I enjoyed a cup of the complimentary barley tea that they provide as an option to water. The service was pleasant and the food was brought to my table really quickly. We ended up paying the full bill, and no one even apologized or offered any kind of resolution. While I understand that mistakes happen, it felt like a very dismissive response, especially after we had already brought the issue to their attention. I honestly feel like the food quality at this restaurant has gone downhill. What disappointed me even more was the lack of customer service and follow-through. If the customers are all Asian eating at an Asian restaurant, you know the food is going to be good.
