    Dryer Repair. Updated Review:…read more Technician, Tony is a small business proprietor. He showed up on a Sunday as promised which was the result of a Saturday call for help. Disassembled pertinent dryer parts. Showed us the parts that were no longer functional. Replaced the part. On our acceptance of his recommendations, replaced some related belts and parts that were clearly worn. Cleaned up and re-assembled. Answered all our questions. His labor and parts charge was remarkably reasonable. He left his card and left us quite satisfied with having the dryer back in service. On the basis of that day's engagement, the experience was 5 Star. His attentiveness, professionalism, and general personality were exemplary. Alas, two weeks later the dryer again stopped heating. Called the number on the card, 720-908-4426, and it went directly to a automated "the box for this number has not been set up". Not a good sign. Went to the site: "Temporarily Closed Until July 31". An even worse sign. This led me to write this review and downgrade his "score" from a 5 to a 2. I did, however, use the email he had on his card to query him. While the phone number was unhelpful, the email worked and Tony got back to me very quickly. Real Life had and has imposed itself on him, requiring that he abruptly suspend business until the personal issue can be resolved. Based on his prompt and clarifying email, I raise his rating to 4; it should be a 5, and would be if (a) he had set up his phone messaging properly and/or (b) he'd posted a clarifying message on his web site. Neither oversight has anything to do with the quality of his work which was first rate. I suspect the exigencies of his emergence led to those oversights. While I'll likely have to get another service provider because Tony won't be available for a month, I'd wait for him if I could. I unequivocally endorse him and his work. Once he has resumed business, if I have any appliance issues in the future (which are inevitable) I will make him my first call. Life happens to us all.
