Speaking of pizza, I went for the Carnivore Pizza, and it did not disappoint. Loaded with toppings, great crust, and just the right amount of cheese--definitely a solid choice. My companion had the Antipasto Salad, which was a fresh and flavorful mix of greens, tomatoes, roasted peppers, garbanzo beans, salami, and provolone, all tossed in a tangy red wine vinaigrette. Both dishes were well done, and you could tell they put some thought into their ingredients. Now, here's the part that had me feeling a little bad for them--we were the only customers there for lunch on a weekday. It's a new spot, so I really hope they get more traction because the food and service deserve a crowd. Prices were very reasonable, with lunch coming in at under $20 per person, which is a steal for the quality. Parking is plentiful. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce rich and flavorful. The Grilled Salmon on a bed of spinach was perfectly cooked (most restaurants overcook fish) and quite tasty. The gnocchi was definitely the winner in my book. Creamy, cheesey, and light tomato-ey goodness!
