The San marzano tomato sauce is soo good. Pizza crust is really thin and the pizza was sliced into squares which was cool. Wouldn't recommend choosing the seasoned olive oil as the pizza sauce as it left our pizza feeling a bit dry. Service was good, they forgot our drink but to be fair 4 tables walked in right before we ordered it so that's understandable. Overall a nice experience and we will come back to try some other items. We LOVED the crust. The food was warm and fresh. The pizza is cracker thin with amazing flavors and the sauce was tasty. The drinks were good too. The interior decor is eclectic and hip. The Service was poor. Our waitress never got us refills or checked on us after we ordered. Kitchen staff brought out our food. We had to ask another server for refills and our ticket. We used to have a Crust in our town, but it closed. It was nice to taste these nostalgic flavors and enjoy the charm of the atmosphere. We will be back with family. read more

If you want Spaghetti & Meatballs, B E W A R E!! The sauce is extremely H O T!! The meatballs are over cooked to the point they become literal hockey pucks. I was told this is the way they do it at this joint. Distasteful, unappealing, hard and inedible. Skip this dish. The pizza ordered was supposed to be sausage and bacon. Don't ask for the bacon 'crisp' because they cook EVERY MEAT until it's burnt. It's like eating pebbles and rocks instead of any meat with discerning flavor. I wouldn't feed this slop to a dog. Actually, if you put this in front of a dog, a dog would look up at you as if to say, "I ain't eatin that crap!" Don't do it. They think they can rip off newcomers who come in. If it's your first visit they will take advantage and rip you off by giving you bad food. And not returning your hard-earned money for that bad food. It seemed their 'regulars' were eating there while we were in, and they were most unfriendly, giving dirty looks as if we shouldn't be there. Don't worry, you locals can have this place. More and more, we find businesses just like this one--and funny...they are all in Red Bank. I'll stay far away from this town in the future. Chatt is known for southern hospitality. This is not it! It's the rudest and worst ever. Talked to the manager after eating there that night. He said he makes all the food and they don't get complaints. Perhaps he should go to cooking school and really learn he doesn't know what he's doing. He also said the food was made exactly as he always makes it so he can't give me my money back. When is it right to not give a customer their money back when they had two horribly put together meals that went in the garbage because they were inedible. Overall it's a decent pizza. Thin crust style as advertised. Sauce has good flavor. It's a little overpriced for what you get, but otherwise a nice place to get some pizza and grab a beer. Let's do a quick review. Pizza is ok. Crust could be cooked a little more. We ordered 2 16" pizza's. Let me say I love pizza and have had it all over the country. I could have gotten this quality in the Frozen Food Section of the grocery store. The staff was very polite and took my order promptly. They said 20 mins and in 20 mins it was ready for pickup. That is definitely a plus. True score is 3.75 stars my total bill was just shy of $60. These were. It $30 pies. There is a lot of better pizza in the area. I was very disappointed in the quality. Oh well live and learn. I will say it was a nice place and clean. Everything was great except the pizza. read more

Excellent pies! When in the Chattanooga area we always try to get pizza since there are so many good choices. We don't get Crust enough and that's a shame! It's great every time. I miss the location on Monteagle and wish they had a location in Middle Tennessee (especially Murfreesboro) as our choices are limited to the big chains. If you're nearby, give them a try! They're worth a drive as well if you've never had them! read more

Crust has been one of our go-to "I'll meet you for dinner" places with my parents, who live on Signal Mtn, for yeaaaaars. Funny story, I remember when this place was a Long John Silvers. Ahhh, childhood. ANYWAY, I've had their pizza a handful of times and it's always tasty. Thin crust & good quality toppings - but what really gets me going here, is their house salad. Garbanzo beans. Sunflower seeds. Fresh cucumbers & mushrooms. Shredded mozzarella cheese. Homemade ranch that is, quite literally, the best salad dressing I have ever tasted, anywhere, in my entire life. I would drink that stuff if it weren't, you know, frowned upon to drink salad dressing. I get this salad almost every time we go, and it's always so reliably delicious. They serve the salad with a piece of their cheese toast/bread, which is basically a slice of their pizza with tons of cheese and no sauce. I always tell myself I'm going to be healthy and leave that for my husband, but then I end up dipping it in leftover ranch and eating it before he has a chance. Whoops. Unique pizza with a thin crust. I can taste everything independently unlike most casserole style pizzas. It reminds me of Aurelio's Pizza in Chicago. I'm really picky when it comes to pizza, and this was awesome! They had a great selection of regular pizzas as well as some funkier pizzas. We also had the sweet tea to drink and it was really good and fresh! I do wish that this location was a little more wheel chair accessible in that their pathways are not wide enough, but our server was very nice and accommodating and even held the door for us on the way out. I never heard of this place until me and my friends celebrated the wonderful teacher of our kids. This place was offered to us as closest place to our children's school. I think the location is great and I was surprised that I drove there many times and never paid that much attention to this place. The food was mediocre . I had -made my own pasta dish -and it did not taste good . But what I did not like -was the dirty floor. We dropped a marker and were checking the floor for it and it was so dirty and the bathroom too. Crust is a favorite stop for me when I'm in Chattanooga. That shouldn't be a problem but Chattanooga is also home to Lupi's pizza which is another of my favorite pizza places. Suffice it to say that I get plenty of pizza in my diet when visiting Chattanooga. The irony here is that I've been told Crust was born when the owners of Lupi's divorced; she got Lupi's, he started Crust. I hate the couple broke up but I'm glad both restaurants are around. Crest has a wide selection of specialty pizzas as well as your staples. They have a great taken bake selection that allows you to experience their pizzas at home. They also have a great all you can eat pizza buffet each weekday. They are constantly bringing two pizzas and out throughout lunchtime. I think that is a great weekday value. They also have a pretty good beer selection and getting in and out of the parking lot is very easy. There is also a location on Broad Street near the foot of Lookout Mountain. This is a fun little place tucked into the hills around Chattanooga, TN. The pizza is created on a cracker thin crust with lots of choices for fresh toppings. The local beers on tap, while limited, offered a section of styles. My husband was happy with his Oddstory Milk Stout and I with my Chattanooga Brewery Hill City IPA. The tables are decorated with Baby Boomer collages. Inspired, we enjoyed our pizza while reminiscing over a UTube Gumby video. I seriously love the CRUST... go figure! It's thin and crispy and perfect! I saw lots of reviews complaining about a lack of sauce, but the 3 times we have been, I felt it was just right. Now I will say I haven't been wowed every time by the pizza combinations we have ordered but the toppings are quality. This last time we went, we got the Sizzler which was beef, slices of sausage and pepperoni... we added jalapenos and ate the heck out of that thing! AMAZING! Parker was our server and he was a super nice guy who hooked us up with everything we might need. Decent beer selection for a small pizza joint too! So about that missing star.... one time we came in and ordered multiple pizzas (we were a larger group) and the pizzas came out so far apart that some of us were done eating while others were just getting their pizza, so that kinda sucked but it IS a small place so I guess that is to be expected & honestly I would have been more annoyed if it had all came out at the same time and some of it been limp or lukewarm from sitting. My other complaint is the table.... cute idea, but it's almost like there is a dirty build up on them.. I didn't dare, but close to the walls where condiments sit I swear I could scratch my name into a few of those tables. Way overdue for a good scrubbing or something.
