They greet you when you walk in, they take you to a chair as soon as it opens up. My father even comes in from time to time to get his cut when it grows out. I made an appointment yesterday and got my cut today. When I walked in, I was offered a drink, some snacks, and a place to sit. Waited just a few moments for Clayton and we got started. I did request that we have a short consult before the haircut and I made sure I came early. They're pretty booked up. I asked for Clayton's opinion, he gave it, and I agreed.
