I decicded to have dinner at Red Rock Casino a few days ago. I wanted pizza but I didn't want to get a whole pie for 1 person and freeze the remaining slices after I had two. I have been to Good Pie in the Arts District a couple of times, and I decided to go there and buy some slices. Good Pie is in the food court. You go to the case where there are pizzas so you can see what's available. I saw two squares of Sicilian style pizza with pepperoni. I ordered the last two slices from this whole pie. The slices were put on a heated conveyor. They move along and are heated as they move down the conveyor. Soon I had the two slices, some plastic ware, napkins, and packets of red pepper flakes. This is not the freshest of pizzas and it's a bit crispy from reheatitng. But, it is so good and so easy for dinner. Service was excellent. I want to especially thank my server. I don't know her name but my recepit had intitals of PM and then a number. She saw me having trouble with the tray and she asked if it would be easier in a box. She boxed the slices for me. I found a table in the food court area and enjoyed these slices. A big thank you to her. The pizza is a bit pricey. I wold normally give Good Pie 3 stars but the servcice from the woman who helped me ups the rating to 4 stars. She was a gem!! read more

i was so concerned to try this place because of the reviews honestly but ignore them please try it on your own guys i thought they had a fantastic selection & for a slice it's 6.75 which isn't expensive in my eyes. the pizza itself was fantastic. the ranch with it? chefs KISSS this is definitely one of my favorite pizzas in vegas. top 5 for sure. i'm so glad i work in the casino so i can finally get some good pizzas on break!! i want to try the white pizza next. :) i had the grandma pepperoni & it was the perfect crispiness & amount of cheese. all the flavors worked just great together. the pepperonis were toasted just right. i'm so glad i ignored the negative & went for myself to give them a shot. i will totally be back! & i encourage everyone to at least try it once before believing other peoples negative reviews as i had amazing service & & tasty time! read more

I ordered a slice of traditional New York style pizza. Pretty strange setup and confusing and I didn't see signs. If you want a slice order at the counter to select your slice. Good Pie opened up five days ago and I've been drooling ever since. I'm so excited to have go-to by-the-slice pizza spot in Summerlin. We finally get a LEGIT pizza place close by without driving to the Arts District! We ordered three slices (two grandma pies and a Detroiter) and every single one was excellent. Lucky for us, the owner/concept developer, Vincent, was in the day we stopped for lunch. He is clearly wildly passionate about pizza and it shows up in every pie. I was eager to try Good Pie for the first time after its highly publicized opening at Red Rock, so I went for the grand opening. I arrived shortly before the scheduled opening time of 11am. While in line, the power intermittently went out, which may have scared off some other people in line. However, the staff and especially the owner maintained their positivity throughout the delays, so I decided to stick it through. After an hour and half, I made it to the register to place my order. I ordered three different slices instead of a whole pizza so that I could sample the menu and also to avoid having to extend my wait even longer. Unfortunately, there were a few other technical issues that stemmed from the earlier power outage: the credit card reader wasn't operating and the register wasn't pulling up certain menu items. After a few more minutes from placing my order, I finally got my three slices, which totaled around $30. The Detroit triple pep was the most expensive, but the best tasting. The grandma upside down had tasty sauce, but was over baked. The New York white pie also had good flavors, but was slightly over baked. Although I could've done without the excessive time in line, I'm glad I tried the place. The issues stemming from the power outage were beyond their control, so that doesn't factor into my rating. The food and price do factor, so I don't think I'd order slices again even if there wasn't a wait time. At that price point, I'd enjoy a meal at another restaurant in Red Rock. However, if online ordering becomes available at this Good Pie location, I'd like to order a whole pie and hopefully provide an updated rating improvement. read more

Super excited to have Good Pie much closer to us than driving to the Art District. Same GREAT taste!! We ordered a whole Detroit style vegetable pizza. The pizza dough and the crust were on point. The toppings (veggies) could have been more generously distributed. Flavor was perfect! The service could use a little work. I'm not sure what the difference between the Sicilian and Detroit style pizzas but one of the girls taking our order told me that the Detroit style is the thickest crust out of all the pizzas. I mean, it could be true but I think they could use a little bit more training on explaining the difference of the dough/crust. The ambiance was food court vibe. Not too crowded when we went. I would come back again just for the pizza alone...it's really worth it. Next time, we're going Sicilian(lighter and more airy than the Detroit). If you want a good slice of pizza or even a whole pizza, this place is worth a try. This place as a follow up visit has significantly lowered in ratings. Three stars for the pizza and Zero stars for the new guys attitude. I ordered three slices , two being the white square on the middle shelf that have the ricotta "flowers" on them if you would. I asked for one to be remixed as I normally get with no problem which would be lemon zest, crushed red pepper flakes and drizzle of something. The guy told me "we don't do that here no mo" to which I replied you don't do it or you're unsure what I mean. He replied the boss don't want it no more so we do what the boss tells us to do. I understand completely but I got the same order of 2 slices regularly as I use the Sportsbook daily. If the boss told you to remove it from ordering then I completely understand. However. I'm gonna need boss man to confirm that you don't want it to be remixed anymore at the Red Rock location and I will correct this review because I enjoy this pizza well done and it's closer than Main Street. We'd heard all the hype and decided to try it. Strange set up. Stood in line 15 minutes to get to front of line to order. Employees seem frustrated and confused. Waited another ten minutes to get pizza which was barely luke warm. Not worth the wait. More importantly, not doable as a lunch spot for locals. This was their second day at this location so maybe it's birthing pains. We'll give it another shot in a month or two but overall, disappointing. Great location at Redrock Casino ! It's unfortunate that the pizza was very mid at best . We had a slice of pepperoni, and a slice of white . The pizza was way too thin, very little cheese and overall a small slice of pizza.. and it was pretty expensive as well. Very disappointing because the other location at Fremont is delicious. I have been going to their Main Street location for a few years now. They have the best gluten free pizza I ever have had. It's definitely my go to pizza place. When I found out that good pie was opening in red rock I was excited since it's 5 minutes from my house. I went on opening day and everything was great. I went back about a week or so later also was great. I went back the following week and I can't say the same. I ordered my gluten free pizza and when I went to pick it up they told me that someone ordered a gluten free pizza at the exact same time as me and they gave my pizza to someone else. I thought that was weird and honestly didn't believe that. Anyways they gave me 2 free slices of cheese pizza. I couldn't eat them because I have a gluten allergy. Anyways they remade my gluten free pizza. I got home and noticed that they made it incorrectly. They forgot to put sauce on my pizza. So I ended up calling them back and told them and they said to come in and we will remake your gluten free pizza free of charge. I ended up going back the next day for my correct pizza and everything went smoothly. The whole ordeal kind of made me not want to go to this location. About a month after that incident happened I decided to try the Summerlin location again. I went in at the register at 9:44pm and they told me that unfortunately they can't make a gluten free pizza because they close at 10pm. They said they stop taking gluten free orders at 9:40pm. I guess they would rather go home instead of having business. So I ended up leaving and not ordering anything. Overall I love the pizza but I'm not a fan of this location. It's unfortunate. I guess if I want good pie I will have to drive further away to the arts district location. Every time I have eaten at that location I never had any issues. read more

Awful experience! We went on a Saturday late morning and 2 employees were busy with 2 other people. I'm assuming it was a drop or something to do with money. Neither employee acknowledged us, said hello, or even told us it will be a few minutes. We stood there over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. For a new place where other pizza places have failed, this is not a good start. We had a good experience the first time but this experience shows the employees don't care about their customers and willing to let them walk away.
