I took my car to jiffy lube for an oil change, and they did not put the oil stick back in properly which caused the oil to gradually leak all over the engine. The alternator was ruined do to the oil leak. Jiffy Lube does not want to take any responsibility. They stated I should have smelled the oil or notice the leak. This was a gradual leak over 5 months. I will never return to Jiffy Lube again. I had been a loyal customer for over 25 years. They charged an outrageously high price for a battery. I asked for a price adjustment and was treated poorly. I contacted corporate. They lied and said they tried to call me back but my mailbox was full. That is a total lie. Finally, I spoke to a gentlemen. He sent me a 15% off coupon for a service that expires in 2 weeks. I just had my car serviced and do not need anything. I can get a 15% off coupon with a few clicks on my keyboard. I paid $128.87 for an oil change and in-cabin air filter after a 20% discount for military. I asked my tires be set to 36 lbs all around. Beyond that I left it to the team. The customer rep was upbeat, let me know they would inspect and top off all my fluids, vacuum my car, check my air filters and change my oil. Great start. From there it went badly. I have no confidence the oil was changed as requested because so many other things went on. Tires at 32lbs, didn't vacuum carpet, didn't reset mileage until next change -- in fact my dash said oil change required as soon as I started it up. On top of that, I now gained some oil spots on my interior. The reminder sticker for my next oil change is an indicator of attention to detail as well. The leading digit for date and mileage were missing. I drove away and decided to return. They cleaned up the mess, he assured me the oil was properly changed. Manager Mike returned my payment without me asking -- I really did not want that. I simply want to know that when I conduct business, I am getting the right service without being a demanding customer. It wears me out to have to go back and complain. Just got a oil changing using a Groupon and was satisfied with my visit. Typical garage waiting room so I waited outside in the grass. Only took 15 mins It was faster then usual. They were nice and reset my oil light. My wheel was a little greedy and freaked me out a little lucky I had sanitizer in my car. read more

Two hours in, they told me they wouldn't do it today because the other persons car needed parts and they wouldn't get them for 5hrs and they wouldn't work on my car till tomorrow because they now can't move the car in front of me. We had a horrible experience. Multiple workers standing around smoking cigarettes in the car bay. The workers didn't acknowledge me for over fifteen minutes. The waiting room was filthy. The floor and chairs look as if they have never been cleaned. The smell was enough to make me crack open the door. We will not be going back. read more

I have had good experiences here - they change your oil. They aren't the Ritz-Carlton so don't expect that kind of customer service. They are expensive unless you have their coupon book that gives $10 off. They aren't the friendliest people in the world but they are mechanics that can change your oil. Of course they will try to sell you more. That's their job. The phrase you need to know is "No!" or "Not today." If you know what you want when you go in the door you will leave with what you wanted and nothing extra. If you treat them like crap because you are snooty Cranberry person, you may get what you asked for in return. If you are nice to them, they will be nice to you. read more

I have had good jobs done here on brakes oil changes and tires. Manager has been done good by me. Normally would get 5 stars. However last time i was there. I tried to get brake pads on loud metal on metal coming from passenger side which i made them aware. Well they brought me out showed me driver side brakes and said i didnt need pads it was something with abs. I didnt think nothing of it said they didnt want to replace if it didnt need. They will save me the $. Well the noise was so loud i had to get 2nd opinion. Guess what needs brakes and rotors. Not sure if they just didnt want to do or what. Like i said usually have good experience with the place 5 star type. Guess im just disappointed they lied to me. No longer making noise feels safer. read more

Always lets me know what may need replaced or repaired in the near future. Brakes, wipers, oil changes as well as major repairs. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They refused to give me the full value of a $75 Groupon--the "Senior Customer Service Representative" argued with me and insisted it was only worth $38. I paid $38 for the Groupon, and it was not expired. Also, I had not 1 but 2 lights come on immediately after they serviced my car. They said they would turn off within a few miles of driving. I came back several days later after they still didn't come off and they insisted it was a coincidence, refused to even look at my car, and started using inappropriate language with me when I insisted they look at it. I parked my car around the back and the tech told me it would be 40 minutes to an hour before my car was done. I said that was fine and planned to go grab a bagel... Instead of checking me in so I could leave, Paul told me to sit down and that they'd get to me... no advance indication that I was waiting the entire 40 minutes to an hour and wasn't supposed to leave the waiting room. Finally left, ate, and came back, and it was still 20 minutes before they took my information. Paul then told me I should smile, apparently oblivious that I was unsatisfied with the customer service. My wife went in with a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation. They told her they weren't going to rotate tires because they "looked good". No fluids wee topped and yes, grease and oil all over. Went there 2 weeks ago for a state inspection, the emissions machine was out of service .... went there Friday at 4 pm ... not enough time for inspection ... they close at 7 , no ones else was there, went this morning .... inspection expired we aren't doing inspections today ..... what ! the first of the month of an inspection period and you arent doing them??? read more

Avoid this place, went in for a simple oil change, was charged $117, they mistakingly charged me $60 for topping off my antifreeze, shoulda been $5...I understand people make mistakes and brought it to there attention , they said they would refund the money...tomorrow will be two weeks later and still nothing , total unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost!!! 1) I was told that inspection would cost almost 40 bucks for both stickers over the phone and its first come first serve basis. Came to this location 15 more they opened and was the first person here. This assistant General Manager Gideon Ewing said I cannot get my car inspected since I only have a pink slip?? Wth? According to him pink slip is only a proof of ownership but not registration. I called other locations and also a police station and they said that such was not true. So I went back to Gideon and told him of my findings. Now he tried to shove me to other locations and said that a truck has come in which needs brakes so I have to wait 2 hours before my car can be inspected and I told him that I was there first and I had never left. Finally after a lot of disappointment and reinforcement he started work on my car first. Judging from the skill set they are not capable of performing their job. I will never come here again. PS I'm to pay over 70 bucks for inspection!!!! read more
