I have been looking for a place that makes really good mapo tofu and not just orange sauce covered tofu. The sauce thickness was just right and had a very good taste. It was so good that I could eat the sauce alone. The tofu also was made with a nice mix of mushrooms, peas, carrots, and scallions. I could tell the tofu was prepped well because it wasn't spongey, but rather soft, and just right. This is definitely my new go to place, I am coming back for more. read more

The pork fried rice shaved/ chopped very small to the point that you taste mostly rice. I ordered food over the phone with my cash app card. I did not include the tip usually I do if I do not have cash on me. That was Saturday night as soon as the transaction goes through of course everyone knows that you'll get a notification. I got a my notification. The total transaction was $31.12 why did I get another notification the next day for $35.12. I did not tip the driver because he rudely and aggressively asked for a cash tip. I sent him off with a tip but it wasn't cash. Why the driver tipped himself $2.00. So unless you want fraudulent activities going on with your card I suggest you do use this Chinese food service. It's a shame because the food is actually decent. I know it's only $2.00 but it's my $2.00 and I am a principal person you can't just tip yourself. If he does that to 10 people a day and no one reports him y'all do the math it's fraud! Update!!!!! I come here occasionally, the food is pretty decent, this is not the place to go for a sit-down family dinner, there are so few Chinese Restaurants around where you can still eat in, but there are 3 tables with 4 chairs each, if you are so inclined to do so. We ordered takeout from here this past weekend to try out a different spot since our local spot didn't seem to be picking up. I mix it up and got an old favorite, the shrimp with lobster sauce with white rice and my husband got the chicken with broccoli. It was nice that on weekend we were still able to get the lunch special. We ordered up two lunch specials with our side egg roll or soup. Well I really enjoyed my dish, the first thing I noticed was what you'll see in the picture. Literally three quarters of my plate was white rice. There really wasn't much shrimp with lobster sauce in here. I was also a little put off that it didn't come in a separate container, I'm used to Chinese restaurants knowing not to mix it for you and to let you portion out how much rice and Topping you'd like together. It was yummy and my husband enjoyed his as well. My Eggroll was on the oily side, oil dripping out of it as I ate it, so wasn't happy about that. Website and menu on the phone is rather misleading, you better call to order and hope the language barrier is not a problem. I've order from them for a couple o'years, Im in the system when I order ( so is not the first time ordering ) and they did not had the decency to address the mistake over the order... Moreover when I try to explain to them and show them the online poorly constructed and hard to navigate menu they just looked at me like well thats your problem buster. "We been using the same company website for ten years" they said!. Well I think is nine years too old, is 2023 and the existing of apps or interactive menus is a thing... I understand culturally speaking is a struggle, but they have had more then I decade to adjust...therefore finding myself writing this rather bad review. I will order again from them, rest assure! I also did not enjoy the general tsaos- very sweet and not enough crunch with a TON of batter on each chunk on chicken. 2 stars for those. The flavor in in bbq spare ribs was GREAT, but the ribs themselves were not very good quality. Too bad, because if they got better quality and kept the flavor they would have been awesome. The egg roll was good- not too greasy. 3 stars. The dumplings were the star of the show. Great filling and great sauce. 5 stars. This food was really cheap, and they gave me a free 2 liter. Once I walked in, the lady at the counter was very attentive and friendly. The food was ready so I didn't have to wait and food was hot. I usually get the beef with broccoli....not too greasy, great portion and best of all, the broccoli is crisp and fresh. The chicken wings in garlic sauce is also great. This is by far the worst place to eat! I placed an order for me and my family on 7/3/19. A chicken and broccoli combo meal which comes with an egg roll. A plain broccoli with a side or brown sauce. A quart of sweet and sour chicken and a general tso chicken combo with shrimp fried rice. Now normal the combos come with a pork egg roll well this place decided to just change that to a shrimp egg roll without any notice. The reason they said they did this without notification is because they say they thought we didn't eat meat! That's crazy!!! The reason I'm so upset and even writing this review is because I am allergic to shrimp!!! And guess who one of the egg rolls was for. ME!!! As soon as I noticed the shrimp I dropped the egg roll and took a Benadryl and then called the restaurant up. The owner decided to tell me that she would just drive me a new egg roll! I don't care about the egg roll. They almost sent me to the hospital and all they care about is giving me a $2 credit. I told her that I was allergic and she had the nerve to tell me that I didn't inform her that I was allergic to shrimp. I said why would I have to tell you I didn't order shrimp rolls I ordered the egg rolls. After about 5 minutes of her saying there was nothing she could I hung up the phone and left it at that.
