The fella that greeted us upon entering was nice and helpful in guiding our selections. The bagels were fresh and as good as any NYC bagel I have ever eaten. My family and I couldn't have been happier with our visit. The only downside was the limited amount of indoor seating available, but that's not a complaint--rather, just something to know if you're planning of stopping in for a bagel. If the weather is cold, the outdoor seating isn't likely an option. I highly recommend Hudson Bagels! If I ever make it back to Hudson, I'll visit this shop again! :-)

The Cajun sauce was similar to buffalo but packed a better kick. We also ordered the Bavarian soft pretzels and garlic knots. The garlic knots were so light and fluffy and the marinara sauce was well seasoned and extra garlicky in flavor which we both enjoyed. The Bavarian pretzels were so good on their own they didn't even need the beer cheese or mustard dipping sauce. We were stuffed and did not have room for any more food. Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of the menu. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.

As an NYC transplant, finding a great bagel can be tough BUT NOT ANYMORE. Had amazing bagels at Goodies (the screaming vegan and oy vey all day). They looked so good we couldn't wait to get home and ate them in the car! The actual bagel shop is super clean and has awesome decor and a few nice places to sit indoors (also benches out front). Also delicious coffee. Can't wait to try every bagel on the menu eventually!! Easily best bagel I've had since moving upstate! read more
