Be it thrift or consignment the shelves are organized the aisles, are wide the staff is busy however arranging however they were willing to stop and assist when needed. The pricing was fair on several items I purchased. I would like to thank Devetta, who was my check out person. The assistant manager Denise and the store manager Amanda for their thoughtfulness, pleasant and professional demeanors. Given the number of stores I travel to in Georgia ( I cover wide areas of many counties). This store stands out as one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I have had. It's a large open space (think warehouse) with racks on racks on racks of items. Upon entry, I was immediately overwhelmed and considered leaving. I'm glad I pushed thru the desire to run away. To make it manageable for my brain, I decided to just tour the store to see what was in there and then lock in on one item (women's dresses and skirts) I would look through. I left with four unique clothing items for $18 and some change. Two of the items I purchased had blue price tags and blue was one of the colors of the day that was 50% off. However, I learned that if I shopped on a different day, the items with those color cards would've just been $.99 a piece, so I could've gotten out of there with the same items for even cheaper on the right day. Sort of like any store, at the checkout lane, there is shelving with small items you could grab. Many of those things were like party decorations that were unopened and brand new in the package.

My Vintage Home hosts pop-up shops and live music. It is in Tucker, Georgia, a great place to run away to hang out, walk, buy ice cream and cookies, and shop for those things you will hold close to your heart. My Vintage Home is one of those places. I've never seen the lines get unbearably long like they can do at other stores. This store is on the smaller side, but it is nicely organized and I always find a few neat things. It has a large selection of books (my fave), and even though the clothing section isn't huge, the prices are a little less than some other places and I've seen some really nice brands (Anthro, J Brand Jeans, Athleta), mixed in. The clothing is organized by size--hallelujah! (Don't get me started on the places that organize by color.) We walked around the whole place looking at everything. They had tables, sofas, dressers, beds, chairs, and literally everything else! Obviously being a consignment store, this stuff is used, but it doesn't even look it at all. They had so many unique things inside. She mentioned that the store gets a lot of new items quite often, and things get sold rather quickly!
