Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with beer but they didn't have any, the bathrooms weren't cleaned and there was tissue everywhere and soap dispensers were empty. It can use some updating. It seems the staff was very small and maybe more help was needed in the counter and cleaning to keep up. Overall, it was a fun day and we'd definitely go again.

New owner at this track‼…read more Many improvements. They have a new and functional public announcing (loudspeaker) system. They have painted the seating. New concession provider. It is a very pleasant place to visit now. I think the previous owners didn't want to invest in making this a successful track. The new owner DOES want to succeed and it is very obvious with all the effort they have put into this facility. Not a five star rating yet, because their web page is still directly associated with the previous owner. They need to end that association and establish their very own website, with an appropriate URL name and more accurately reflect their new commitment and personality to this facility. Happy to see the changes and enjoy the races much more now.

There's a beer tent where you can watch the race between turn 3 and 4. Perfect event for the kids as well. In addition to the racing there's a playground when they need a break from the left turns as well. Concessions are reasonably priced.

Finally got to race with rusty at South Sound Speedway in Rochester, Wa. Only negative was the…read moreregistration line which took almost 20 minutes to get to the front. After a 45 minute discussion about the cars and the track. I put on my racing gear (I brought my own). and headed over to the cars. The cars here were Late Models, which are somewhat different than cup cars but still fast. The cars were being used hourly so it was amazing that they were in pretty good shape. The only appearance of heavy useage was the steering wheel on my car was somewhat ragged. I got on the track and passed everyone. I wasn't afraid to floor it in the straights and I suspect this is the only place you can do this without buying your own car. Wish it could have lasted longer! LOL Great time!

I have to give the Chelmsford Forum five stars because I spent many days there during hockey season…read morein high school. Since we didn't get prime ice time, we had practices at 5:30am before school. Luckily, we had practice everyday because the forum never forgot to open up early,. and was always on time.. even at 5am. Some mornings I would lay in bed at 430am.. and pray to god that somebody forgot to open the rink. Never happened. It's a typical ice rink, nothing fancy. The Umass Lowell Riverhawks used to play there.. but they got the new fancy Tsongas Arena in Lowell. They have snack bar with the normal fried rink food and only one section of the bleachers have some sort of heating system type thing. They have free skate and open hockey.. and the guys that sharpen skates in the pro shop are the best. I've probably thrown up here more than any other public place.. so needless to say it holds a special place in my heart.

Any place we've skated in the past has crates for the younger kids, the forum does not allow crates during public skate? The was automatically a downfall with having a toddler but we decided to try it out anyways since we were already there. My son fell while skating and it really scared him, considering he's not even 2 and he's used to using crates to hold on to, so my husband picked him up trying to get him off the ice and out of the way of all the hockey players racing around and slamming into boards. The second my sons feet left the ice a worker was right at my husband telling him to put him down, it was against rink rules to carry children while on the ice(as my son is screaming and crying). Needless to say, my child's safety is more important than your rinks rules. We got a refund and will not be returning.
