I have been eating this pizza for years. Yesterday's pie was awful. I don't know what happened but it was soggy and the cheese was disgustingly chewy like their are cutting corners with lower quality cheese. Spent $32.00 on an extra large that we didn't enjoy. read more

We also had a Margarita Pizza which was great and they are not stingy on pepperoni & ricotta in the Calzone. Friendly service and NY decorated interior. The food is good. We normally go to the one on Aliante, but stopped here tonight but never again. Like I said our normal order was good and hit the spot but the customer service was bland and rude. We pulled up at 8:15, ordered for dine in and we were told they close at nine and to keep that in mind. At 8:50 as we are finishing up, the drinking fountain was turned off and the tv that we were watching was also turned off. We were rejected a refill, and said that they were closed, however, it was only 8:54 and I pointed that out to him. My wife then asked since we couldn't get a refill, if we could at least get water and mentioned that she would reach out to the manager tomorrow to discuss the lack of customer service. Once she mentioned that, he did offer to give us water. But as paying customers, it is absolutely rude to experience what we did and feel rushed to eat our food. By the way, as I sit in my car and write this review, it just turned 9pm. I give this place a 1 star, even though the food was good, there is no reason why any person at any time of the day should experience this type of service. This is completely unacceptable. read more

Was craving pizza and the closest place to us that's not a large corporation is Rocco's. The white pizza was a hit but their Sicilian was not very good. It was salty af. I ordered through yelp and the photo next to the Sicilian had pepperoni on top so of course I thought my pizza would be like the photo, it wasn't. For years, I've ordered Rocco's pizza off of Charleston. Never an issue from this location. However, I've ordered from the aliante location once, the pizza nor garlic knots were cooked. Doey, and the pizza came with nothing but marina. Never ordered from there again. Then centennial hills opened a location. Still not as good however we still order often from there. Tonight we placed an order for delivery. After our time frame was well past we called to find out that it went to another location. 111$ worth of food. Called the other location and spoke to a manager. She told me that she would be frustrated unfortunately they can't refund due to separate ownership. But, if we came 25 minutes across town and picked it up that would be fine. I said no problem I will head there: she then hung up the phone. I called back and she said they closed at 8:00 and was unwilling to stay, and hung up on me. I attempted to call back and the phones were off. I'm now 111 out of food I never received, and ordered dominos. I will never order Rocco's food again. read more

I ordered delivery via DoorDash twice in July, 2025 from this location and was very satisfied. We had pizza (build your own), pasta and meat sauce, garlic knots, fried ravioli, mozzarella sticks, stuffed shells and chicken parm. The seasoning was on point and everything tasted really good. My husband and I stopped into have pizza after a doctors appointment. The restaurant was a little busy. We were able to sit down at a table that was dirty, unfortunately. They were able to clean it after asking. We ordered garlic knots and the everything. It took awhile to get the order because they became swamped with orders and pick ups it was around 5:30ish on a Friday. Once we got our pizza it was hot and delicious! The girl had to go back and get our knots. Our knots came cold and hard. The pizza had great taste, all the ingredients were balanced well. The marinara had good flavor as well. We'd definitely will order pizza again not the knots though. The workers were busy but nice. Still the best! Pizza is delicious as usual. This time, we just got a large half and half pizza with simple toppings. I wish there were more mushrooms on the right side that had them, but other than that, pizza was great. Love your marinara sauce, so I always like a side of that with the pizza. Chicken tenders (hot) with a side of ranch is always a classic. Even though we are not far away from this location, we were going to do delivery this time. I noticed on Grubhub if you want to do a custom pizza, you can only add a maximum of one topping. It doesn't matter if it's toppings on the whole pizza or if you're trying to do half and half... you cannot choose more than one. There isn't an option to "create your own" pizza. Unless you want a one topping or one of their specialty pizzas, you cannot order it custom made on Grubhub. I looked at the Rocco's on Charleston through Grubhub, and I can do a custom pizza without this limitation. However, you don't have an option to order an XL size at all from that location. I didn't want to order from the Charleston location because not only is it further away, but I am faithful to the Village Center location. Not sure what can be done to fix this with your Grubhub menu, but it would be appreciated. Because I could not do the pizza I wanted, we called it in for pickup instead. read more

