Hubby and I stopped in on Saturday to purchase a gift card my mom asked for Christmas and unfortunately they didn't carry them. We ended up purchasing a Betsey Johnson flexible hair detangler for our daughter and Boss Rubber Boots hubby desperately needed for our upcoming trip to Disneyland! I had a great time at this Goodwill location. It is quite large with a variety of items. I found some great items for junk journaling and scrapbooking. I also found some dresses that I liked. The items were very reasonably priced with myself walking out spending under $20! There was a little bit of a wait to checkout, but it wasn't too long and when the line got backed up they called for a second cashier. I found the store easy to navigate and relatively clean considering it is Goodwill. They do a great job keeping clothing off the floor and items on the shelves. read more

Manager Melisa and clerk Elizabeth - wouldn't help us with a donation though the donation window says donation hours 9-7 see photo - why bother helping the community when the employees don't even want to take the donations!!! Manager said ohhh I need to get the hours fixed - then do your job! It was 6:20 and a good manager would have said - yes I need to get the sign fixed and since you're here now I'll help You - instead she smiled and laughed just saying ohh we close at 6 - poor leadership for an organization supposed to be doing. The only reason this location is getting two stars is because it was very clean and well-organized. This was my first time visiting this Goodwill, and I decided to browse through the aisles to see what they had. While there was a decent selection, I couldn't help but notice that one employee--and what appeared to be a manager--were following me around the store, even into the book section, without actually restocking or doing any other tasks. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary, and it completely ruined what could have been a pleasant visit. I had planned to purchase a few items, but I ended up leaving instead. They opened within the last year or so? Its in a quiet shopping center where the Dollar Tree and Auto Zone is located. I think it is still rather unknown since I rarely have to stand in line long even on Black Friday. It is one of my favorites because it is the cleanest and most organized and the nicest staff consistently compared to all GWs. Like the Toy aisle is straight with like titles standing next to each other. There were 4 headbandz games all neatly placed together. The only eh is that their selection is not great or maybe my luck? as I have walked out empty handed more often than not. Oh and they have this very bright horizontal lined entry way that gives me a feeling of vertigo when I walk in so I usually close my eyes until I get past it. read more

As thrift stores go, this one is big, clean, organized, well-staffed, and fitting rooms are regularly checked and kept tidy. I could spend a whole afternoon here looking through the books and aisles and aisles of clothes (but my kids protest). Both Andre and Alan have helped me on multiple occasions and they are both extremely kind and pleasant to interact with. I can tell they they take pride in what they do, and in interacting with customers respectfully. Their warmth and care makes this location feel that much more welcoming to visit. Awful experience donating today. If you are greeted with a hi and good morning to only be told wait very aggressively it sure changes the attitude of the person being friendly. I didn't need any help unloading anything and would prefer to not deal with an unfriendly male employee. There's no "good" in goodwill at this location. read more

Great finds at this location but this is my second trip in a row where i've stood in line for 8+ minutes scouting out where the hell the associates were. Only for the girl, who's been eyeing me from the women's rack the WHOLE time I'm waiting, to be the cashier..hello? hire more or hire better please. or just install self checkout like eco thrift bc i was really about to leave the tag and a $5 nd simply walk out. goodwill recently added a new policy where you're not allowed to try on any items in store so you must take them home to try them on if they don't work out you'll have to return them for store credit. Kind of sucks but I was willing to deal with it however, upon going into return my items, they did not have a fine tune system of doing so it took about 15 minutes to process my return. I had said multiple times I wanted the store credit the employee still proceeded to refund it to my card. I won't be coming back. read more

This is one of my favorite Goodwill to shop at. It is conveniently located in the same shopping center as the Dollar Tree on foothills Boulevard this establishment is fairly new to the Roseville area about a year old. I came here today and search of a swimsuit since we are in the summer weather and I wanted to get one. I found a cute one for $7.99. What a deal this establishment definitely has something for everybody. They don't have clothes they have household items. They have bikes, anything You could possibly think of they have it for half of the price of going over to the mall or anywhere else this is a nonprofit organization. This is one of my favorite Goodwill shop in the area. Very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. They always have everything very well organized today when I was checking out I had to wait behind a lady who decided to do three separate orders. I understand well, she put everything up there but one item that's right folks five finger discounted today purposely didn't pay for the shorts and when it was my turn to be checked out by the cashier, I pointed out that she hadhidden an item under her bags and they said we're not allowed to ask them anything about that and I told her that that's why everything is going up and she apologized to me. I told her don't apologize to me. It's it's for yourself. It's a loss for your store. I mean it makes me laugh that somebody could bring up three different orders but one item left no I'm gonna steal it. That is horrible that the stores cannot stop them. I would've. asked her. Did you want the last item that's in your current under your bags and if she said oh no, it's OK then I would say I'll take that for you as I was leaving the establishment. I saw the lady load her car I made eye contact with her, looked at her and shook my head to let her know that I saw her stealing that item and this lady was old enough to know better that the stores can't stop them. I mean it's Goodwill it's already affordable and a steel one item. Do you have nothing better to do it's just sad. I hope that Goodwill will be paying more attention to their customers and what they are doing. Doesn't make it right that that you can't stop them then they shouldn't be able to come back in and shop other than that my experience was OK, great establishment great prices great selection of items thank you and you are awesome. I came to this location after being referred to by a friend from church. This location is very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. It used to be a gym. This location is very large with lots of like new items available. The staff working was very friendly very helpful. Definitely have some thing for everybody so women's clothing selection was very large would various sizes I ended up scoring a very cute top over here today for $3.99. It's longsleeve but it's gonna be cold enough before you know it so I'm getting prepared in advance I was very impressed with his location with how neatly organized it was and how clean it was I have been to other Goodwill's that have not been upstanding. This location is very nice very large with something for everybody. I would definitely come back here again. They have the cutest clothes and they're like new I highly recommend this establishment for anyone. They definitely have something for everybody and they except donations here a nice establishment very clean very friendly staff I really like this establishment I could've bought more but I had to have a little self-control today. lol I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come definitely cheaper than going to the mall more affordable with stuff that's just as cute and cute and who doesn't like to save money thank you for making a goodwill over here. All these things are donated from the community and you're asking top dollar and when asked about the price the manager says well that's what it says on eBay eBay pricing at Goodwill if you lowered your prices you'd move all this inventory, I see a lot of things that you move to other stores because your pricing is so high think about it read more

Checked the website before we went to donate. Website said furniture, we tried to take two cribs. They would not accept them and gave two craps that the website didn't state that cribs were not accepted. When you search where to donate Goodwill is listed. Be advised they will not take them. read more
