Back then, I could not get ahold of MGR for over a month and eventually Choice reassigned my claim to another company. What I learned this week is that MGR had no idea the ticket had been reassigned. From their perspective, the claim simply disappeared. Fast forward to this Sunday. I submitted a new claim around 6 p.m. and was scheduled for Monday between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Unfortunately, it looked like history was repeating itself because I waited all day and nobody showed. I was beyond frustrated, especially since I had been calling since early that morning. I finally got ahold of AH Ashot, and he was incredibly helpful. He squeezed me in for Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. and took the time to explain what happened. It turns out they had been calling the phone number on file through a phone service that my phone automatically blocks. I had provided an alternate number to Choice, but that information never made it to MGR. Not their fault. AH Ashot and DG David arrived Tuesday morning and got right to work. My refrigerator had completely stopped cooling. The freezer had defrosted, meat juice was everywhere, the ice cream was soup, and all of my dairy products had spoiled. It was a huge mess and an expensive loss. The best part? They had the part with them and fixed it during the visit. No waiting weeks. No ordering parts and hoping for the best. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. After talking with Ashot, I realized the situation back in 2025 wasn't what I thought it was. Sometimes things get lost between the warranty company and the service company. What I can say is that when I finally connected with MGR, they showed up, got the job done, and treated me well. In my experience, every single time I have had a warranty repair from an appliance company, they have assigned me to a company that has a one star review, and which delays coming for days or weeks while I don't have a working Appliance, and which has incompetent and or rude technicians. MGR is clearly the exception to this! They are among the top two Appliance companies I have ever dealt with. Despite this being a warranty job, they accommodated my request for a same-day visit, something which is unprecedented. They showed up on time, two guys well dressed in uniforms. They worked very well together, clearly explaining everything. And went above and beyond with respect to doing their work. They explained everything to me and left the place cleaner than they found it. Obviously come on my bill was zero dollars but even if I had to pay for this out-of-pocket, it would've been worth whatever it was for the service that they offer. read more

Our seven month old LG front load washing machine started having an occasional u5 vibration sensor error during the spin cycle and would stop the cycle. Our LG Dryer had an issue, drum turning very heavily with a loud noise when loaded. Also, our LG Washer accumulated dirty water in the tub after load was done. Additionally, the Washer would leak from time to time washing a large load. MGR Appliance Repair, BK Kostanyan, arrived within the time frame of our appointment and fixed the LG Dryer very quickly. EDIT in response to comment from business: I told everything exactly as occurred. The "business manager" was not there so did not hear what I was told by technician. It's possible the technician made a mistake or misspoke, but that is what I was told. Maybe they didn't realize it prepaid service through LG when they spoke. Just because they have been working there for over 3 years does not mean they can't make mistakes or mess up. I would have absolutely remembered if they said "3 months warranty". Regardless, I spent over $360 for a repair that didn't actually fix the problem. Original review: I am very unhappy with this company. They came out to fix my LG washer that was leaking. They replaced a part and told me if it continues to leak I can contact them in several months (even up to 6 months) and they will come out again to make it right. My machine was still leaking a few months later, so I contacted them. I was then told that the repair warranty was past the 90 days (by only a few days), so I needed to contact LG again (and pay over $360 again). This is not what I was told by the technician So now I'm down over $360 and my washer is still slightly leaking. read more
