Bagels and sandwiches are great. Coffee is really good and service has been very friendly.

Best bagels in Greene County easily. They specialize in bagels, so don't go expecting a hard roll from the gas station type thing. Lattes are also good! It's always really busy, if that means anything. There's a couple places to sit if you want to eat in also but it's kind of chaotic sometimes so I always order to-go. But really, if you love bagels, you're gonna love Goodies. They also have bagels to buy and bring home, and if you're into it they offer day-olds on sale pretty much always. This is one of the only places I can get a blueberry and a poppy seed bagel. We also like the whole wheat everything! I haven't seen that anywhere else. read more

Honestly I feel bad writing a negative review but it needs to be said. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese w no salt pepper or KETCHUP. Got a thin bagel with bacon egg and barely any cheese doused in ketchup:( my bagel was soggy from the ketchup and I ended up throwing it away bc the ketchup over powered any bacon egg and cheese taste:/ not to mention I paid 7$ for that. We tried Goodies for the 1st time, and we're very happy with our new go to spot! One thing I can say for locals, unlike Lox of Bagels in Saugerties, Goodies bagels won't turn into rocks after 24 hours! We always get a dozen bagels when hosting Brunch with Family, and save a few for the following day(s). With Lox, by the following day, they are so hard, its tough to eat, but the bagels at Goodies stayed soft for days, and all we did was store them in Tupperware, at room temp. Another awesome thing, the everything bagels were seasoned on BOTH SIDES! Never seen this before, but it's actually pretty great, because let's be honest, who likes the plain bottom of an everything bagel!? Everyone needs to get to Goodies and support this new local business! We've finally got a decent bagel shop in town, so go show them some love, and get some fantastic bagels! read more

I feel bad for writing a negative review but I feel like I should warn my fellow dairy avoiders that the vegan spread they use here is not anything resembling vegan cream cheese, but a gross, grainy, slightly sweet paste. Not good! I would have gone back inside and gotten something else but I was in a hurry, so I choked down the first half of my bagel and threw the other half in the trash. Excellent genuine NY-style bagels, the best that I've found in the area (I've tried Lox of Bagels and Village Bagels in Saugerties, B+B in Kingston and Mud Club in Woodstock). Crunchy exterior, chewy interior, the right size (i.e. not too oversized), not "puffy" or "doughy". The sandwich choices are varied and every one I've tried has been delicious. This is a regular stop for me whenever I'm in Catskill shopping at the big box stores or at my auto mechanic. Cute space, friendly servers (I've been in 5+ times now and have never found them to be "rude" or "obnoxious" fwiw); all-in-all, a most welcome addition to the area. read more

Disgusting!!! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and what I got was a super thin, burnt bagel that was Flooded w egg yolk. Who makes a sandwich like that?!? I took three bites and chucked the overpriced disaster in the trash and then went to Lindsay's in Leeds and had an actual good bagel sandwich. Bagels are good. Breakfast bacon egg cheese is very good. But, the wait times are ridiculous, and not because they are so busy. Staff standing around, no efficiency. Recommend a bagel (coffee) only line and then a specialty bagel line. Too many staff for it to be this slow. But, once they get this figured out, bagels are on point. Take this seriously! I can't believe I ate the whole thing! I heard Goodies food was really good from several different people and REAL Bagels have been REAL scarce up here in the mountains for a minute! I ordered on their website, and that's awesome! It has their full menu and each thing you want you just hit "add to your order." You check what options you want for each. You can even add your picky nonsense instructions on to each item so you can school the cook. My food was ready when I got there. I ate my "Oy Vey All The Way" on a salt bagel in the parking lot with my car in reverse gear it was so good! I ate my boyfriend's "Holey Cluck" on an everything bagel on the way home and told him they were so busy I just ordered a dozen bagels. Both sandwiches were delicious, and packed BIG Full of good food and not the same deli sandwiches you've had a million times everywhere else. Eat there now before they're famous so you can say you ate there before anybody even heard of the place. And coffee that TASTES LIKE COFFEE. read more

Great start. At beginning, great bagel and everything. But it sadly has quickly started going down hill. The bagels just don't seem as fresh. Then found out that bagels are made across the river. So this is more of a deli and not a bagel baker. Then next thing to start going amiss is the quantity of cream cheese on bagel. It's barely there. Sometimes I take the two halves of my bagel and eat them this way. One half had zero cream cheese. The other half did not have enough to share with other half. Really bummed. read more

This was hands down the best bacon, egg & cheese I've ever had. Cooked perfectly, the egg wasn't too hard or too runny & the bacon was tasty. But the star was the bagel. The rating is all about the value. A friend recommended this small bagel shop that has creative toppings and snack items. She says they order on line, then pickup, even though there is a charge for doing that (I didn't check on that). I went in, there was one other customer, but waited rather a long time for my sandwich to be made, as they made many other ones before mine (the on line orders). The sandwich, pastrami mami, was delicious, meat and pickle in a perfect combination.But the price! It was not like a sandwich but more like a bagel with a generous topping. The bagel was $1.50 and the toppings $10! I have other choices for a restaurant that serves a real sandwich for under $10, and the bread is included! So I was shocked that people are paying this in small town upstate New York. It's a popular place so they don't need me, but I wouldn't pay that again.
