This place continues to be our go-to for car repair. Most recently, we discovered a nail in our rear tire of a brand new Jeep (it was continuously losing air pressure). We literally had only had the car for a month so the tire was brand-spanking new. We called Goodyear Auto Service on a Monday morning when they opened, and they accommodated us with an appointment that afternoon! A little over an hour and $26 later, our tire was patched and like brand new! I've dealt with a lot of B.S. from dealerships and car repair shops, and it's so great to have found a reputable repair shop with fair pricing and great service! I had a 9am appointment was there before 9. An hour an 15 minutes later they told me there was an issue with a fleet card. I got them a credit card so we could by pass the hassle with the fleet card, they said they would get right on it. The tech they put on the job spent more time on his phone and strolling around the shop than he did changing tires. I spent 3 and half hours to have 4 tires changed on a scheduled appointment. read more

Terrible. I brought my Subaru in for an inspection. They lost a lug nut and a screw and did not just replace it. In fact, they expected me to pay for it. They quoted me ived 1000 to replace brakes and rotors off the bat but then gave me a somewhat lower price. I got it all done somewhere else. Dont go. read more

I've seen all of the negative reviews of this store and was dubious about going there. But it was the only place I could get an $80 rebate on new tires so I decided to chance it. They were a pleasant surprise. I was early for my appointment but they got me right in, advised me on the most appropriate tires (which were not the most expensive ones) and provided a free alignment check. Brandon also filled out the rebate forms for me. All in all, a new set of high end tires for $500 and I was out of there in an hour. Very good service. read more

Horrible Service! The service I received from this location, including the general manager is so bad I cannot even give it a 1 star rating! I changed my mind about having tires put on the car by them due to their rudeness and requested them to remove the new tires, I would go somewhere else. THEY REFUSED!!! They even called the police and had them at the store waiting for me AFTER hanging up on me several times! They continued to tell the police to arrest me for theft when they still had my car in their garage!!!!!!!!! They forced me to purchase their tires instead of allowing me to go elsewhere. I called to see if they had 4 Goodyear Wrangler SR-A tires, I was told by Dylan if I dropped off my Expedition I could pick it up by 3-3:30. It was not finished until 5:35. 2-2 1/2 hours late!! They charged $219.00 per tire PLUS installation and disposal fee per tire, Walmart sells them for $190 per tire. When I asked Dylan about this while I was waiting he shrugged his shoulders. The waiting room is limited at best and they couldn't get any college football games on the tv on a Saturday. I will never go here again as there are to many options in Cranberry that care about repeat business. read more

Took a Goodyear tire with nail puncture in to be repaired which they offer for free. Was called 1 hour after and advised that they were unable to repair because it was too close to the shoulder (the nail was in the center of the tire). The manager then tried to sell me four new tires by reading me my owners manual like I was a child. I picked up the car and took it to another garage where they repaired it on the spot. Trying to up sell is one thing, but flat out lying because they don't want to perform a free service they advertise is another. read more

My review is filled with woe, extortion, and bitter disappointment. This is my story: I had the untimely misfortune to have my vehicle break down while passing through Cranberry Township during Easter weekend. Left with no other viable alternatives, I called for the tow truck to come and retrieve me and my broken down vehicle. The driver of said tow truck recommended this local Goodyear shop, based on a number of merits: mutual trust, positive reviews and a close proximity. I was in a desperate state of mind (having your vehicle break down the day before Easter tends to have that effect), so I was inclined to trust the kind stranger. I cheerfully dropped my vehicle off in to the waiting hands of the Goodyear staff, who appeared to be professional and well-adjusted individuals. I told them my problem (the starter was fried) and they said they would jump right on it. "Those are relatively easy to fix", said the helpful Goodyear man. Filled with hope, I left my sad little vehicle in their hands. That was a decision I would soon come to regret. Taking advantage of my desperate situation and out-of-town plates, the Goodyear staff managed to rack up a truly impressive repair bill. For a $120 part and one hour worth of labor, they courageously presented me with a bill for $556. Little did I know that one hour worth of Goodyear labor was so valuable! $400 per hour! I was shocked, shocked, to recognize that my puny vehicle was in the hands of such skilled masters of the auto mechanic world. In short, if you happen to be piloting the space shuttle, the Batmobile, or any other piece of complicated and rare machinery, you can do no wrong than take it here. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I am absolutely disgusted in this place. You should be out of business. My name is Marc, and I brought my 2012 Ford Escape XLT here to have my Tires Oxidized, as well as to see why my back tire is leaking. Due to being in college, and not having the time to look at the problem myself, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, June 1st, at 11am. I was there, and everything went as normal. About an hour later, I had received a call from the employee stating that I had a Nail in my tire, but it was on the Shoulder of the tire, and it was unfixable. Because I have an AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle, They told me i had to replace all for tires. Without asking me, he told me how much it was going to run, and said it would be done in another 2 hours. I was hesitant and told him I was going to get a second opinion. So I did. I went to a Family Friend, and he took a look at my tire, and fixed it FOR FREE. Less then a 10 MINUTE FIX. I SAVED $500 AND GOT WHAT I WANTED DONE FOR LESS TIME AND LESS MONEY. This Business has solidified my hatred for Big Business Auto-mechanic shops. Please be sure to look for small, honest business' and give them your money, not these crooks. I will be calling Customer Service tomorrow to get a statement on what happened. read more

