Tried Bagel Tyme for the first and unfortunately left really disappointed. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a hard roll and a bagel with lox cream cheese. The sandwich was just okay--not memorable--and the bagel had such a thin layer of cream cheese it was barely there. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and portion size. The value just isn't there. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place unless they make some serious changes. Needed something since Hudson doesn't have many quick breakfast stops. I have been to this location in the past the food was always satisfying. I went here for breakfast yesterday 7/27/25, and the quality of service and product has gone down tremendously. We ordered 2 bagels which the mixtures of order were wrong. One bagel was ordered with cream cheese, which there was just enough cream cheese on it to say it has cream cheese. The other bagel ordered was a breakfast sandwich, bacon egg and cheese toasted. Bagel recorded was not toasted, one piece of bacon and looked like was not a full egg. I noticed that the eggs and bacon were being microwaved. Horrible, especially for the price . You get better sandwiches and bagels at any gas station for less. read more

Got a bagel sandwich and a dozen bagels for around $23 which is a pretty good deal! Quick and efficient service through drive through, I was in and out in under 5 mins. Bags are delish super fluffy and chewy. read more

I haven't been here for years, but I couldn't drive all the way to upstate NY and not get a decent bagel- a commodity in sadly short supply in my part of Virginia. This morning I went with a simple toasted pumpernickel bagel with their signature maple walnut cream cheese. While the pumpernickel is never as dark as it could be, it pairs beautifully with the walnut cheese. I'm not saying this bagel made my 14 hour drive worthwhile, but I'm not saying it didn't, either. I have always had positive encounters here at this bagel shoppe. I believe this one is way batter than the one in Valatie. The girls at the counters are always nice to me. I see that a lot of the comments say that they have an attitude problem. Well, at least to me, that has never been the case. Place looked clean. The bagels I get here are always delicious. They are generous with the amount of cream cheese they put on the bagel as well. They are hiring as well. read more

Employees not wearing masks at all 3 employees were in the shop with no masks. Observed employee rubbing face and then make a coffee. The bagels are delicious, however in the time of covid it is unsafe for food service to not wear masks. read more

Miserable and rude owner! Spend your money elsewhere. The only reason this place gets any business is because Hudson has pretty much no competition in the restaurant business. The ladies in this place are always great and that's why I even gave 3 stars but the owner looks like he hates being there and is very unappreciative of your business. read more

I have gone to bagel tyme a few tymes recently and their bagels are good but I ask for light on the cream cheese and they never get my order right. At lease three times they screwed up my order. My cup of chicken dumpling soup was only broth. And I mean.... ONLY broth. It had exactly two noodles in it. If you look closely you can find the single piece of chicken that was in the entire cup. read more

Bagel Tyme has really great bagels. They are a good size at a fair price, and they have a wide variety of options, all of which look delicious. Their bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches are very good and very filling. And at a fair price, too! I haven't tried anything else at the shop (sandwiches, soups or pastries) but everything looksd delicious. One other thing that I love about this place - they actually have Snapple Pink Lemonade! I don't know what is going on with Snapple but this is becoming increasingly harder and harder to find. So props to Bagel Tyme for carrying it! They only get 4 stars from me because of all the times I have been into this shop, not one single employee has been remotely friendly. Having a little personality wouldn't kill them...they make it seem like it's painful to perform their jobs. Also they lost some points because they have a $7 minimum for credit cards. I am still under the impression that having a minimum is illegal. It would be much more convenient for the customers if there were no minimum. read more

Great bagels, unfortunately they have a $7 minimum if you want to use a credit card. There is a sign that says this is due to an increase in bank fees with credit card usage. That doesn't really make sense because the credit card companies charge a percentage of the sale as the transaction fee. So what is the difference if Bagel Tyme loses a percentage of $4 or percentage of $7? Credit card transaction fees are a way of life now and any business must understand that this needs to be worked into your operating costs. So today Bagel Tyme got $7 out of me instead of $4. That will be the last time they get anything from me. The profit margin on bagels is quite lucrative; setting a minimum transaction amount to save your company $0.12 doesn't really make good business sense. read more

Workers behind the counter are wearing masks and are great. Other times there have been workers, perhaps owners, not wearing masks. I like their bagels but the cavalier attitude toward hygiene is sad. One star for failing to follow the most simple of health requirements. read more

The bagels are fantastic; however, the staff is not. I'm willing to forego courteous, friendly wait staff as long as I'm getting a large, fluffy bagel smothered with cream cheese. Their bagels are much alike the likes of NYC and Long Island bagels; thick, fresh, delicious. They have many varieties and never skimp on the cream cheese (seriously.) We went her while staying in Hudson after we noticed the other Bagel Tyme was inexplicably closed on weekends. I mean in a town with a lot of bars, bagel sandwiches are the standby for the morning after...Anyhow we found this location and had a teenaged girl take our order at the register. We told her we had a large order and pulled out a list we had scribbled in our own shorthand. She asks to see our list, takes it, grabs some bagels, and disappears. After she reappeared we ordered one additional item since she never let us order it in the first place. She then returned with an additional sandwich somehow. She then seemed to pout when we told her she had made too many sandwiches. Why on earth she did not review our list with us and make sure she had everything right is beyond me. She never asked if we wanted our bagels toasted or not. The only reason for the two stars is that the food was at least average. read more

The bagels are really good every time I come a little expensive but definitely worth it

I went there to get a bagel. The counter person started the order. She put gloves on then used the cash register, then touched my bagels. I asked her if she took Amreican Express, she said she didn't know. She then rang up my order and said "this business does not support American Express" and had to start over with another form of payment. She struggled with trying to get me a giftcard, handing me one, then saying it wasn't good, then started over. The owner then came out and asked if she could help out. I told her that it would be helpful if she could help with my order, since by now I'd been there for 20 minutes and the bagel was in the toaster for a long time. She said no, I was being helped, which I wasn't, as the counter person (a young proud 2010 high school graduate, according to her t-shirt) was still struggleing with the cash register. I asked for a refund and walked out. I was there for over 20 minutes, and they couldn't do any of the following: get my order together, have the owner actually assist her worker who was undertrained, or get the gift card charged and given to me. No thanks, Bagel Tyme. I don't need a bagel that badly! read more
