Haven't road this bike since Covid. Needed a tune up bad. Juan at Good Guys Cycling took great care of it and got it back to me in a day. Very fast and quality service. They really know what they are doing here. I would recommend taking your bike here for any repair needs. The shop is clean and very easy to find.

Trusty service! Prices are subject to change, yet I found my wheels trued at $45 plus polished an good deal. I appreciate Juan and mechanic service to find all problems. I paid $22 for replacement main shifter. I only suggest to spend more tome to find how to make the bikes perform better, as mine had a minor issue with overly tight braking pressure. This place was referred to me by Dr. Serna KPBP. So I met with Wayne (Sons Owner) who assessed my Bike and gave me a good deal (economical) with all the services my bike needed. Met also with Dr. Denz who did the repairs on my bike. The best Bike Doctor bar none, Thanks Doc. Cut story short my bike looks brand spanking new. I Highly recommend this bike shop.

I'm new to the road bike scene. When I was task to grab an extra tube I came across this establishment when Big 5 did not have what I needed. I spoke to a man named Juan and he was very helpful with all of the questions that I had in mind. I also grabbed new pedals and seat, since they were affordable and looked good on my bike. I highly recommend this place if anyone needs things for their bike. read more

Stopped by a highly rated store and got a pretty crazy quote for my red KHS road bike.... I wasn't sure how to feel about it, It had some gear shifting issues that apparently would need full replacement.. I ended up taking it here, to good guys cycling, for a second opinion. They pretty much said the same thing as the other store but gave me a much better quote... and I have to say my experience was beyond satisfactory. I was surprised, not only was I quoted for less, but he got it done well within the time frame he said. I was already happy to pick it up today, 2-3 days in advance from his initial guesstimate- but while I was there I figured I'd also maybe buy some new handle bar wrap, but he had already included it with the repair he made. My bike looked super clean too! He said he cleaned it- free of charge as well.. all in all I feel like I got a good deal, a great price, and excellent service. I am completely satisfied and plan to return here next time. I saved over 50$ plus the cost of new handlebar wraps, headaches and time! Super friendly, great customer service. Love the workshop environment, this guy knows what he's doing!! I'll be back next time I need something for my bike read more

The owner Juan seems like a nice person and I am sad to report this but I turned two bikes into him for repairs. One of my bikes was returned to me with an ill fitting, very bent front fender; it wasn't bent when I turned it in. It isn't the original fender on my bike; it's too big and doesn't fit well in addition to being bent. It's so disappointing. When I remarked on it I was met with silence and no explanation. There was this creepy "customer" who was trying to chat with me-- distraction, while I'm just trying to collect my bikes, pay, and leave. I did not receive an itemized receipt for the services, which is also inconvenient for me as the customer. I feel kinda taken advantage of and it hurts. I like supporting small businesses and family owned shops but I'm taking my business elsewhere in the future. Please don't mistake my kind, generous nature for weakness. "Good Guys" is a misnomer. Take your business where you will be respected. read more

Such amazing people working here!! The owner Juan is such a kind person, him and his mechanics were more than willing to help me get my bicycle professionally worked on. Despite the fact that I was short on time they managed to get it back to me the same day which was just awesome. The customer service here is 10/10 they make you feel welcomed and answer any questions that you have while also giving the best options available. Aside from their ability to fix and tune up bikes, they also offer a very large range of bicycles and electric bicycles, as well as countless bike parts! Came in to get some tubes and tires. Limited inventory on tires. So I didn't get any. I got a tube though. Fair price. Service was cool. They have a bit of everything. Doubt I'll come back. Juan provided such caring and attentive work to my bike. He was able to get my bike repaired well ahead of the original pick up date. When I picked up my bike, he took the time to chat with me about bikes and even let me test ride out a bike I was interested in. This is a very friendly family business. I recently purchased used classic bicycles and I wanted to have it checked before using it. I went to research for bicycle repairs / shops around the area and I wanted to support local businesses. I stumbled upon Good Guys Cycling and decided to give it a try. I contacted the bicycle shop and the owner, Juan, was very attentive with my issues and concerns. He said to bring it to the shop and his son Wayne will take a look at it. Wayne was very welcoming, friendly, and professional when I arrived to the shop. He was very respectful with my time. He was very honest and reasonable as he informed me what was only actually needed to be done with my bicycle, which was cleaning, tune up, and replace one of the tires and other minor parts of the bicycle. They were fast and efficient, they were able to to finish it within a day! Overall, their bike services were outstanding! I would definitely recommend this place! Wayne, Juan, and Kevin, you are all greatly appreciated! read more

These guys are clutch. Came in with 3 bikes to fix tubes, tires and oil chains. Replaced one chain on my beach cruiser. Same day services I told the owner Filipino gentlemen I needed it for Sunday Memorial Day. No problem took care of it in a couple of hours. $150 total. read more

