Omaha has many amazing breakfast/brunch spots, so the fact that Good Lookin' is one of my favorites is a big deal. I've tried several items on their menu, and I'm never disappointed. It can get busy on weekends, but don't let that deter you, just plan accordingly! It's always worth the wait.

Plenty of seating inside and outside. Order at a register and find your seat. The gal at the register was very indifferent almost rude. Food took a while to come out. Orange juice had no flavor. Eggs were cold, potatoes were oddly sweet? The salmon sandwich was okay! It was a disproportionate amount of English muffin to toppings. We sat outside next to the broken gate that kept slamming shut in the wind, might be worth looking into fixing the latch.

This was my first stop at this new location and it's just as good as the one in Dundee! I loved how there was a lot more seating than the one in Dundee. The service was still fairly fast even with a larger space. Just a reminder that this is an "order food first, then find your seat" so keep that in mind if coming with a larger party. The menu was pretty much the same with some new fun specials. I tried a couple of the specials while I was there. The coffee was not overly sweet and smooth. The sandwich was a little on the smaller side with the gluten free bread, so I would recommend getting a side along with it, but still super yummy. I can't wait to go back to try more of the menu!

This is my first time coming to this location, and it is just as good as the first one! Everything here is delicious, and very reasonably priced. The product comes out consistently the same between two locations, and we loved everything we tried! My all-time favorite here is the Benedict -- This is my favorite Benedict in Omaha! The churro French toast was a close second for me this time, the crispy texture on the outside was absolutely fantastic, and I loved the Nutella underneath, which added so much flavor! I got the chicken fried steak, which tasted great, but personally I would have gone with a different flavor of gravy. I think this may have been a chorizo flavor, or something with a slight spice to it-- which I don't mind, but I do prefer standard breakfast gravy for a chicken fried steak. The side of eggs and crispy potatoes were great! I like the size of this location, as it is larger than the Dundee spot. This was easier for us to find seating after we ordered at the front. Highly recommend coming in here, this is one of my favorite brunch spots in Omaha!!

I tend to usually visit they done the location, but this time I decided to try the West location for the first time. It was very busy when we got there, but we ordered quick. It was a rainy day and they do have a patio, but we couldn't sit there because of weather so they're inside was a little crowded. We were still able to find a spot at the bar. The food took a little while, but it made sense since the place was very busy! It was still not too bad of a wait. The day I visited, their espresso machine was not working so I couldn't try a specialty drink and their drip coffee was not my favorite. However, the food was good and overall we enjoyed our meal!

We LOVE going here for brunch after church. Lattes are great and food is always 10/10. We never have to wait in line too long and food comes out pretty quickly. The patio is perfect but there's plenty of space inside - even with the line constantly being at the door!

First time trying out this location and I had a great experience! Came here for breakfast but nothing on the breakfast menu was really speaking to me so I ordered the burger and added an egg. So good!! But heads up, it was messy. My boyfriend ordered the eggs Benedict and the worker was so nice and let us substitute the salmon for fried chicken. I definitely recommend! It was so yummy. Only critique on the food was that the potatoes looked perfectly crispy but they were not fully cooked to the point where they were soft all the way through. Overall, great food and service. Very cute casual brunch spot.

This was my first time at the Shops of Legacy Good Lookin', and it absolutely lived up to the expectations I had! I've loved the Dundee location for a long time, but I'm really excited to have a location closer to my house now! The space is larger, so it's easier to find a table. I ordered the breakfast burrito for myself, and a side of fruit and a side pancake for myself toddler. The fruit was fresh and delicious, and the pancake is probably one of the best I've tasted! It was light, fluffy and sweet, even without syrup. The breakfast burrito is huge and the blend of flavors is perfect. I'll definitely be back to this location!

I've been to the dundee location a year or so ago and did like the options. I decided to try the West O location and was pleasantly impressed! The eggs benedict sub for bacon was the BEST eggs benedict I have ever had. They have a sweet bacon jam that is to die for! The rest of the food was also delicious! The cookie butter latte was good but on my sweetness scale of 1 to 10 (I have a wicked sweet tooth) I'd consider it to be a 6. Slightly pre on the sweet side but not as sweet as I'd prefer. The staff was kind and attentive! Good vibes all around. I will certainly be back in the near future for the eggs benedict and to try another seasonal latte!

