I went to this location to replace a flat tire with a new one. Overall I didn't have any issue with the work they did on my car. But the customer service wasn't up to mark. The price they quoted for the tire was higher than what's on offer at goodyear.com. I pointed it out, to which both the salesman and the manager informed me that they didn't have control over the pricing on the website, which is controlled by a third-party. I could understand that Goodyear as a company might not have made the website and in-store pricing consistent, to which we can't fault the store managers. However, this is an opportunity for the people in the store to make customers happy and keep them loyal. They begrudgingly matched the online price eventually, but only if I purchase 1 tire, not 4. They tried to sneak in extra services after matching the online price, without asking me first. I am glad I noticed that the total went up, instead of going down after they lowered the tire price. Even after Take #3 of trying to bill me correctly, they added a service for a small charge that wasn't there in the original quote. I've had much better experience with the same issue at Goodyear's Winchester Blvd. location. There, the salesman himself asked me to check the price online so he could match it. read more

The ladies are efficient, friendly and don't try to upsell me on things I don't need. They always exceed my expectations and have my car ready well before they say they will. I can't speak about pricing because I don't really shop around for tires but it is what it is - I like my tires to all be the same brand. The store has a nice waiting area and it is next to a bunch of other stores and eateries so if it's going to be awhile before your car is ready, at least you will have something to do. read more

OMG how this place has gone downhill, I had to update my review from 4 stars to 1!!! Seems they have mostly new staff in this location now as they rotate the staff to different locations. The previous staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and customer savvy. The new team is not nearly close to what I am used to and expect. Dropped my car off for service, I didn't get update calls and had to call to check on the status. I was told a job was going to take 2 hours, 4+ hours later, I called and they were just finishing up!!! Had to take the car in for the same issue 2 times in the matter of 3 days... Very unhappy. They ripped me off. They aggressively recommended many services that I didn't need. They should have my records in their system so they should not have made such recos. I was outside when they called so I didn't have the time to do research and I authorized all the repairs (yeah it's my fault). The service person is Monica. I just compared my repair records at this store for the last 2 times. Between the 2 services, I drove 6k miles, and the time duration is 10 months. They did the following services twice during the period: - air filter (should be 12k-15k miles) - cabin filter (should be 15k-30k miles) - brake fluid (should be 2 years) You see how aggressive they are? They also recommended replacing the spark plugs, which should be replaced every 20k-40k miles. Old service records indicate I just reached 20k. I will go back to my Honda dealer for future services. They didn't handle business that way. If you like this store, remember to check your service records before authorizing any recommended repairs. read more

Worst service ever. 2 months ago I was there and I bought 4 tires. They told me that they will finish at 13:00. They didn't contact me, so I came at 14:00 and waited another hour till 15:00 for the car was ready. Today I made the error of coming back again. They told that the car will be ready at 12:30. I came at 12:40 they told me that I have to change the tire (?). Again they didn't contact me to tell me that. Waited another 35 minutes in the lobby and when the car was ready they didn't let me know so I saw there in the lobby for no reason. I had to discover that the car was ready by myself. read more

Had a tire replaced for my Tesla Model-Y. A few weeks later, the TPMS sensor fault showed up for the tire that was changed by Goodyear. Tesla said that Goodyear damaged the TPMS sensor when they mounted the new tire. When i reached out to Goodyear, they did not take responsibility to fix or reimburse the TPMS sensor that they broke. Goodyear says they don't know how to replace TPMS sensors for Model-Y. I had to pay Tesla to replace the TPMS sensor for the tire that Goodyear replaced. Disappointing experience read more

