Inappropriate things such as wha they did on the weekend with partners and friends that are not ment for public let alone customers. I had to go and obtain a bag before they could begin the process. Once they we're begged, they took your information and put you in their system so they can contact you. They go through your clothes first then they send you a text message to return and then you get the amount that they will pay you. Those clothes that they don't keep their return to you and they'll pay you in cash immediately it was a little eye opening, but I guess that's how they do business. I hope I don't have to come back.

This is where the regular goodwill items come to die. It is brought out in carts and sold by the pound. When they bring out the carts there is an armed officer doing the countdown and when he releases the chaos begins. If you are rookie at this stand back and let the pros rummage. I enjoy coming here to look for discounted toys and books. I've noticed these items get overlooked so I've found a ton of steals.

The bad won't like this store…read more The good will. It's one of the worst Goodwill stores I've been to, and is a total mess, and it would take you hours to find anything. The people running it are not friendly, not surprising, at Goodwill I mean they never usually are, but especially not here. So even though I do appreciate the service they're doing and the prices you can get, I don't come here if I can help it... but at the same time some of the comments in the other reviews are pretty nasty and the store itself is a massive headache, but not as bad as some say.
