Yeah. Well fast forward 10-15 years and that is when the wonderful staff at Meadow's Surgical Arts become your best friends. First, their facility is clean, beautiful, and easy to find. The staff is ALWAYS so polite, honest and accommodating. Appointments are prompt and time efficient. Finally, they know what they're doing. This is big. BIG. Most of my visits have been with the nurse practitioner, Nicole. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at her craft. I've looked into many places for tattoo removal but could never make the plunge. I'm so glad I went with Nicole for my sessions because the lasers are very high end and are working their magic like a charm (I have finished 3 sessions and my terrible decisions are fading beautifully). They always use cooling and numbing measures to help curb discomfort. Also, Nicole's Botox injections are painless and have excellent results. And trust me, I've seen some bad Botox. In addition they offer myriad other services such as weight loss programs, microdermabrasion, fillers, and of course, surgical intervention. All of which I'm sure I will try, in due time.

I got my usual botox in my forehead and around my eyes, but Kathryn suggested the "botox brow lift". (THANK YOU KATHRYN!!!) And, if you have heavy lids, this is the way to go. It is amazing. It really does lift your brows and gives you back that nice arch. If you're a big brow fan, this is a must. And it really shows off your makeup. Hannah (she is awesome!) did the Diamond Glow facial, and I have to say it is equally amazing. I could see the difference immediately after, but I was even more pleased that other people could notice the difference in my skin. Very impressive. It doesn't take very long either. It's been a week since I had it done and I'm still glowing from it. Hannah also did the eyelash lift and tint and my lashes look great. They were pretty light to begin with so having them darkened and lifted (curled) really made a difference. I don't even need to put any mascara on them. Lastly, Meadows has great monthly specials for most of their procedures and products. When botox goes on sale for less than $10/unit, I will buy a bunch and "bank" it for use at a later time. I highly recommend Meadows Surgical Arts for all of these products/procedures.

Staff was very rude, unfriendly. I get it's early, but the first impression in an office is the front desk. It is extremely important that you aren't made to feel like you're impositioning them by showing up for a scheduled appointment. Another suggestion would be to get insurance information before your appointment, which would expedidite things. So I didn't have a physical card, so was asked to emaii them. After 20 minutes, I went back up and asked if they got my email, and she simply nodded her head. Another ten minutes later, she calls me up to say she can't open my email. So more time wasted, and I'm trying to get her back to school and me to work. We saw the assistant, and she couldn't crack a smile if she wanted to. I expected a more warm personality for a child. She just stared at her, then told her to try a cream at night but that it might break her out so to take Doxycycline if she does, but said that was not needed, but later said she needs to take it and with food. I was so confused, like did you want her to take it or not. Then she also recommended a face cream for my daughter, and then later said her face was oily and she didn't need any extra moisture, so I was like, did you want her to use face cream or not, and she said well you can or you don't have to. Well thank you for the really informative session with you. I cannot get this time back, nor my money, but I can sure control on where to not recommend you go, and that is this place.

I want to start by saying that this office seems more like a med spa than a dermatology practice…read more My 11:00 AM appointment turned into over an hour of waiting (40 minutes in the lobby + 40 minutes in the room) with no communication. The only positive was the front desk staff, they were kind, apologetic, and clearly aware this is an ongoing issue. The doctor rushed in without introducing himself, had poor bedside manner, and made the entire visit feel rushed and dismissive. He stood behind my head the entire time, so I could only hear him speaking, I couldn't see his face, and he wasn't engaging with me directly. I came in with multiple concerns, but most were brushed off or pushed to "next time." The biggest issue was the skin tag removal. They charge $150 for 10, and I had about 13 total (4 large, a couple medium, and the rest very small ones). I clearly stated I wanted the larger ones prioritized, yet smaller ones were removed while the larger and medium ones were left behind. When I pointed out a large one at the end, I was told I could come back and pay another $150 to remove the remaining ones. That wouldn't have been an issue if the smallest ones were left, but instead, my main concern was ignored. When I questioned why the larger ones weren't removed, he blamed me for not pointing them out, which is unrealistic while I'm lying back with my head turned and unable to see the back of my neck. I had already clearly communicated my priorities. I would expect more guidance, common sense and basic awareness from a physician. He then said he would remove it "as a courtesy," but that's not a courtesy if I'm already paying for the service I specifically requested. The response felt defensive rather than accountable. I've had skin tags removed before, and it was quick with minimal discomfort. This experience was the opposite.... it was painful, I could literally hear the scissors cutting each one off, and there was significant bleeding requiring bandaging. He also removed a mole from my scalp, which was extremely painful and left a noticeable open wound. Aftercare instructions were minimal and only provided when I asked. I was told it would be sent to a lab, but it has now been a month with no follow-up on any results. I've left multiple messages and have not received a response. Overall, this felt rushed, unprofessional, and more focused on making money than patient care. I would not trust this practice and would not recommend it!!

