They are in the process of merging restaurants so we received several menus but were told that not all items were there and that there are some repeats and that all the prices were going to be different. The staff aggressively challenged me and treated me as though I was attempting to scam them, despite the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and received those signatures directly from their business. Being publicly accused of dishonesty over a loyalty program was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unnecessary. Of course I said cash because I wanted my $ back instantly like how it was taken away. Can you believe one of the older ladies said something in there native language to him, they end up going back & forth and then he tried to deny the cash option & wanted to void the charge because of the credit fees they were charged. So the business doesn't want to take a lost to a credit charge fee but rather a loyal customer for 5+ years. This place has really fallen downhill & clearly lacks integrity.
