We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

In the last week, I have purchased several Nespresso machines (for myself and family members) from $12-$40 a piece; all of which are in working order and pretty much complete (outside of 1 not coming with the aerocinno: but if I would have opened the box prior to purchasing: I would have realized it: But at $12: no biggie). I didn't pick up a $849 Breville espresso machine (barista pro) and I am still kicking myself for not grabbing it. I bought a bed frame sold on Amazon for $149 at $12 and some vacuums that retailed upwards of $279 from $12-$40 on a random Thursday/Friday. Most items appear to be returns from stores: Still new and in their original box.... Great stuff to be found. The staff is super helpful. The owners are always promoting it on Instagram (and give previews of what is to come: ie Target/Amazon stuff) The store itself can get PACKED, hot and stuffy: But, for the deals: It's a small inconvenience. I really think that the "deals" are AMAZING and I have left "lucky" each time. I lined up early, was 5th in line and was trying to snag it, however once I got my hands I was pushed to the side but some man who's 5x bigger than me. After a while he felt bad and ended up giving it to me which I thought was weird but I accepted, I later found out why. When it came time to check if the luggage was in there, to my surprise it was not. I thought they were to have it front so before I paid I made sure to ask where the luggage was and to my surprise again the rude lady said if it's not in there then it's not here. It's very obvious this place tries to sell empty name brand products to make a profit, because as soon as both employees knew there was no luggage inside it was placed right back on the tables to sell. Not only was I frustrated by this experience but extremely disappointed as the owner knows exactly what he's doing by trying to sell fake products to the community of Azusa . Rows of clothing on racks with very little space to walk. Boxes of overstock on the floor that you must step around to get past. I struggled to get to the back of the store where I thought I might find the shirts I was looking for. A lady, I assume the owner, asked me what I was looking for. After I told her, she led me to the rack of polo shirts. She explained the pricing to me. As I began looking through the shirts, she said her cash register was not working that day and she was only taking cash. This was a major inconvenience since I did not have much cash on me. After deciding that there were shirts that I wanted to buy, I made my way out of the store so I could go find an ATM. After getting the much needed cash at a Wells Fargo, I returned. I went through the shirts and found four that I wanted. All were a brand that I never heard of. The fabric was a little heavier than I wanted but I went ahead and got them since the price was so reasonable. I made my way to the front to pay for them. A young girl was running the cash register which appeared to work. There was a handwritten sign that said they could not take credit cards since their machine was not working. The young lady was polite. She began talking to the older lady that had helped me earlier. She looked at the clothing tags and told her what the price should be. There appears to be no price tags on anything. There are handwritten signs on the various clothing racks which tells you the pricing. It seems like the owner has all the pricing cataloged in her brain. I paid for my purchase and they bagged it up for me. The girl said, "we exchange sizes, not colors." I said OK. I was in here on Veterans Day. There were two teenaged boys kind of hanging out in the front of the store. I guessed that the boys and the girl running the register must be the owner's kids that were out of school for the day. They seemed to be nice young people but looked kind of bored out of their minds. I got home and tried on the shirts. They fit but were a little tight. As long as they don't shrink, I should be fine. I would say that I got good value for the money I spent. The store is rather difficult to navigate. The aisles need to be wider and the boxes of overstock should be kept somewhere other than stacked in the floor. This is a no frills shopping experience. They have plenty of parking in the small shopping center where they are located. The clothes are very inexpensive. If they hold up, they are a real bargain.

Upon arrival, I pulled into the lot and it was small (maybe 6-8 spots) but luckily it wasn't crowded. There were a number of racks outside with really good stuff (rain jackets, vests, jeans, shorts, overalls, etc). Then when I went inside, there were PILES of jeans stacked everywhere. The worker said there was probably over 7,000 pairs of jeans. I am so happy to have found this gem. Will definitely be coming back for my jeans fix!
