Since my first excellent experience with appetizers ( fried cauliflower - in a spicy sweet/asian sauce )...I have graduated to entrees ( stir-fry- no protien ) - their peanut sauce is the bomb! I have had multiple dishes since my first visit - brats, burgers,patty melt egg rolls, just to name a few. Went for the first time this weekend. Wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The fried cauliflower with sweet chili sauce appetizer was amazing. I rarely take home leftovers, but that came home with us. Had a burger that was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were good too. We will be back. read more

We went to Good Liquid for brunch with our dog. We have been several times before and the food has always been just okay, and the service has declined every time we have been. This time it took over 5 minutes for the hostess to come out of the kitchen and finally seat us. We waited more than 15 minutes while we watched the server working outside, Sebastian, serve every table around us going in and out 4 times and would not even acknowledge us when we tried to ask for service. Stopped in with a friend. Menu was weird- no continuity to it. Ordered avocado egg rolls and fries. My friend ordered wings (parm). The egg rolls were not avocado per se, it was guacamole. Which is fine but it wasn't good! Fries were even worse and my friend said the wings were awful! Then we got the bill - WOW! $15 for egg rolls Don't remember the price for the fries. My total was like $30. Waitress was ok. We both agreed we won't be back - too expensive and nothing tasted good. :( read more

3.5 stars (when is Yelp going to give us half stars?!) Beer was not that good... thin, one note IPAs; pilz was stated as Czech style but wasn't any different than an American lager. Food was better- with decent portions but was also on the pricey side- if there is a $16 salad, I would expect it to include chicken... nope, add another $6 for chicken. Would have been better off stopping at Publix for a bag of mixed greens and tortilla strips....That's basically the Santa Fe salad for $16. A teaspoon of black beans, a few tiny dices of tomato and maybe 5 kernels of corn. Avocado and chicken were forgotten/omitted so I added this at home along with my own tomatoes, beans and corn. I come here pretty often with my husband and we always sit at the bar with Felicia. We enjoy her service and her company. She makes the best drinks! The bar is always clean when we come too, which is so nice to see given other establishments in the area. The food is always really good as well. There hasn't been a thing on the menu that we have tried that we have not liked. I ordered a burger online to pickup. There was nowhere to select how well done you wanted the burger. This is pretty much rare, which is disgusting for a burger. While I'm disappointed about the burger, I called back and they said they'd refund me. They're also working to fix their site so people can select how they want their burgers cooked. So much to say.... First I have been in the service industry for yrs restaurant and stadium. So I speak with first hand knowledge not unreal expectations. So I never go anywhere when it first opens. So now its slowed down and damn all the great reviews were in the beginning. Looks like missed out. So I have went with different people at different times. All disappointing. All times not busy less than 10 people in restaurant. More staff than people. Unfortunately always over 5 min wait for greetings. 2 bartenders, 3 people at the bar and 22 mins to get my drink. I kept looking up to the well and NO drink was made. When I finally got them they were allllll amazing. Basic drinks, draft , margaritas, mojitos, flights, and water all over a 10 min wait. Twice I received my appetizer before water. Went to Happy Hour and sat at bar. Not happy. Took over 10 minutes for 1 of 3 bartenders to greet us. Bartenders posted up on the POS having their drinks while my drinks sat empty for over 15 min. Yes I timed them because this is uncalled for. Her yellow cup was more important than us. They cleaned up around us, never spoke, no eye contact, and walked off. 3 times I tried to catch them and it was of no use. Once they even grabbed our empty cups and walked off. I was like we need refills ohhhh then walk back. I have only seen the same manager there every time. He has seen us, me and whoever Im with, looking around and has never approached us nor got the server. Even at the bar our plates were piled high and all glasses empty and not even acknowledges we may need something. Tried for several minutes to get someones attention. 7 minutes after HH was over we was acknowledged and asked if we wanted a drink. 6 guess at the bar , not including us, and service was mehhhh. Was never given a menu or asked if we wanted one. Twice I took other people from the service industry without telling them what I had already seen and they said something almost instantly. Now if you can tolerate, or lack of service, the food is outstanding. The salmon dinner I could eat every night. The appetizers, tried all on different visits, delicious. This is a beautiful new place with perfect lighting and great music. Husband enjoyed the games on tv and loved his drinks. All checks even HH over $150. Now being a bartender Im tipping over but I find it hard to tip over 20% let alone 20% for crappie service. I would rather not return or only do togo orders than leave $1. Tips are earned not expected yet I feel the staff feels opposite. read more

I got there early (about 10 minutes) expecting to wait but it was already waiting which may sound good but if I had gotten there late or on time the food would have been soggy by the time I got home. Ordered 4 meals: Haystack burger which my SIL said was very good, Henrietta Red salad which was ok but shallots were hot spicy onions and small size for the price, crap cake sandwich which was flavorless and tasted like lots of filler and little crab. It needed a sauce, it was boring and bland. The slaw it came with tasted spoiled so no one ate that, fries were good. Kids Mac n cheese. This kid loves every kind of Mac n cheese but didn't finish.