This was a shop we visited frequently when in Dundee. We were just delighted to have one out west now! Same good food, same super owner. This is a really cute restaurant. I had my favorite bowl and the bacon jam is exceptional. My husband had a very large breakfast including pancake, eggs, sausage, and potatoes that did not disappoint. A++++

Didn't realize Good Lookin was a fast casual restaurant, but was glad because this place was packed and had quick turn around service. The breakfast burrito was very flavorful with smoky bacon, Cotija Cheese, and a homemade tortilla. They were out of the French toast, but I was happy with the burrito. Biscuits and gravy was good as well. Not as flavor packed as the burrito but definitely hit the spot. I do want to come back and try their alcoholic brunch cocktails as well.

Very solid breakfast spot. I had heard good things about both locations, and stopped in midmorning for a catch up with a friend. I like the fast casual set up. Ordering at the counter and they bring it out. I went with the avocado toast, and a honey tea. YUM! It was very hearty. lots of cheese and balsmic, really my favorite parts. It did stink after a while, but that is 100% my fault fr yappin' so much I didn't eat it quick enough. It was very flling and under $15, well worth it. It was busy, but it moved quick. I enjoyed my time, and the parking was easy. Asking for extra cream cheese also not an issue, everyone was super nice.

Avocado toast. It looks delish, right?!

In a good way, of course. She did allow me to share her Maple Braised Bacon (meaning that I was able to snatch a piece while she wasn't looking). Really, really fine, something I'd definitely order again. For me. Not to share. I had the Schnitzel Bennie with tart cherry jam and lemon hollandaise. Sound unusual? Tasted great! My only gripe was that the pork cutlet was a bit small and could have used a bit more seasoning in the breading. Would I order it again? You betcha! Service was fast and efficient. The decor was quirky and inviting but the space was loud enough that it was really hard to carry a conversation. Overall rating: yahoo!

My husband is a much harsher critic than I am, and he gave it a "rare 5.5 out of 5." The pancakes were some of the fluffiest I've ever had. They also have a great selection of coffee flavors to choose from, which was a fun bonus. The coffee paired perfectly with breakfast, though I probably wouldn't come here just for the coffee alone. The flavor was good but it did have a slight burnt taste. A quick note: you order at the counter before sitting down. It's a mix of self-serve and sit-down service. You order at the counter, grab your own silverware, and seat yourself, but they bring your food and drinks out to you (other than water). I do wish they were a bit more attentive about clearing finished plates during the meal. The restaurant was so busy that the line was out the door when we arrived, but it moved surprisingly fast. I was worried we wouldn't find a table, yet there were plenty of open seats available. The atmosphere is also really nice and cozy, making it a great spot to start your day.

The woman working the front register seemed to be having a day, but as soon as my social butterfly of a child started being silly, the woman became a lot more friendly. After we ordered, we got a handheld order indicator and placed it on our chosen table. I got the churro French toast, my husband the breakfast sandwich with crispy potato's on the side, and then we ordered a side of bacon. French toast was fun. Crispy and crunchy, good with and without syrup. It had 3 triangles and it was easily shareable, but I understand if you don't want to haha. The breakfast sandwich was dense. We were surprised at how heavy it actually was. My husband said he liked the sage taste throughout the sausage, and he liked the aioli they had on it as well. The crispy potatos were different. Not bad, but lots of fried skin instead of actual potato. Bacon was good minus one obviously burnt piece that we asked the bar attendant if there was a way to fix it. She went to drop off someone's drink and came back with one properly cooked piece. She was wonderful. Overall, we'd come back, and we'd bring our friends