So, I have been going to Rocco's on Village Circle nearly every Friday night for a few years. They know me by name. Their main pizza maker is extraordinary. However, he isnt always making pizzas anymore and it shows. The last couple times it was possibly the worst pizza I have had ever. I even ordered extra cheese just in case and still there was barely any cheese. I even asked if this "was ordered as an extra cheese pizza" and was told yes because it had cheese on top of the pepperoni. It also wasnt cooked correctly the crust was too thin, cooked too hot, and was cold by the time I got home because there was nothing on it, it was like cardboard. My wife and I had a few bites and threw it away. The cheese didnt even go all the way to the edge. Like I said I am a regular and travel 30 min to this location because their main pizza maker is the best. But when he isnt working, don't waste your $30. read more

Staff was very friendly, place was clean. The ambiance was cool. They has some good music on and the cook was behind the counter singing every song that came on. Pretty entertaining. We came in tonight looking forward to trying this place. We ordered a 20" pepperoni & sausage pizza & 2 fountain drinks. We were told it would take about 10/15 minutes. They brought our pizza out about 25 minutes later and it was soooo greasy. Literally just a huge pool of grease right in the middle of the pizza. I took a slice, and the grease poured off my slice. Inedible. We took it back to the counter and the guy told us to wait a few to let it soak back into the pizza. Uhm - what? Okay... Which then lead to an extremely soggy slice of pizza. The guy who cooked the pizza came to look at our pizza and his words were "oh wow why does it look like that? I think its the pepperoni doing that" They offered to remake our pizza. We asked for our money back instead. We had our baby with us and didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes, for it to possibly be the same as before. He refunded us, and was pretty rude about it - could tell he was irritated that we wanted a refund. And to top it off - he kept their tip (which whatever, not worth the argument) and refused to refund our fountain drinks. The least he could've done was also refund the fountain drinks, as we wasted 30 minutes waiting for an inedible pizza. 0/10 recommend. Rude customer service. We used to love this location but after our disappointing experience today... we will not be going back. Ordered a pizza and garlic knots. They threw the extremely greasy garlic knots on a paper plate wrapped in tin foil and put that on top of the pizza box. The oil and grease from the garlic knots (which obviously cannot be contained with a single paper plate), leaked all over the pizza box and my seats. Literally puddles of dripping oil-- we order the same things every time and this has never happened before. Got home and cleaned up that oily mess just to find an extremely SOGGY pizza in the box. There wasn't any delay on my end in picking up the pizza-- I was there when they made it and boxed it up. So there's really no reason why the pizza would be wet/soggy other than poor execution of making the pizza. Super bummed that this location has changed in such a negative way. Been eating Rocco's for 10+ years but this location really disappointed today and did not live up to the high quality standards we're used to from Rocco's. read more

So happy I decided to try this place out. There are a lot of these shops throughout town. It looks pretty cool inside. Reminded me of New York a liiiitle bit. I spoke to one of the workers. I forgot her name, but she was super friendly, so she made me feel very welcomed :) I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the white pizza. That white pizza was new to me, but I love ricotta, so I had to try it. Once you order your pizza(s), they'll put it in the oven to warm it up. It tastes so good! Like it's actually crunchy and delicious! Will def come here again during lunch when craving pizza haha I'm really curious about their gelato. This Rocco's location is located in the Trails Village Shopping Center in Summerlin (where the Albertson's is located). They get pretty busy during peak hours especially dinner time when people are picking up to-go orders. The dining space is not huge but there are several tables for people who do prefer to dine in (like myself) and it's clean - which is always a plus. Although they specialize in NY style pizza, they also offer Sicilian pies with a thicker crust, strombolis, calzones, pastas, cold and hot sandwiches, appetizers (wings, meatballs, calamari, etc.), salads, Italian entrees (parmigiana, marsala, Frances, etc.), and desserts! I really like the meatballs here. The meatballs are tender and the sauce is delicious (not too tart). Very well balanced flavors. I have also tried their pasta with vodka sauce which is one of my favorite dishes so I always have to try it when I see it on a menu. Rocco's version is delicious. Very creamy sauce with bits of pancetta. I love it. Pizzas? I had both the NY and Sicilian - because I always have to try a little bit of everything! I liked both but I'd say the NY has the edge here but hey isn't that what they specialize in? Rocco's is definitely a great option for anyone craving pizza or an Italian meal in a casual setting.