Let me start by saying that I've been a loyal customer at this store since 2010. All my 3 cars have been serviced here. The store is under-going through new management and the place is a mess. The acting manager is BILL. On 2 1 22, I brought one of my cars here for an alignment and tire repair (very simple job). When I picked-up my car, I noticed that it had been driven 8 miles by someone from Goodyear. I asked the manager, but could not get an explanation. BILL was unresponsive when asked about the milage driven by his worker. I started my car and noticed a loud noise that had not been there when dropped off. Right away, I advised the manager. I asked for a safety check, but was told to come back in 2 days due to scheduling. The very next day, I brought it to my mechanic for inspection and learned that someone had driven the car over a big bump causing the muffler to press against the undercarriage resulting in the loud noise. I fixed it out of pocket. I relayed this to BILL. As expected, the manager was unhelpful and would not explain who drove my car for 8 miles. After 10 years, I am sad to leave this location, but I have to. There is something shady going on at this location. I would not go back. I suspect the manager (BILL) workers are tired and overworked due to COVID. I bought a 3-year alignment package from this store for my two cars, but I would never go back to use it because it would be too risky. Wow, the absolute worst service I've had here in well over ten years! I work for a large company in Cupertino, walking distance away, from this location. As such, I've taken my many vehicles there for service due to convenience. Well, those days are over now! I took my vehicle in a week ago for an oil change and free tire rotation since I bought my tires there. I dropped it off at 8:30'ish in the morning and it wasn't done until after 6:15pm that evening. Okay, I get it, they got busy that day, fair enough I waited patiently. Today a driver next to me signaled that something was underneath my vehicle and I should pull over and look at it. Sure enough, they didn't properly secure the splash shield on the undercarriage of my vehicle after the oil change. This is the second time I've had to return to the store for this issue by the way. The manger was very smug and condescending to me stating "well the must of worked loose and fallen out". No kidding, I wouldn't have figured that one out on my own, thank you for your professional insight. Their repair was to use two zip ties to secure it. What, you don't have any hardware you can use to secure it with? I told them they lost a customer today and they really could not care less. I will most certainly spread the word about these jokers to my many coworkers to avoid supporting such a half assed business, regardless of convenience! Sadly, I have to give at least one star? I wish there were negative points to be handed out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOODYEAR LOCATION! Update on my review of this Goodyear location: The same day i wrote this review I sent it to the Goodyear Customer Service contact on their web site. Much to my surprise i was contacted by the Regional District manager, I believe that was his title. Any how he bent over backwards to rectify the shortcomings of how I was treated at my recent visit and offered to make it right. He contacted the store manager and had him order all new parts for the underside of my truck to make me feel valued as a long time customer. THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT CRYSTAL! I was extremely impressed with his apologies and efforts to correct the situation. About 1.5 weeks later the parts arrived and the manager called me to arrange an appointment to drop off my truck to have the parts installed. In addition they offfered 3 free oil changes for our vehicles to again make me feel as though they actually valued my years of customer loyalty. Parts have been installed but I have yet to decide if I'll return there as a customer. Perhaps once Crystal is gone I'll consider it. Several years ago I hated this place. They recommended services I did not need and seemed very dishonest. My most recent visit for tires improved my opinion. The Good: they recommended that I have some steering repairs and my struts replaced. My car has almost 70k miles on it, so that seemed reasonable and now the vibration is gone. I was also there for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, to get new tires and new get new wiper blades. They realized a day later that the wiper blades were not replaced so they called me back and I came in for a refund. GOOD JOB! The Bad: For my oil change, George tried to upsell me on a different oil. When I declined, he told me it was on sale, so I went ahead and got the upgrade. Seemed a little sketchy. I purchased the tire service for the lifetime of the tires and also the alignment service, so I'll be back. If the repairs work out okay, I'll be back again. The jury is still out on this one, but I have been impressed with the improvements in honesty and customer service thus far. read more

Don't go there! I had new tires mounted. When I picked up the car, three valve caps were missing. Back into the office, wait in line, tell the manager who says he'll be right out to take care of it. Wait outside several minutes, finally shows up with the caps. Also noticed the wheels looked dirty but figured no big deal, changing tires is a dirty business. Take it through the car wash. It's not dirt, it's scratches. Called to tell them about the damage, tells me that they noted damage on the wheels when I brought it in. I asked, "on all the wheels?" Because it's the same type and length of marks on every wheel. I asked this same thing three times. She would only say that there's was damaged noted on the wheels, wouldn't say how many. Remember that for later.... I take the car in and note that the odometer reading on the receipt is off, and have the manager come out to see the car. Right away, the denials start. Tells me that in her 10 years of professional experience, it's curb rash. Of the exact same type and length on every wheel, I ask? She shrugs and says I don't know, but she repeatedly offers to show me the machine as some sort of proof that it was impossible for them to cause the damage. I don't know, maybe the same person who left off the valve caps and screwed up the mileage also mismanaged the machine. Anyway, I can see I am going to get nowhere, so I ask for the mileage to be corrected, and for a copy of the inspection report, which had not been given to me.... but I think by law was supposed to be. So after she answers a couple calls and does a lot of typing on the system for who knows what - I think just making me wait because she's annoyed and she wants some petty payback, I finally get a copy of the inspection. It does not show damage on all four, only three, and yes there were some scratches before but not of exactly the same type and length on all four wheels. I point this out and she proceeds to tell me that's what she told me on the phone, it was three. Then I reminded her that she just said it was all four when we looked at the car. Then she denied saying that. Twice more flipping between her saying it's four, no three, no it's four again, I told her it was bullshit and I obviously wasn't going to get anywhere so I guess it's timecomplain to Goodyear or waste my time in small claims. So I turn to leave and get my hand on the door to open it when she has to have the last word. Starts in on saying thanks for coming in, like some sort of good customer service politeness, but says it sarcastically and has to add thanks for wasting her time. So then I turn and say, really, you damage my car and give me changing answers and you're pissed off? She says well you called me s liar. I said I didn't call you a liar I said your answer kept changing. "You cursed at me." Really, because I said the treatment I was receiving was bullshit, that's cursing at you? then she starts in with please leave sir, please leave, like I'm the one dragging this out. Hello, I was opening the door to leave when you couldn't control your mouth and had to get in some digs as I was trying to walk out! Please shut up, ma'am.... that's what I should have said. Now I remember why I haven't been to this store in years even though it's been the closest tire store in the 30 years I've lived in my home. No attention to detail, screws things up, then is a pain to deal with when you complain. Going back to my other tire store where I've bought many sets of tires with not one problem like this. my minivan was misdiagnosed and they reimbursed it (Crystal took good care of the issue). The problem was the starter, not the battery, that was detected and fixed at another shop. Time: 2 days (i left it overnight) my malibu had a tire damaged, took it there and they asked me to leave it overnight (again!) because they were swamped. usually i manage to do that but i did not this time. i went to a hancook tire shop and took care of it in 30 minutes (i aint kidding: 30 minutes). i think Good Year lost a very loyal customer. read more

