Food is always freshly made hence fresh food takes time. Lots of food options to choose from, you can also order online and pick your order up or have it delivered. I wouldn't recommend ordering on Ubereats because most food options aren't available on there. The wonton soup was tasty, nice soft texture and the broth texture was soothing with along with the wonton crisp. Definitely would order from here again, I always try something new. Never going back.... Placed an order for Combo plain fried rice with broccoli, carrots and a side of garlic sauce. The young lady tells me $8.85 I get there and the price increased $2 because of the freaking carrots. I paid this time because I don't have time to go elsewhere but as I told the young lady at the register, who was apologetic, "I will never come back here again" I've never paid over $10 for a meatless meal from a Chinese restaurant. Hair nets people, Back in June, I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai and I was enjoying it, great flavors, lots of shrimp. But then I found a long hair wrapped in the noodles that was not mine, yuck! I wanted so much to eat my leftovers, but the sicken feeling in my stomach overruled and the food was trashed, ahh man what a waste. The flavors were so good. It's now January, I want to order from here again, trust, I've tried other places and was disappointed to say the least. I was willing to take my chances until another review mentioned a hair experience, so I'll have to pass, as this may be a common occurrence. I don't know why this place has bad reviews. The food is delicious, filling, and not greasy at all so you don't feel groggy like you usually do with other Chinese food. The spare ribs are a must! Cheese wontons are scrumptious. I've tried chicken with broccoli, pineapple chicken, and Singapore mei fun. I highly recommend eating at this place. Food was descent. I ordered chicken & broccoli with a side order of CRAB WONTONS. I got pork wontons & it was highly disgusting to make it worse. Which was expressed when I called back today to try & get a refund. it seemed like the first 2 people who wasn't my race but spoke good enough English to understand who didn't so the phone was given to a man who was disrespectful. The delivery took almost an hour which became a issue for not calling back when I got the order & realized what it was. Hunan chicken was OK, and cold peanut noodles were ok--dressing not bad, and the sliced veggies underneath the noodles were a surprise treat (snap peas etc). Ma po tofu was silken tofu in a vat of brown sauce with some diced carrot pieces and some peas. On its own would not have been great, but with noodles it worked. They do not work well with their customers I try to get a refund for an adjustment they made the Uber eats and they told me to take it up with Uber eats very rudely and then hung up on me. I will never order from blue ocean again. I ordered some shrimp fry rice a few weeks back and they got my order wrong and gave me pork fry rice. I had to throw it away since I don't eat pork and if I did that was an edible. The rice was hard and there was tiny bits of meat that looked old and hard. First mistake! The order came nearly an hour late, and I was charged 8.75 for what should have been a $7.24 order. I was charged an extra fee for using a credit card which was not listed on the website.
