    I called to book an appointment and they apparently introduced a new, off shore scheduling service…read more They said they had availability and booked us for 3PM. We showed up at 2PM to drop off our vehicle and they said they couldn't take us. They explained that whoever scheduled the appointment from the off shore scheduling service didn't look at their availability. So we wasted our time diving there and then back home. They misquoted me by $70 on services and added $80 in additional fees that should have been included in their quote. They did not provide me with the detailed analysis of the alignment and when requested the tech wasn't there and said it would be emailed -- I have not received it (it has only been a couple of hours). The tech pulled in as I was getting in my car and it was then I found out that they didn't do the full alignment because the back end bolt wouldn't come off easily enough. The printer doesn't work so they couldn't give me a print out. They should have 1) called me when they realized their quote was wrong so I could go elsewhere (I had a $200 quote from elsewhere) and 2) they should have let me know there was a problem in doing the alignment. We called to request a refund, but were told that has to come from corporate. So we called corporate and were disconnected. When calling back they did not answer their phone and we had to leave a message. As of now there is no response. I am disappointed in the additional $150 I had to pay and feel that I am due $100 since I could have had it done for less than $250 elsewhere. I am asking that they will do a free full alignment with print out of results once I get the back end unfrozen. I cannot get Cranberry Township store nor corporate to answer my concerns -- we were disconnected and no one has called us back.

Arrived for appointment and was informed I…read morewas booked to have 4 tires replaced which was never discussed. 40 minutes after appointment time, my vehicle was still sitting outside while I was waiting. Left without any work being done. I was disappointed that the shop didn't pay more attention to my request for service, and that even first thing in the day they weren't sticking to the schedule. Waiting area was dirty. A lack of attention to detail did not make me confident in their ability to fix my vehicle. I would recommend going somewhere else for service.

We dropped the car off Saturday with the thought the car would be done by closing. My wife received a phone call saying they hadn't got to it and they would do it Sunday. Okay, inconvenient but fine it wasn't that big of a deal. They did call Sunday to say the car was complete. We paid and grabbed the keys, drove the car home. My son woke up for work and went to leave the house at 5:30am to find one of the new tires was flat. He used a portable air pump to inflate it and make it to work a little late. When he got out of work the tire was again flat. I told him to inflate it again and immediately drive to NTB to have them fix the issue. He drove over and they told him they were shorthand and too busy to help him today. They said he should come back maybe tomorrow. That isn't the right answer, not proper customer service. They said if he wanted it fixed that day he would need to find another NTB to go to. They looked around in computer and said if you go to the Greentree Rd. location they should do it today. "Should." So my poor son drives an hour away to drop his car off and wait a few hours for them to fix what Cranberry should have fixed immediately. Two hour round trip from our home. No sorry, nothing. Greentree RD. Seemed slammed when we got there to pick his car up. The phone was ringing off the hook with nobody answering it. The man working the counter had an awful personality who mumbled and gave one word answers to the people ahead of us. The problem we found out, after asking twice what was wrong, a bad valve stem. Cranberry could have fixed this in two minutes.