They botched a simple oil change on a new car 15K miles. I had the low engine oil warning on dashboard after driving less than 100 miles. I had to take it back. They added more oil and did a quick check to see if it was leaking, which they said its not. Apparently, it was leaking as I saw oil puddle in my garage. So, I had to take it back again and they found that drain cap was not seated properly, which they fixed again. No apologies. Apparently, these things can happen as per them. I asked for a free oil change. And they refused and asked for proof and they need proof of oil leak. I will not be going back again. read more

Brought my car here to get two new tires and an alignment, as soon as they opened. Had to leave over night and still wasn't done till late next day. When driving it home after picking it up it pulled to the right alot. By the time I got home the TPMS sensor let me know my right front tire (not one of the ones replaced) was low. Filled it up at the gas station no problems. A few weeks later starts pulling to the right again so I fill up the tire, about 15 psi. So I take it back here to have it checked out. Had to leave it 4 hours. Of course it's "un-repairable since it's in the sidewall and on the inside of the tire." Took it to the Goodyear about 2 mile's away. I already found the screw right in the middle of the tire. They repaired it in 30 minutes while I waited. read more

The scheduled appointment was 2:00. The check-in completed near 2:30. We were told that would take two hrs. I didn't get the call but returned there before 4:30. The car was still out there. They told me our car was the next one so it would be quick. We decided to wait there. At 6:30, it's not been done. They said they were closed (closing at 6) and didn't let us be out. The car was still in pit but not done. At 6:45, I asked how much longer it would take. He looked at the pit and came back saying we could drive away and they didn't charge. For just a tire rotation (the cost is supposedly $20), it took from 2:00 to close to 7:00. The worst thing was I don't even know if the rotation was really done. There was no job-completion paperwork! It was outrageous. We wasted hours and hours on Saturday afternoon. They definitely have a scheduling issue. Can't recommend anyone but hey this place will be closed once the hotel construction starts. So we will never come back anyways. read more

This and another Goodyear was my go to for oil changes. $19.95 + $2.5 (oil filter disposal fee ) + tax comes totals $23.96. However I've decided to never go again. After checking the dipstick the oil looked dark to me and I just wanted an explanation to it. I was told it was my engine's residues. Then I was asked if I didn't think they changed the oil. Then I was offered full refund. So in all this Goodyear wasted close to 4 hours of mine. Pros Cheap You don't have to do it yourself Cons Long wait times (past few times I was told I had a two hour wait and had to wait 2 hours and a half or more). Is the oil even changed? If so maybe not for new oil. **after the oil change, I always check my oil before even running the engine. For years it's always looked good but the past two times I've went, the oil looked dark. I've been told a lot of reasons why it's that color from, "yeah it does look dirty we can change it again, to that is your engine residues that make the oil dark. read more

I took my Tesla here today for new tires. That part went well: friendly service, efficient. However, I was talked into doing an alignment, which seemed like a good idea, in theory. Mark, the manager (I think) said I wouldn't have to pay if the machines showed that the car was inalignment. Spoiler alert: I should have asked more questions and been more skeptical! When I picked up the car, I got a thorough report showing two tires very slightly (0.24 % and 0.23 %) out of alignment. So they went ahead and did the alignment work, at a cost of $350. What would have been nice: a phone called checking with me as to whether they should go ahead and do the alignment. But, no. After all, it was out of alignment! When I asked Mark if he thought it was worth the cost, he had no answer. When I explained that his lack of response did not make me feel good about the service I had recieved, he basically stared at me and handed me the receipt. Naive me: since we have been customers here for decades, I thought maybe they had our interests at heart. Well, they don't, and maybe we will take our cars elsewhere from now on. read more

I needed a special order tire. After checking few option, I Decided to go with this Goodyear store, although they were a few dollars more expensive than the next option. Cristal, the store manager, promised she'll order the same day and have it the next day. I called and left messages the next three days only to be told that Cristal is out to lunch, gone for the day, off today, etc. I went there after three days. Cristal wasn't there, so Erik, the service manager, found the tire that was delivered two days earlier (as promised), but it just sat there. Erik was very good in taking care of the matter promptly.