This is the go-to neighborhood bike shop for anyone in West Covina, La Puente, Baldwin Park, or Hacienda Heights. I even encourage visiting this bike shop if you're not local to the area! I was helped by the owner Juan and Handy-Man Manny, both very honest and hard workers! I took my bike in for a general tune-up, after not riding it for some time. They were so honest with every detail of the repairs and charged me mega fair pricing for all their services. When I say mega fair- I mean AFFORDABLE QUALITY. Had my bike serviced here and bought a couple of items. Servicing was good and priced reasonably. Owner recommended that I use a different lubricant for my chain, as mine was dirty. I've yet to use the wax lubricant that was recommended but tried out my bike after the tuning and it works great! Friendly owner that has good price used bikes. I'll go back for servicing. read more

Great service and reasonable prices! I got a flat after cycling for 12 miles around the hills in Azusa, and was looking for a repair shop near my work. Thanks to Yelp, I stumbled upon the Good Guys Cycling shop and got my flat fixed ASAP during my lunch break. The location can be easily missed, but they are located in the Burger King plaza on Valley right next to Midas. They quoted me $12 to fix my rear flat tire and got me in and out within 10 minutes. The owner is super friendly and even showed me exactly where the damage was on the inner tube. read more

By far the worst experience I have had at a bike shop let alone at any retail shop. The employee or teenager was in his car and not inside the shop when we walked in despite the shop being open with no one present inside. which was very odd.The teenager working the counter was utterly rude and disrespectful, he kept cutting me off and would not double check the wrong part and miss information on the threaded bolt on numerous attempts that only made the ordeal worst than it needed to be. His dishonestly, lack of attention and demeanor was insulting my intelligence as he was incapable of being present and was trying to expedite me out the door in an empty shop. Dont waste your time and money here, I'm sure the owner is a great and honest guy but this interaction with the teenager working the counter was despicable . . . read more

Horrible service. Left my Mountain bike for a simple tune up, didn't hear back for 10 days! In between those ten days I went by 3 times to ask for an update, and always got the same response "your bike is next". 3rd time going by said forget it I'm taking it home. The bike was never even moved from where I left it 10 days ago! Do not waste your time here. Your bike will just sit untouched until you go in to pick it up. read more

Kevin is the best ! I came in today to have my chair cut down to size for my bike. Good Guys Cycling are always very kind to me and answer all my questions. They treat you like family 100 percent. My dad's bike had a flat in the rear tire. When I called, they quoted me $12 to fix it. This was a lot less than the $23 quoted by Giant Rowland Heights. At the shop, the young guy quickly changed the inner tube in about 5 minutes. We also bought a new tire for $15. The shop is full of repair parts so it should be a very good place to fix what one needs for bikes. The service was quick and the price was right. These are Good Guys. read more

I took my beach cruiser there to have the spinger forks put on and the grumpy guy in the back told me no that he can't do it because he doesn't know how but yet they have four of them on the rack for sell by the front door, after I had to go back there two or three times that Saturday because the hours of operation on Yelp are wrong and they don't have their hours posted on/near the front door, they didn't open until one o'clock. My first experience there wasn't to much better either, so after those two bad experiences, I will never go there again or suggest the place to anyone else. read more

They are in a small strip mall with limited parking, However, it seems that you can usually get a spot when all the businesses are not busy.

Great bike shop! Many parts and accessories for sale and they also have many brand named bikes. They also do repairs, tune ups, and assemblies. And for a small fee they can install parts that you want on your bike. And did I forgot to mention for EXTREMELY CHEAP PRICES!? I looked up retail prices on some of the bikes while I was window shopping and surprisingly they sell these bikes for nearly half the price!!! They have a variety of bikes and parts such as: Some of the bike types: Road bikes Mountain bikes Hybrid bikes Beach cruisers Bmx bikes Some of the bike parts: Tubes Tires Pedals Seats Seat posts Lights Brakes (Pads, wires, shifters) Cranks Bike accessories and clothing apparel AND MANY MORE! The bikes here are used but most of the bikes for sale are like 9 out of 10 condition but with extremely reasonable prices. Bottom line: This place is great and has many of the cheapest prices around town. The people here are amazing! I brought my old bike here to fix up because I haven't used it in years and I want to start riding my bike to school in the morning. It has sentimental value for me as well and hoped I didn't have to get a new one. Juan took it in checked it out and had it back to me in less than a week! This place is so great. What makes them great is that they are honest!! Took a bike in there for repair and they only give you what you need and are very fairly priced!! They are also a small business I love supporting small business so get your bike there or get your bike serviced there!! read more

Very very rude and unprofessional. The place looks like a hurricane went through it. I almost fell twice. I went in looking for a new bike but was too overwhelmed by the clutter they have everywhere. Don't spend your money here. read more