This is the only place I'll take my car up in the Cranberry area. I've had tires, wipers, and headlights replaced. This was also the only shop that correctly diagnosed my AC issue (I'm a girl and none of the other places I took my car believed what I was telling them). Appointments are easy to get. Sometimes the work takes longer than they tell me upfront, but I'm fine with that since I trust this place. They also will drop you off or pick you up if you are in the area. read more

My experience was not good. There were no cars in the service bays but yet could not get a tire repair looked at for over an hour and I made an appointment 2 days in advance. A better choice for tires is Flynns or Costco. Both are better service and cheaper for tires. read more

The manager, Brandon, greeted me with a smile and was very thorough in showing me all of my options. He seemed completely transparent and I felt that I could trust them. Had an appt with good year to get my annual inspection and sticker. Needed 2 new tires. Ended up ordering them myself because good tear's price was inflated. Brought car back to put tires on. They broke one of the TPMS, charged me $80 to fix and couldn't reset so I gave to take it somewhere else. They claim they didn't break it - if that we're true my dash light would have been on! Had cars service there for several years. Tires rotated, hub cap fell off next day! Then when I had my car in for service and an inspection, I mentioned a leak. They said they didn't see a leak and inspected it. Within two week transmission gone do to leak. Called manager and general manager, no response. I got the standard "I don't recall" answer when I asked questions. I would find someone who actually knows what they are doing, not them, for car service. read more

I had a very good experience at this Goodyear location. I went to determine what size tires were necessary for a much needed upgrade for my car. Not only were they very compliant with me, but they lead to the best and also the cheapest tire necessary for my car. I was so pleased with the service that I decided to purchase the tires from this location. Now my car (which is 10 years old) feels a lot smoother and almost like new! Horrible service On 9/25, my car broke down. The tow guy said this place was good, since they are a AAA participating shop. I was desperate, just wanted my car fixed, so off we went to drop it off. I called first to let them know I was coming. I was told they would look into it and call me when they had more info on the car. The "Master Mechanic" is not in on the weekends, but will look at it in Monday. I was ok with this, just wanted it done. I called that Monday and was told it wasn't done yet, maybe around 6pm it will be done. I am easy going and said I'll just pick up Tuesday on my lunch break. Oh yeah, I was quoted $455 for a fuel pump and oil change. I was shocked! I told him there's no way I can pay that, and they took the "diagnostic test" off and knocked the price down to $365(I am so lucky). I get the car and its just not right. I have to turn it a few times before it started, and it's a rough ride. I look in the back seat after I get home and they have the engine cover laying on the back seat. I took back to have them put it back on and the guy who "fixed" my car, asked me how it's running. I said it's rough, and it takes multiple turns to get it stated. He said it's your battery and walked away. Fast forward to 4 break downs, and they still will not take responsibility for the poor service I was given. I towed my car to another mechanic who confirmed it is the fuel pump. Goodyear manager says if it's not a faulty pump, they will charge me AGAIN for parts and labor. This Goodyear "service" center is horrible. I will never return and hope that no one else will have the misfortune of having to use them for any car service. i had a 12pm appointment here for an oil change and minor repair of my splash guard, which had come loose. three hours later, my car was still not finished. it had not even been taken back to a bay to be started! i asked what was going on, and the front desk person said i was next. i really wanted to leave and take my business somewhere else, but only have today free. by the time my car was done, it was after 4pm and the splash guard wasn't even fixed! so much for making an appointment. needless to say, they lost a return customer and earned themselves a negative review. read more
