Stopped in to get my wife's car inspected a few weeks ago. We were in the area and it was the only place that offered inspections on a Sunday, which made things convenient. We arrived just after brunch, so still early. No wait, pulled up, they took the keys, we waited for about 10 minute and were on our way. They did offer a list of recommended maintenance needs, but we're not overly pushy on the up sales. The waiting area was fine, clean, a bit small, but offered bottled water for guests while they wait. I'd return to this spot in the future if in the area and needing an inspection or other car work. read more

If you can go literally anywhere else you should. I get inspections here pretty often and it's always the most disorganized, lacking of communication,experience ever. Like seriously I just wasted hours of my time and now I have to try again another day because the inspector went home. How is everyone at your shop not a certified inspector??? It's literally the easiest cheapest certification to get.... Nothing makes me hate my life more than knowing I have to go to this specific jiffy lube. Dying would be less painful. read more

It was a busy Saturday and I was trying to find a place where I could get my car inspected fairly quickly. I usually plan better than this but Jiffy Lube had my back. I showed up and they got me in almost immediately. I was there less than 30 minutes. Gage was super nice and informative. This Jiffy Lube is very fortunate to have such a great employee. I rarely post reviews because I typically don't care enough to but my experience genuinely pissed me off. I went here for a simple inspection for a low mileage car that's garage kept and washed multiple times a a week. The inspection costs $30. While I was waiting, I realized the people in front of me had to pay for wipers in order to pass their inspection. One of the customers there had been waiting for a while and stated everyone else was told they needed new wipers too. So my vehicle is called out, and what do you know. Apparently it needs wipers too somehow. But here's the catch. The wipers a little over double the cost (my total was $70) and they fail you if you don't purchase new wipers. So you either blow $30 here and have to go somewhere else and spend another $30+ and wait again, fail and pay for way cheaper wipers and come back, or buy the wipers. So pay extra here or pay extra somewhere else because we will fail your inspection. Again I've had perfect wiper coverage, I positive they weren't torn before I went in. They literally are just there to scam more money out of you. Maybe they should learn more about business though because you earn more money on repeat customers not screwing them over to get a few extra bucks. Not returning there again. I recommend you save you money and go literally anywhere else. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Very friendly staff. They checked the scheduled maintenance for my car and pointed out that the the differential and transmission fluids needed changing, which they did, thus keeping me up to date. They even gave me a discount on the additional services. My one criticism is that the service wasn't very Jiffy as it took over an hour. read more

I went in for an oil change and inspection. Everything went well at first until I noticed my antenna had snapped at the base. It was already bent but still intact when I gave them my car for inspection and an oil change, and when they gave the car back to me the antenna was just dangling on the side of the car. Now I need to replace it and go through the annoying process of doing so. read more

Will be going in to have a talk with the manager along with my lawyer. My Wife got Charged $180 for an inspection plus a filter. I have had friends who worked with shops like these and there is always people who up charge people and put the money in their pocket. read more

Went for an inspection like I do every year. The past 2 yrs have used another Jiffy Lube down the road and never had a problem and vehicle passes. They failed the inspection due to window tint that was on the vehicle when purchased from the dealer. And still charged me 35 bucks but said to come back and they'll only charge $10 more to redo it read more

Jiffy Lube worst ever ...drop the car off because it wouldn't be ready for a few hours so how do short list of things we wanted to get done most of which they couldn't do or would do even though they said they could when we drop the car off . Like engine light on tell us what's wrong with it they read the code that's all provided us with the code so we could do our own work to figure out what was wrong go to a website put the code in and find out what they recommend it because it would've cost us $75 for them to tell us what the code says this is the thermostat and heater won't work but it's about 90 in the car and about to 40 outside so Clearly that's not the problem. It's raining but we did ask him to replace the Wind shield wipers they did for $57 front only There checklist on the work performed includes windshield washer fluid which they say they added but it is still is empty as it was Filled the tires to 33 PSI they claim the manufacturer recommendations on the door of the car clearly say 40 as does their computer. Best recommendation go someplace else I wish I could give them a zero but I don't think I can. read more

24 year old daughter who lives 2200 miles away went in for state inspection. The machine was not working but they did the visual part of the inspection, specifically tires. She definitely needed 2 new tires. Let's back track a bit... Jiffy Lube sells and installs tires. However they don't keep any in stock. They have to order them and installation is a day or two later. When they order them they can only order whats available. So ... she agreed to a top of the line tire. $250 each !! It was the only tire available. We felt she was being taken advantage of so my wife called another Jiffy Lube and the same size tire but not top of the line was available for $170. I'm sure they pulled from the same warehouse.. anyway ... the invoice she received was generic and without specifics. For instance there was no mention of whether warranty was paid for or offered ( it wasn't) or whether all 4 tires would be balanced ( she was told they would be ). My issue is it's a 10 year old car with Walmart tires. Who in good conscience would even suggest a top of the line tire? Now ... as much as I don't agree with them even suggesting these tires she is old enough to know better and what she could afford. I called the store the next morning and talked to Jordan the store manager . She was nice and polite ( as was I ) and she gladly refunded the purchase. My takeaway ... here in Arizona Jiffy Lube to my knowledge doesn't sell tires. If you want tires go to tire professionals ... thanks again Jordan for being professional. read more

