I just recently started thrifting here and I'm so glad I did. I found some really nice items so far for a great price. The staff are incredibly nice and I do really like the selection. I'm not sure the last time I've been to a thrift store. It's been at least a decade so I didn't know what to expect. You hear all the rumors that things are overpriced, but I didn't have that problem. I don't know if it's because I was looking for something to turn into a tarot/psychic themed tablecloth (sadly, there wasn't anything suitable but that's okay); however, I felt like the real treasures were in the nick nacks section. There were all sorts of decor spread across the decades with 80s/90s music overhead (not to mention karaoke in the aisles as people not so softly sang along to lyrics we've heard a million times). Candle holders, planters, stained glass, lighthouses, animals, and a Denver Broncos shot glass. I took the purple stained glass succulent holder and a smoky purple candle holder (which I plan to repurpose as a paper clip holder for an upcoming event). Someone REALLY loves James Patterson (or hates him depending on how you slice the cake) because his books were everywhere. As an author, I might be horrified to initially find my books there but then also tell myself I've made it if I find myself on the 99 cent shelves. Gotta choose my emotional health battles, after all and maintain a positive attitude. Also, there was some solid furniture there. I'm taking heavy dressers and entertainment units that could only have come out of the 80s and is in excellent condition. The value was a steal (and were already sold). The employees were all over the store, stocking, cleaning, and helping people. It was very nice to see, especially since I had mid to low expectations based on rumors and reviews. It's after Halloween, so there are lots of Christmas items. Some of them were pretty adorable, so it's making me consider coming back at a later date to see if something reminds me of childhood and makes me smile. The cashier was very friendly and complimented my find. I paid only $4, so I consider that a win. read more

I visit this place often. Rather if I'm dropping off or if I am shopping. Staff's pretty friendly and helpful. They have a great selection. I'm always coming home with something I find there! Pricing , I feel there's been several times I noticed things were overpriced. But I do recommend for they have a good variety of good finds. read more

Goodwill used to be affordable and I could find treasures when I visit. Lately everything is so expensive. Used Calvin Klein shorts for $24.99, a used jacket from Chico's is $29.99. Really? You get these donations for free and do not even clean or repair them before putting them out at such outrageous prices. You shouldn't be overcharging like this.......how do you expect the working poor to be able to afford this? Only thing I like about goodwill is finding vintage or unique items that no one knows the value of....like my death whistle and my Curtis Jere wall hangings. Lol read more

I use to love goodwill, but THESE PRICES ARE INSANE. I can go to any store and get brand new items for less. It is sad that goodwill is becoming greedy. On top of that you have the nerve to ask me to round up. I want the old goodwill back. read more

I love thiss place. I visited and picked up all of the essentials I needed while waiting for my personal things to arrive from out of state. I now visit for sewing and craft supplies! I like this goodwill better than the one in Queen Creek. The deodorant smell is atrocious like that one when I walk in, but the stuff I find is pretty nice. I still think the prices are a bit high for goodwill, but I like this store better than some of the other goodwills so I take the smell as long as I can then run outside to breathe. I don't know how anyone can work in that smell all day. My clothes and hair smells like it when I get home and I often take a shower to rid myself of it. read more

I've never transacted business at this Goodwill location. However, I'm a member of the gym next door and I frequently observe trash from the backside of the store blowing across the parking lot and into the bushes across the street. It's quite egregious and I wish the store manager would address the problem, as it is neither difficult nor unreasonable to demand that employees properly dispose of trash. read more

If those at the door are learning job skills, God help us. Do NOT take anything decent there. They treat your belongings like trash. So, all that is in that store is trash after it leaves your possession. read more

Store is clean and neat. Prices are not prices of a thrift / second hand store. They have things prices as if you are buying them new. Other good will stores are cheaper. This will be next door soon and you can literally buy it new at Ross for a $1-$5 more. . At least the store is clean and doesn't stink. That's the only good thing about it read more

Love this huge Goodwill store! They keep it clean and the temperature is nice and cool. Not smelly or nasty like some thrift shops. Tons of stuff to buy. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They run sales literally every day and you can check out their calendar on their website. They sell pretty much everything including the kitchen sink. Since this store opened, they seem to have a TON of problems. Lack of staff to help when you check out (they often stand around staring at you as if you are somehow inconveniencing them). The registers are always locking up, so then an already long waiting line has to move to another lane. They NEVER have all lanes open, even on the very busy sale days. It's nuts. The manager needs to be fired, if there even IS a manager. I was there today and bought several glass items and they never even wrapped them up, just threw them all in an old box they had there. It's as if the workers have never been trained on even the BASICS. Prices on many items are also WAY too high, higher than new prices elsewhere. read more

I walked in just before 6:30 p.m. and was told they closed in 15 minutes because they have to be out of there at 7. This was the woman counting out her register as there was a long line of about 7 or 8 people waiting in line for the only other open register. I don't know why a business would turn customers away half hour before closing. If you add up the times, that makes them close at 6:45, not 7:00 like she told me. She was at the front of the store and appeared to be counting the till. She might need more training in customer service. I also don't think she should be counting money if she can't even tell time.I know we're on curfew but if a store closes at 7 during the curfew, then they shouldn't be told at 6:30 that there isn't time to shop since they are closing in 15 minutes. We were only looking to see if they had a certain item so we would have been in and out but after being greeted like that, I felt my business wasn't needed or welcomed as I was going to take up more of her time. Like her time was more important than mine somehow. If she had said Sorry, we are closing early due to the curfew, it would bave been more professional and appropriate considering I was there for business. Very unprofessional under any circumstance.I gave 2 stars because the store itself doesn't deserve 0 stars because of the improperly trained employee I encountered. read more

I have lived in 3 different states and have been to many Goodwill stores. This store BY FAR has the most outrageously priced merchandise. I wish I could say I had a good experience. Professional staff sure but when I go to donate something where every other goodwill has donations at the back this one is In the front.
