I drive out of my way to come see Jeff, Brian and the rest of the employees at this location! They're always kind, respectful, and explain everything to me! I don't ever feel as though I'm overcharged and I always feel as though I have options. Other tire and service shops will give you a list of things they think you need done, or things that can't prove you need done, but Goodyear will always tell you what is necessary and why! My friend popped a tire when she came in from out of town and we brought her car her as well, and they treated her as well as they treat me! If there's an issue after they fix your car or tires, bring it back and they'll go above and beyond to ensure everything is where it needs to be! Today I received a fraudulent alert that my tires were worn to 1/32 inch tread. This is a lie. My last service at Goodyear, 20 days ago, confirmed that the tires had more thand 4/32 inch depth. The company is sending me an alarmist notice that is probably to attract tire sales. Not now, never, after lying to me. Don't believe these guys. read more

The store itself is nice and clean. I bought a set of tires for a little over $900 and my wheel was shaking two days later at 55-60 MPH. I called to have it fixed and the lady I spoke to sounded like she could careless. You screw up and can't squeeze me in to fix it. Not a good look in the area of customer service. The kicker is they gave me an estimate for something I didn't ask for. I'm so glad I declined. If you can't get brand new tire balanced accurately who knows what you would have done to my brakes. I will go elsewhere for my car services in the future. read more

This is what I get for trying to get my oil changed by someone other that #TaylorsTire bc this place happens to be next to my house. Over the phone they said $24.95 for an oil change. Then I get a bill for $34 and some change. I understand the quote didn't involve tax, but when I asked why the price was $10 higher than quoted he said "disposing of the filter fee." Ummmm, so then the price shouldn't be quoted as $24.95 right? They just lost my business over a few dollar simply due to not being honest. They even acted very unprofessional about it as well. I purchased my tires for my Tacoma about six months ago and received the Goodyear Alignment program where they will check the alignment every 6 months or 6,000 for no charge. I called for an appointment, which was 2pm. When I go there I asked how long it would take he said "about an hour." It was 3 hours later when it was completed. The service was indifferent and I can only assume that since this was a "free" service it was not a priority. He just said "it's ready", had me sign and gave me my keys. I felt like I was a bother. With so much competition in the area you would think they would make it a priority for someone who spent $800 on new tires. Guess not so I'll go to one of their competitors in the future because it won't be long before my car needs tires as well. read more

Would generally be my go-to place for small jobs like oil changes since before they moved from wendover ave. Went over there with a flat and a cabin air filter. Normally I'd do the air filter myself as it's a very simple job to put in, and they charged me $32 just for the installation, without telling me they would charge for it. The leak was announced to be too far up the side to repair. They said the tire would need to be replaced and gave me a ridiculous estimate. I went to another place and they fixed my flat without any problems. Bottom line is they don't care about you, your business, or themselves enough to do a decent enough job. It's just another retail service place. If you're looking for a quick (and not even that quick) oil change this might be the place to go to, but even then there are far better options. read more

What a pathetic excuse of a business. I've given them a lot of business over the years, and this was the last straw. I've gone to them because of close proximity to my home, and they've also repaired some flats pro bono. But this past weekend, they treated my wife poorly, and took advantage of her. I usually handle auto needs, but I was out of town. She went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They charged her $80 for the oil change, with a $10 coupon! They charged extra because they said her car takes another quart of oil. (It doesn't, they've never done that before, and I've changed it myself many times and know what it takes.) Also, they said they topped off her fluids, they did not. I checked them all, and they had not been done. They also did not rotate the tires. She does need a new water pump and t stat, which they quoted at $700!!! I've gotten multiple quotes, and they average about $300. The parts are only around $100. Don't go here- they also deny any wrong doing. read more

I wish you could give ZERO stars! Called and made an appointment, dropped my car off and the sales girl tried to upsell me for a more expensive oil change. She told me that for my vehicle the "recommended" oil was a more expensive kind. I'm not sure why no other auto shops seem to have a problem, this is certainly not the first time I've had my oil changed. She said they would have it ready by 4:30, and i was running late to pick it up, when they closed at 5. I called to let them know i may not be there til 5 after 5, when i was told rudely by the woman who works there, that they forgot to call and tell me, but they did NOT change my oil. She claimed the shop manager decided not to change it because he didn't want to put anything other than the recommended oil in there. Here's the problem-NO ONE called me. They had my car for over 2 hours and they never met me know that they were not servicing it. We are leaving for vacation tomorrow, hence the reason for the service. Do not EVER take a vehicle here, they don't care about anything but going home as early as possible!!! read more

This store is a joke and probably should close like some of the Goodyear stores. Poorest customer service yet from any tire store. Have you ever seen a fifth wheel with under inflated tires from a tire store, not a very pretty site. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I went in, waited around for several minutes before anyone came in and even acknowledged I was there. Then I was told he could put some air in it for me (which I can do for myself and have done several times which is why I knew there was a leak), but if I needed anything else I would have to come back tomorrow. Explained that he only had two people working, which I understand, but it's the way it was unapologetically delivered that lost him my business. Not to mention I don't have time to go back tomorrow. Firestone, though it appears to be a smaller business, took care of me right away. read more
