children, and other obligations and distractions, I did not keep up with the grooming enough, and so she started to get her share of matted hair. Then, when she would get a bath and I tried to brush her, it got to be painful for her. My sweet little Pom started to become Cujo, every time she saw a hair brush. Not good. Finally, I decided to take her to Petsmart in Milpitas for "professional" grooming. Their solution was a complete disaster. They shaved her, sparing only a mane around her face, making her look like a little lion. This is completely inappropriate for a Pom .. but that was the least of our problems. Serious skin.follicle damage prevented her coat from properly growing back in. My vet even tested her for health issues, thinking she might have a nutritional disorder. Another local groomer did their best for her, but still her coat was quite thin, and really had lost its original beauty. I pretty much accepted things as they were, but would never encourage others to shave a Pomeranian. Frankly, I feel like the shop that pulled this number should have their license yanked. As I got busy with work, my dear wife started to make the runs to the groomer every six weeks. She had a less than ideal experience with the groomer I had been using, when she drove in rush hour traffic to drop the dog off for an appointment, only to learn that something had come up and so they needed to see the dog another day. My wife had had enough, so she decided to seek a groomer who she felt might our needs better. She came across Colleen and Lovin' All the Babies. Colleen made sure that we checked with our vet to be sure there were no health issues contributing to the damaged coat, and used her experience and gentle products, helped Ashley to regain her beauty. If someone looks at a photo of our dog from a couple years ago, they probably would not believe that it is the same dog seen today. I cannot thank Colleen enough for all she has done for our dog, but I do urge others to support this wonderful groomer.
