    Came here to get a head gasket job done. Was quoted $2200…read more Owner suggested we also do a few other things while we were in there and we agreed. Price went up to $2500 Then they found other parts that needed replacement. Ok, we're just below 3,000 Suddenly the bill is over $4900 when we go to pick the car up. Jeremy claims there was additional things they found wrong and that he notified us. (he didn't and these new charges were a surprise) As we start going through the bill, we notice we're being charged for labor and parts that should have been included in the original price for the head gasket. Then, the additional parts are priced at 2-3x what they should be with outrageous labor charges. ($200 in labor to replace a thermostat which takes 10 minutes to remove 2 bolts.) Owner refuses to release the vehicle unless we pay and we have a bunch of back and forth where he starts dropping the price but still wants to charge stupid labor charges and more. Then he pulls up high prices on the computer to justify his high costs. Same parts I found for 1/2 to 1/3 the price. Now we also discover they didn't put certain parts back on the vehicle when they finished and there is a missing exhaust cover. So not only do they overcharge the work is sloppy. I cannot recommend this shop at all. They don't honor their quotes, jack up the price of parts then refuse to release your vehicle until you pay. 0 stars if I could.

    When booking the appointment they said they would handle the third party warranty company. Brittany…read morethe employee working on the phone said she didn't have time to deal with it. 400$ for oil change and the fluid for leak finding and 2200$ to fix the leak. From a business standpoint, it probably makes more sense for the employee to spend the time to talk to the warranty company to get them to authorize the repair than for me to just go take the car somewhere else that will deal with it. Junior who took my call was nice and courteous when I originally set up the appointment. I'm not planning on going back. If your employees are too busy to do the work you might need more employees, or better ones that are capable of handling a working out the logistics of taking a phone call to a warranty company. Ask someone to cover for you, talk to your manager, or even the owner, im sure the owner would be thrilled to know he's going to spend X$ in wage labor to get XXXX$ in money from a corporation.

When he walks in, he goes to the counter without acknowledging me. I then go to the counter and say "hi I have an appointment for an oil change" he says "That's nice" and blew me off for another few mins. Then I sat around and waited 2 hours and finally had to leave. Rescheduled my oil change for 7am where my husband took the car in. He was very pleasant to my husband other than asking "was that your mom here yesterday" Obviously this man can't get a woman and is taking it out on customers. Just don't go here.

He was professional, courteous, polite, friendly, and efficient. We had our car towed since it stopping running properly. Juan arrived, we told him that the car wasn't running, and he got straight to work, hooked the car up, made room for me to sit in the back while the bf sat in the front passenger seat. We had a fun conversation about how fun it must be to drive the tow truck with manual transmission. The tow truck itself was on the older side. So don't expect a brand new truck if you gotta hitch a ride with the car to your destination. After having car issues, it's the least of our worries. Thank you, Juan. We'll definitely keep the business card and info if we ever need towing assistance again!!

Told my dad the tow driver was on the way and would take 20 mins to get to us (me & my kids)... she demanded payment via Venmo (which I sent RIGHT AWAY) before picking up my truck. Since I was with my 2 babies, instead of waiting on the side of the road, we caught a taxi home (thinking my truck was going to be picked up soon anyways)... and yeah, no! they didn't even get to my truck til almost 3 hours later. I called her and she said they were doing another tow and that I needed to pay before they pick up (MIND YOU, I ALREADY PAID HOURS BEFORE AND EVEN SENT HER A SCREENSHOT) I could have paid someone else to tow our truck sooner, if she would have just told us that it would take that long! But she didn't communicate with any type of update at all! The only reason i'm going the extra mile and writing a bad review, is because she had an attitude and spoke RUDELY to my dad when he confronted her on this! Anyways, idk if Harley is the owner or just a worker...but do better when you're speaking to customers, especially ones that already PAID you for a service!!