Ok the other hand, the service is rather iffy & unpredictable. The chicken & waffles is my go-to for each visit, and they have many types of delicious sides to choose from, with my favorites being the biscuits & berries, goat cheese grits, and also the fried green tomatoes. I have zero problems with the food that they serve here, they always do an excellent job at preparing whatever they need to prepare & the portions are always satisfactory. As for the service, there are days where you will receive perfect service while on others the service is not so great. Some days you will be attended to in a timely manner, while there is other days where there isn't anyone available or willing to seat you somewhere. I've also experienced instances where they didn't attend to our table to take orders until I made a complaint. Most of these instances were during days where the place was virtually empty so it's not because of the place being busy. I've also ordered take out from here before, again some instances are perfect and there's other instances where they don't tell you if a certain food is out of stock via text or call so if you ordered something that isn't in stock, you're forced to wait for them to prepare something else once you arrive to pick up your order. They also don't always include syrup or butter in the takeout bags for chicken & waffles. One minor thing I'm also disappointed about is how the portion of grits has lessened over time, going from being served in a bowl to instead being served in a small cup/mug. Overall, I certainly don't return for the service because you never really know if it's going to be a good day or a bad day for that. It's always the food that brings me back. I do want to like this place, and I do to an extent but again the service is always unpredictable. I'd still say the food is worth coming here to see how it goes.

They were fairly busy, and honestly our food took a bit to come out, but I am still giving a five due to the overall experience and quality of service. Our server Melannie was fantastic and always present. We did the bottomless mimosa deal (3 out of 4 of us) and she was always coming around asking us what flavor we wanted next when our current was still half full to make sure we got our moneys worth. The champagne might not be the fanciest, but for $20 bottomless mimosas I'll take it. They have fun flavors in addition to the basic ones like strawberry, mango, etc. which adds an element of fun. For food--there were several things I was eyeballing but landed on the spicy chorizo Benny. It was really good, eggs cooked perfect, and came with hashbrowns. Another at our table got the poutine which also looked yummy. I'd say the food portion could have included a bread/toast option, however If brunching in Omaha i'd return to try several things on the menu. The vibe inside is chill, would be more fun sitting outside once the weather warms up. Since I was the one that booked the reservation, the tab got a bit confusing. At first they were taking it off my total, then the server said that hold would come off so I paid for my meal/drinks there. I did end up getting double charged (for both the reservation hold and my meal) which was cleared up with a quick phone call to their establishment---apparently it is a new process they are trying. I do understand though why they wouldn't want to just deduct the hold as then people that don't know how to tip wouldn't tip on the total, which hurts the server. All was cleared up regarding this mishap though so no complaints.

Ambiance: It was a nice regular refreshing bar/brunch spot. But safety was a HUGE issue which is where I'll get to my point of this low rating. Service: Is negative zero a thing? That goes to the owner... the 1 star is for the decent service my server attended towards me. In unfortunate events it's not the servers fault.. but overall with the owner coming out, couldnt be anymore careless.. The Cause: Either the owner or a staff employee whomever that is responsible for setting up the patio umbrellas, and I mean those large heavy metal patio umbrellas, well, they failed to lock the pole of the umbrella and unfortunately the umbrella lifted and blew away and had hit a family in the face that were dining there also; instant noticeable bruising to the face... I was only a table away from them.. it could have been me too. I am disappointed in the lack of care in general that surrounded the scene. Little 5 ft me... was the only one that came to help while everyone else sat around and minded their own business... it took a long while until one of the staff noticed to help and then the owner came out and awkwardly said a one word-sorry and dipped... didnt come back to offer any hospitality, non-genuine and non-apologetic... it made me lose my appetite. They had the audacity to still charge the family their meal... but I had to tell these really nice folks to make sure they get comped back. It was sickening to me on how careless they were treated. I would never come back! I mean an exaggerating long wait, cold soggy food and careless hospitality from the owner himself. That's three major strikes. P.s. That same wknd.. the news showed up about a South Carolina woman that was struck by a patio umbrella and died on site... that says alot about lacking safety. Yes, search it up. It's real news.. Hope this help improves the business alertness. P.p.s. And although I was disappointed at this dining-bar overall... I still tipped my server a good $20 as the situation was out of their control, my server was still attentive towards me. They all just need social common courtesy in empathy and hospitality. But anyways, my lunch ended with bittersweetness with the family that got struck, they comped my whole meal for genuinely being the only one that was concerned for them. The only service I'm grateful for was that.
