I called this company and they quickly came out. Said they needed to order the part and it would take 2 weeks to get the part. Two weeks later still no part and they did not contact me. Then we had several appointments that they did not show up for. Finally, when they got the part it was broken and we had to go through the process all over again. They finally got the part and installed it 6 weeks later. It did not fix the issue. Same thing started again, they would be back on X date, no word and no show when that date arrived. Finally I got a text that the part was delayed and they were just cancelling the order. Now I had to go with another company (who by the way figured out the issue and got it fixed within 2 weeks ). Disappointed--Same Issue, Just Six Months Later I paid nearly $600 in October 2024 for a refrigerator repair (Job #1052587812) that included replacing the inverter and condenser fan. Now, just six months later, I'm experiencing the exact same problem--a loud noise and cooling failure. When I contacted the company, I was told there's no warranty, and the implication is I should pay the same amount again to fix what seems to be a recurring issue. That doesn't feel right. I would have expected more accountability for a high-cost repair that failed so quickly. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles repeat failures within such a short time frame. "you don't need to spend anymore money on this" - They described a weird noise we'd heard before - We really appreciated the assessment without trying to sell us on a needless repair. I scheduled an appointment with Denver Appliance Pros. They never came out so I called a couple of days later to see if they could reschedule. The person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that they called and left a message - which they did not because there was no missed call or a VM from them - and offered to come out at a different time later in the week. When I told them that the time they suggested wouldn't work for me, they gave me an option for a time slot five days later. I understand that unforeseen events could come up that may make it difficult them to keep an appointment. That's life. I get it. However, if they didn't come without calling, they should have at least tried to shuffle their schedule to accommodate the customer - not ask the customer to wait several more days while insisting that they called and left a message when they didn't. (Why make such a statement when there are VM and caller IDs?) I am disappointed and will hire another appliance repair company. This could have been easily a 5-star review had they even tried to make an effort to correct their mistake. Mistakes happen, but what sets a business apart is how they correct their mistakes to satisfy the customer. read more

Fantastic! Very quick response! Professional and kind. Hard worker for sure! Victor was great. Man that guy works hard and he is so nice. He was here for like 5 hours fixing my refrigerator and even with an unexpected hiccup he just fixed it, was here until almost 9p. And charged me the agreed to price. The other companies I had called wouldn't even have been here until tomorrow to diagnose the problem. He came out, figured out I needed a new compressor which who knew what a crazy intensive job that is. He was back the very next day and even called again the morning after to make sure it's working and everything is fine! 5 star for sure. I'll also say, this is one of the few service companies I've hired that never asked me to a review. None of the ohhh of you put my name in the review i get a bonus. A company that doesn't ask, deserves it even more and I then believe is more genuine. As a single woman i felt very safe and comfortable even with a man in my home until that late. The technician came out and wouldn't tell us what he found with both our microwave and stove, even though I told him what was wrong when I setup the appointment. After four days they finally called with their diagnosis, saying they weren't sure about the microwave so would need to order two parts but we'd be responsible for paying for both of them. For repairing the microwave, they said it would cost upwards of $400. For the stove - a simple oven light replacement - they said would cost more than $250. I asked them to send a detailed analysis of what they found so I could shop services and they said they would not do that. Do not use them. read more

My decades-old fridge is being replaced, new one backordered for two months, and I've been limping along with a newly purchased mini-fridge and the freezer of the old fridge...which worked fine, but suddenly started warming up day by day. No point trying to repair an ailing 30-y/o fridge. An upright freezer has been sitting empty and unplugged in my garage for *years.* I called Denver Appliance Pros to come by to inspect it...I had visions of it not working at best and being a fire hazard, worst-case. The person on the phone was great, and on a Saturday afternoon scheduled me for Sunday With a 12-3pm window. I understand why it wasn't same-day. I called FOUR other appliance repair companies who don't work on weekends. (Wow, in a bad way.) I was e-mailed an appointment confirmation on Saturday and received a phone reminder on Sunday morning. Victor, the tech, called 1/2-hour before the appointment to say he was on the way. He arrived in a van with the company name on it, was dressed nicely in a clean uniform, had a mask on without me asking, and was both professional and friendly as he checked out the freezer and tweaked it a bit. I was impressed with the whole experience. Victor pronounced it good to go, and I'm a happy customer. A mere $59 (agreed upon on the initial phone call) well spent! read more

August 9, 2016. BEWARE, they are a scam. 191 University Blvd ste 714 is a UPS store! I paid them $348 to furnish and install a GE cook top igniter (they said I had to write them a check to secure a parts back order, which they immediately cashed). Six weeks later, I don't have the part, nor is it installed. They will not answer or return my calls. Not to mention the fact that when I called GE, the part is available and only costs $110. Do not PAY them a dime for a back ordered part or promise of future installation when it comes in AND verify (online) the price of the part BEFORE you pay them for it. I want my $348 back. NOW. UPDATE. October 6, 2016. 8 1/2 weeks after I paid them, Sasha brought me a check for the $348 he owed me. Case closed. read more

My Sub-zero freezer and ice maker broke. I called Denver Appliance and they came right away. They were very pleasant while here. He also asked me if I had had my refrigerator serviced since I had purchased it, to which I replied no. He explained that that could have been the reason my freezer/ice maker had broken. I asked if he could do it while here. He replied yes and service it after repairing my freezer and ice maker. Also, my garbage disposal had broken and I had purchased a new one. According to others, I was told that it would be easy to replace myself (I'm an older female). I looked at the directions on the box and on YouTube. Hah! There was no way that I could do all of it myself. He saw the box and asked if I would like him to replace it for me. Yay! So he did! I simply called about my freezer and ice maker and I also got my refrigerator given a maintenance service and my old disposer taken out and replaced with the new one. Fantastic! I felt like my kitchen burdens were taken care of quickly with efficiency and care. The only drawback I felt was the price. I felt it was a little high, but I hadn't researched other companies. Then when they looked at and fixed the appliance (10 minutes later), the labor cost was $180, which apparently "included" the $59. Be very specific when asking questions.
