I then received an order that was packed well and shipped quickly, but an item was damaged. When I notified them, they immediately gave me a refund with no questions asked and told me I didn't need to ship back the stained shirt. While I was disappointed to receive a stained item, the store's prompt and easy communication made up for it. I will happily buy from again.

What surprised me most was being told that one rejected dress didn't fit their goal of keeping up with "current styles." As I waited for their assessment, I took time to look through the store's inventory and was struck by the inconsistency. Much of the clothing on the racks appeared significantly older and more out of style than the items I had brought in. This made the rationale for rejecting certain pieces feel arbitrary rather than policy-driven. If you're bringing in quality items and expecting a fair, transparent evaluation, proceed with caution. Be careful with this place!

The owners Dan and Carol are gracious and accommodating, and the same could be said of all the great vendors I've met; each booth is unique with a mixture of vintage, antique and some a bit newer items but primarily vintage. You'll find beautiful decorative home decor, furniture, lighting, and even fun, hand-screened cotton Tees! I have never walked away empty-handed and that includes numerous purchases from AbbyeRose Designs (in the room towards center-right back corner of the store) which stocks Redesign by Prima (brand name): truly gorgeous transfers, stencils, chalk paint (Country Chic brand) and silicone molds to add incredible decorative flourishes to the items those of us who DIY our furniture & accessories, who really enjoy using AbbyeRose Designs goods. Truly, ReRun Resale Marketplace is one of my happy places - I always navigate around twice, in opposite direction, so I don't miss anything. I also go often as their offerings change daily. The first impression when you walk in is that the place is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. There are several vendors inside with rented spaces and that gives people who come here to shop a huge selection. There is furniture, collectibles, t-shirts, and more inside the place. Each vendor brings something a little unique to the mix, making it an eclectic place to shop. Today is seemed like several of the vendors, most of whom already had pretty fair prices, we're having a sale, bringing even more value to the shoppers. I bought a beautiful antique small writing desk and got it for what I think was a great price. I also bought several small collectibles on sale for very reasonable prices. I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Because I suppose they didn't want too many clothes to review before the holiday. It was one bag. I found Little treasures all over the shop and stocked up on all kinds of goodies. Be sure to look at the ticket to see what the price is currently, and after certain dates the price is dropped for consignment items. I got decorative pillows, vases, decor of all kinds. Story time: there is free boxing classes for women once a month in the SAME parking lot at hidden gym I leave after my very hard but fantastic class to find out I'm locked out of my very big and bulky mom van. I dash over to good will, pick up a few items I DONT need and as I'm watching the items someone is watching ME. She's eyeing me as I'm going from post to bin and then as I'm snatching the buy tag off of a $30 couch I will be buying asap. Ma'am, how can I help YOU? She walks over and says Hey random stranger, I see your having a ball here in this crusty dusty goodwill, why don't you take a gander up the street and around the corner to this place that's LIKE good will but better. Me thinking to my self, you giving me directions like I didn't just walk over here. Long story even longer, I end up buying the goodwill couch , she points me over to this store and I walk in and it's like the Coach of second hand stores! Remember I said I had 2 hours, well my very bougie attorney friend lives around the corner, she called during my initial " I'm locked out" and was already on her way and decided to pull up the moment I stepped into this glorious second hand store. I quickly survey the entire store in oh I'd see 3 mins flat and spot ANOTHER couch I could take my eyes on. I had already scanned all the other couches and the prices were $200-300. The couch tho in question.. THIRTYYYYY DOLLLLLARS. That's right $30! So I wait in the very long lined purchase the couch , hop in the car with my bougie friend while she's tapping her gums about legal jargon I could care less about and ahhh!! She was so kind, and STRONG! She unloaded boxes and bins of my household items & clothing, making it look easy. She thanked me profusely, but I felt like she was the one doing me a favor. I have shopped many Thrift Stores, but Inn Style has the most friendly workers, the nicest merchandise, & the best cause for being in business. I just love to go there, find treasures, and be helped by sincere, genuinely nice people, like Marcella. Seemed as if I was a ghost in the store they did not see. Someone needs to educate them on good customer service and making customers feel welcome.
