I want to start my review off by saying I've been eating here since I was a little girl, and unfortunately this will be my last time here. Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for two pizzas for pickup. After receiving them & making it home, I noticed one of the pizzas was made absolutely wrong and looked extremely disgusting (pictured below). I then called back to express my concern with my order and to find a solution, but the manager and owner, DAN/DANIEL/DANNY KRIMMPER, was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful towards me. When we first got on the phone, he was hostile, which I couldn't understand but didn't take offense to; however, he was just extremely disrespectful & rude to me the entire conversation. He offered no support, assistance, or empathy towards HIS business giving BAD food. He actually told me since I didn't like it and the pizza was so bad, I should just never come back (and by his request, I will not). He was so nasty to me; I was so overwhelmed and upset. I reached out to the Silverton location to see if I could speak with another owner/manager about this situation, so this morning I called Silverton to speak with Steve Krimmper, and he was also rude. He brushed off my concerns, told me there was nothing he could do for me, said he didn't know what I was expecting to be done, and couldn't speak to whether Dan was rude (even after I told him about several others saying he was rude as well). He even went as far as telling me "I know about the bad reviews but I take all online reviews with a grain of salt". As if that's an appropriate thing to tell a long term customer who is making a complaint. This is my last time eating here; I'll never be back & make sure nobody I know visits eith

The dispenser was completely empty. I pivoted to the light roast and also added some of their decaf. I discovered that both of these were lukewarm at best when I got to the car and took my first sip. My partner had ordered a Chai Latte, but gave up when the barista walked away from the counter without any explanation. Instead, she asked the cashier for a to-go cup and picked the light roast coffee also, so she had lukewarm coffee as well. All three of these workers were pleasant, but likely understaffed, which I guess is the norm these days. So 15 bucks for two barely-warm coffees and a day old cinnamon roll.

Went up to pick up the wings, they all had sauce, and the manager refused to remake 5 wings without sauce. He recognized it was human error, but still refused to remake them because that's how the order came through online. Again, I called to ask to make 5 of them without sauce. My wife went in after to try to ask for a favor, he was about to remake them, and then all of a sudden changed his mind about giving them to her. Pretty certain he's on some kind of drugs given the erratic behavior. This person is on a power trip and has no sense about customer service. He gave up a customer that orders for his family on a weekly basis over 5 plain boneless wings!