Unfortunately, this will be the LAST time I visit this Jiffy Lube. I have been coming to this particular location for a number of years and usually my experience has been favorable, but the last two times NOT SO MUCH. The last TWO times I have found GREASE smudges on the interior of the car. The first time on the headliner where the tech reached inside to place the reminder sticker and today on the interior of the door. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. Although I have chosen NOT to make a complaint I will NOT be returning to this store. read more

I came here for an oil change and a tuneup. My initial visit to this place went great! The customer service was amazing and everyone was nice and easy to talk to. The service also did not take too long despite the fact that there were several people here before me. However, they failed to properly screw the bottom of my vehicle with screws and instead used plastic ties. This resulted in my cover falling down and dragging along the highway. This is pretty dangerous. I am deaf and did not notice any resistance coming from my car, so it took someone alerting me of hearing it drag to fix it. read more

I badly needed an oil change before heading back to Nashville, TN, tomorrow morning. I was in town for a few days to take care of aging parents in a nursing home and money was tight. Not only did I get a GREAT deal on an oil change, but it was discovered that WM had stripped the oil plug. ARGH!!! tJ, the mgr,told me where the nearest parts store, got the plug, took it back and Diesel and Matthew got the plug replaced, oil changed and had me on my way!!! My family's house is less than a mile from this place, and it is the only reason I had done business here over the years. Yes, HAD. I'm not a car idiot, an oil change is not solving the theory of evolution. It takes 15 minutes. However, I've never been here less than 30 minutes, even with no other human beings or cars there on a particular visit. It's never just "in and out," which is really what a very small oil change service place should be. Furthermore, after the 15th time I've told you that I don't want high grade oil and thus a 70 dollar oil change in an 18,000 dollar Corolla I only drive to take my dog for a poop/walk in, you should stop asking the 16th time. I STILL would have gone there until 2 incidents: One in September of 2014, they broke the tool needed to access the Toyota's filter, and could not finish the oil change after I had been there for 45 minutes. I went to another place, and they couldn't finish the oil change because JL had that area so tight. So, I called to complain. I got a free oil change out of it. It's a Corolla, seriously not a Ferrari, it's probably the most basic and uncomplicated car on the road. So when I came back to redeem my free oil change this year, I put a document into my glove compartment because it had personal information on it. Again, they weren't busy, but an hour later my oil change was finished. When I went directly home less than 3 minutes away, guess what? My document was no longer in the glove compartment. While I didn't accuse them of stealing it, the fact is the document went missing while my car was there. When I wrote to the person (Shannon Overton) who oversees the whole region, I got no response back. I would not recommend you frequent this place. It takes way too long for them to complete basic services even with no other customers there. They try and stick you with 70 dollar exotic oil changes when you've told them many times that is not what you want. Three, documents may disappear. You've been warned. read more

Stay away from this location if you care about customer service. I went to this location for an oil change, a 30 minutes job took 2 hours. By the time I had my car back the battery was dead and the car would not start. It took 4 employees over an hour to finally jump the car and get it started. The staff is mediocre at best. I arrived for a simple oil change on my 8 year old Toyota and before I could get out of the car the young man informed me that my car would only take synthetic oil and would be $89.95. I told him that was incorrect because it's never used that in the 8 years I have owned it and I am the only owner. He said he would look at my engine lifted the hood and said it again. While traveling from Missouri to Virginia Beach we developed a fluid leak.... On a Sunday. A lot of places were closed. Luckily they were open and got us right in. After a poor experience at a previous mechanic shop, I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. Not a good idea. When I got there, they told me it would be about a 15 minute wait and they would get started on my car. I said no problem. That 15 minutes turned into about an hour and 15 minutes. After paying the cashier, she went over a list of everything that had been completed on my vehicle. Numerous items were mentioned, including vacuuming the floors, cleaning the exterior windows, putting windshield washer fluid in the reservoir, and checking the tire pressure. I watched the guys working on my car the entire time. No window was ever cleaned, tire pressure was never checked, no washer fluid was added for the windshield, and the floors were as dirty as when I brought the car in. After paying $80 for a full service facility and not just an oil change, Needless to say I was not very happy and will not be returning. Perhaps it's just this location but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the entire company. read more

Don't go, save your time. There was 2 cars in front of me. The technicians said it would take "30 min" for an oil change and tire rotation. I said great let's do it. I timed them, it took them an hour and 4 minutes just to drain the oil out. Ridiculous.
