I really like how this Goodwill store is organized. They have everything organized by size and then color-coded as well. They have a large variety of different clothing items such as dresses, blouses, workout attire, dress, pants, skirts, tank tops, T-shirts, etc. They also have a large selection of dishware and kitchen items. Their book selection is small which is a little bit disappointing children's books are $.99 most other books are $2.99. We used to shop at this store a lot more, however, the past couple of years they have not had their dressing rooms open. I understand not having them open during Covid as nobody had their dressing rooms open during that time, but there is no reason why they cannot have their dressing rooms open now. I had a large selection of items to try on in my hand but since the dressing rooms were closed, I put most of them back. I am not willing to buy clothes, drive all the way home, try them on, realize that they do not fit, and then have to drive all the way back to return them and get a refund. I would rather shop at a different thrift store and be able to try clothes on than shop here. It's too bad because they have a nice selection of clothing. read more

Another Good Will with little-to-no real media options on display. It rrally does feel like someone at these stores may be purposely withholding video games and DvDs for personal gain. The toys section is also notably smaller, and looks to be shrinking still. Which is a tragedy for kids nowadays not getting many opportunities for toys. Plus, there was no good options for kitbashing, either. Honestly, the only real interest was seeing all the 90s dining tables all in one place. Like a weird time capsule. read more

Worker insisted I move my vehicle 5 feet because he was too lazy to push a cart next to my car. We had donations from 2 households and refused to give me a second receipt. Asked for the manager and she was rude and belligerent and said we could only have one receipt. read more

I will never ever ever ever ever donate to Goodwill again. I will choose the Arc or Catholic charities or even toss my stuff before I'll donate to Goodwill again. A few other comments mention the employees who work at drop off being rude, which begs the question of whether they have multiple rude employees or if the comments are referring to the same guy. If it's the same guy, they should send him packing because he isn't professional and doesn't represent Goodwill well. Because we had an extra large load packed into the back of two vehicles, my partner pulled forward after unloading his vehicle and parked in the nearest parking spot to help unload my vehicle. The employee was quick to say, in a rude tone, "Are you parked in the employee parking lot?' He then told my partner in a condescending tone to move his vehicle. I asked if he could leave it for the couple of minutes it would take to unload the car and he said NO. I pointed out that my partner was there to help him--the employee--unload the huge load. He said it didn't matter, policy is policy. The Parking Police should pass the message along to his higher-ups that it's not clearly marked that the lot next to donation is the employee lot and no one else can park there, not even to help their employees. Likewise, the boss at Goodwill should tell the employee not to run off the donors who keep their store running. We donated a huge load, probably in excess of $500 and this treatment is the "thanks" we get. Perhaps they need a spot with a sign that says "no parking for more than five minutes while unloading" to show some gratitude for and courtesy to their donors. Donating items simply should not leave a person feeling disrespected and unappreciated. read more

I agree with the comments about the rude employee at the drop off location. He acts like he is doing you a favor by fitting you into his busy day. He indicated that he might not be able to accept donations because he was shorth handed. I have encountered him more than once and from now on I will donate at other non Goodwill locations. Not really a charity anyway; they sell the stuff. read more

I have never more rude people that I was donating stuff too. The guy who took the donations was Ann ass the whole time she my stuff was super organized and nice. I will never donate to a goodwill again, I will find a local charity. read more

My last visit here was less than stellar, today I came by to drop a few items off I had been meaning to get out of my house. When I pulled up, the younger guys out front greeted me with a smile, I asked where they would like me to place certain bags and they instructed me clearly. The guy at the podium asked me if I'd like a receipt before I even had a chance to ask for one (rock on!) and I was in and out in under 45 seconds. Sold us broken goods (bad electronics) which we realized and tried to return within a few minutes after returning home. Refused to refund our money and would only give us store credit. First and last time I will attempt to buy something at a goodwill. read more

My experiences have been good ones here. I drop off items every couple of months or so. I saw some of the negative reviews. While I understand frustrations, we need to remember that Goodwill hires individuals with various disabilities. Please have patience. read more

I like shopping here, but the drop-off is a horrible experience. Not just once, but pretty much every time I've dropped things off, there is very little help and the person who is working there seems to resent people actually donating things. They will yell things at you about what you can't or shouldn't do or drop off, and they rarely actually help carry things. I will be going to other locations to donate my things even though this one is most convenient. read more

If you're looking for kids clothes skip-it. Very small selection with a lack of organization. Plenty of other thrift stores in the area for kids clothes if that's your shopping goal. read more

We went to drop off furniture and the man at the back drop off area was so rude. He left us to empty Some pretty large boxes of pricey items ourselves. He became Irate and sarcastic at us, as we placed the some furniture in the sighted area. He walked away and made sarcastic comments to us " do whatever you want I don't care " he went inside and never came back ! We took the big furniture to another place per his request !!!!! Rude and nasty behavior to people who are donating a lot of expensive items, is inexcusable. They just lost a very, very loyal customer. I have also been told by broomfield Goodwill I don't get a discount b/c she doesn't know how to do it and she's "leaving anyway so she doesn't need to learn it". I was told by a worker at Goodwill too, that the 99 cent sales are no longer around! I think I have had enough!! Good will needs to get it together!! Terrible customer service!!! I would highly suggest not shopping at this store if you have children. Most of the patrons are older possibly retired people and they have a problem with children playing in the toy aisle and talking loudly and laughing. My children and I were asked to leave because the patrons did not like that the boys were walking a little bit faster and talking a little bit louder than they were. Absolutely stay away from this store it is probably the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I would give them 0 stars if they had that option. read more

Extremely clean store and the pricing was pretty good compared to the ARC stores. They didn't have a lot of clothing though - it looks like they do but the selection isn't great. It's not a HUGE store so that's probably why. The only thing that annoyed me was that they have a "boutique" section where they have knock off designer purses. Charging $25 for a fake Dooney and Bourke bag is laughable. It says "made in Mexico" on the inside! C'mon people... $5 max! :) read more

DO NOT PURCHASE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS HERE. They do not check for expired products and I purchased eye contact solution, only to find out it expired in 2017. If I were to have used it, it would have caused blindness or some other health issue. They only offered store credit for the product, and the person who I spoke with on the phone did not seem to care about removing expired products from their store. read more

I was surprised upon walking in how big and clean the store was, not to mention how nice everyone was. They did have a pretty decent selection across the board, but I do hope for the size of the store, they fill it up with more quantity. I will be returning. read more

This store is very tidy, the employees are pleasant and try to be as helpful as they can be. The only down side is that the store doesn't seem to have a very big variety of items displayed. Lots of great clothes to choose from and there are some great funds in the children's clothes section. I just wish there was more children's toys and books out on display. read more

Super clean store and very well organized. I scored a neon, shimmery blue purse for my 1980's prom party I was going to - it was brand new and cost $3.00 - not a bad find. read more
