I believe he said he could have them ready in one day (no extra fee), which is almost unheard of for designer shoes. The place I used to go to would take at least a week and wasn't nearly as friendly or welcoming. I've only brought my Chanel flats here so far, but I'll definitely be bringing my Louboutins in the future. He even showed me examples of Louboutins he had worked on, and they looked amazing! I took delivery of my redwings after leaving em though the holidays- took about 4 weeks, I've had others take 6 or more. I got a vibram Resole and just look at em! In 6months when I need another Resole I'll be back. They might just have to do my Ariats and anything else I can think of. Shoe Lab on West Pico Blvd is one of the few places in the Los Angeles area who have Dainite heels and soles. Shoe Lab put new Dainite heels and new black rubber tips on my tan waxed suede shoes. Shoe Lab also polished all the edges and cleaned the waxed suede. As an extra added attraction Shoe Lab sent me a text message when my shoes were ready. I have six pairs of shoes with Dainite heels and soles. Glad I found some place near where I live who has Dainite heels and soles.