Jaime is the most delightful person EVER! I have had a rough year with my symptoms and medical concerns going unnoticed, dismissed, or largely ignored by "professionals" at other facilities, that only wanted money and/or treated me as a number inconveniencing them. I have been suffering from stubborn Insulin Resistance after having an Ochratoxin A infection for the last 3 years, and nothing was helping my weight inconsistencies. The entire situation felt completely extremely hopeless and heartbreaking, as I never received the help or answers I deserved, no matter where I went, ruining my self-esteem beyond belief. Nurse Jaime changed that and has truly reinvigorated my hope in medical professionals after years of letdowns! She sat with me, and treated me like a human being that mattered; she was so expertly attentive, extraordinarily proficient, and heartwarmingly kind! My life feels FOREVER CHANGED because of her warmth and astute ability to analyze my condition along with my symptoms and expertly craft a plan unique to me and my history, that has been proven to be miraculously perfect! If you have any medical/aesthetic needs and are in search of a Med Spa, please stop by here, you will be well taken care of, and I hope you will have the fortune of working with Jaime as I did, along the line of your aesthetic journey. ***Nurse Jaime if you're reading this, you are AMAZINGLY PHENOMENAL, and people like you are needed in the healthcare field, and the world! I highly recommend this facility, 10000/10!!

I had an appointment with JAIME for Dysport and filler. I had a late onset inflammatory response in…read morewhich I had to seek treatment at an Urgent Clinic and subsequently the ER. I had severe redness and burning of my face along with intense shivering, chills and low grade fever when admitted to the ER. I was 3 weeks post treatment and I had large, firm nodules on both sides of my jaws with significant bruising to left side and moderate to mild on right side. I looked like a chipmunk storing food in my cheeks. I couldn't believe what I was going through. It was the worst and I wish I had never had my filler treatment done. I've regretted it completely. I couldn't believe I had a treatment done 10 years prior with barely a bruise and very mild swelling. It was a walk in the park compared to this. My experience was repeatedly dismissed by Jaime and the office manager, Stacey as a late onset inflammatory reaction. They could not understand that my body was rejecting the filler despite my trip to the ER. They still couldn't understand it continued to happen after a round of steroids and H1/H2 antihistamines. I was having to start additional steroids and continue the H1/H2 antihistamines due to my symptoms returning. My upper arms and legs were hot and felt like they were burning along with my torso. I had to pack myself in ice to be comfortable. I was completely miserable and no one at Vitality Med Spa cared what I was experiencing after a treatment they performed. I was told I could have my filler reversed but it would be 18 more days before they could "get to me". They also informed me that when they could see me it wasn't an emergency or considered an allergic response or in their eyes even necessary so I would have to pay $300 per each vial needed to reverse my filler. Forget already paying over $2000+ for my treatments that day. Now I'm on the hook for more expenses to reverse a treatment that went awry. I was told the office manager would reach out to me but that never happened. I even asked if a specific Dr on staff could see me for the reversal sooner since Jaime couldn't but I was told he no longer worked there. I even went into the spa to have the bruises broken down with an IPL to quicken their recovery process. I hoped to see Jaime one of those days to inspect the larger nodule in my left jaw since it was still large and firm. I wasn't sure if it was something to be more concerned with like an infection as it was still swollen and warm to touch. However, when I came out of the laser tx room, I could hear Jaime talking to another staff member and refused to see me for an evaluation because she was "too busy" as she stayed hiding in a supply closet until I left the spa. I was shocked that she couldn't care less about what I was going through. I've never felt this way about Vitality in all my years I've had services done. Never thought as big as they are, with all the awards they have and as long as they have been around..they would ignore the well being of a client that was going through a situation merely due to a service/treatment that occurred under their roof. That's like having surgery and subsequently having an infection or some other medical issue and the Dr saying they did the surgery but the patient having an infection/other issue...that's on the patient and the patient has to figure it out without the Dr's help. Sorry Vitality Med Spa, you have to expect some bad with the good...not every procedure is always going to go as planned! Unfortunately, I know firsthand!!!
