It was great to see the report and to know exactly what was needed and NOT needed. That was the first time I had ever seen such a report, and it gave my confidence that I was at the right repair shop! They completed all the work (with my approval first), and I had my vehicle back the same day. They did miss one thing on the list, because of a sensor, I turned around and went right back, they took it right in and took care of it without charging me. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and the people to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am just thrilled at the outcome of the whole day! My truck is running great, and I have found a GREAT auto repair shop that I will now continue with for any future vehicle maintenance or problems that may arise. I normally like to stay positive about companies because people have livelihoods but I'm also real…read more I went to this location because I had a catastrophic fuel leak where both my fuel pump and line rusted off and this company gladly took my truck back into the shop but as soon they saw some rot that was nowhere near the area of service and totally refused to fix the truck due to liability and saving their a**es and a week minimum to boot, AND on top of everything still charged me $60 just to look at the truck. I went to Northern Spring Company and I already have my truck back in my driveway only a hour after drop off. That is an excellent place to take your vehicle to, professional, timely, and does the job right like people used to do. Not screwing you out of every dollar to do nothing like Tri Action Auto.

They installed the parts and drove off assuming all was well. A week or so later I had to return as my new brakes were squeaking. So I came back and they shared the brakes were fine and they had some dust. After cleaning the dust they claim all was well. Driving away I was hoping so. Over the next few months Feb/March I was driving the vehicle and continued to smell a burning smell. Beginning to get worried as I had a trip approaching I contacted Midas and was informed that no mechanic was available to inspect the vehicle and advised not to drive the car. I then took the vehicle to Suburban Ford of Troy in which a formal inspection revealed that the right rear caliper piston had seized, causing the brake pad to be completely destroyed and the rotor ruined, hence causing the burning smell. The dealership technician shared this is as "extremely dangerous," noting that the tire could have caught fire or exploded. I was forced to pay an additional $602.94 out of pocket to Suburban Ford to repair the damage caused by the failed Midas part. Since said time I have attempted to resolve the matter with Midas for 90 days and have been ignored and provided excuses with no resolve which is very disheartening. Please do your research with this business. At best they are good at oil changes and rotating tires and pleasant front location staff. That is all!!!

I was coming from Canada to get my tires/rims installed and even though they were short staffed that day, they fit me in promptly! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and also entertaining. They educated me a lot about the tires/rims and all the parts (lugs, etc.) Don't be turned off by this center being in a slightly sketchy part of town - they do a fantastic job with amazing prices. What impressed me is that the business has been on file with the BBB for many years and that there have been NO COMPLAINTS on record against Nash's Auto. While other shops could not get us in right away for the prepurchase inspection, Kyle had us in and out the next morning. The evaluation was very comprehensive in the inspection. They treat you kindly, and with respect, and I can't complain about the big comfy couch in the waiting area. The customer napping in the waiting area told us that she has been a loyal customer for 22 years. That really says something in these days of swindling and crooked auto shops. After a recent tie rod installation, we felt that the Altima needed a front wheel alignment. When they saw that it didn't need one, they only charged us a small diagnostic fee and were honest in telling us that no alignment was needed. Many shops out there would have just done the alignment and charged us, or worse, exploited the already optimal alignment and act as if they aligned it since we requested one be done. We decided to put the diagnostic fee towards replacing the old and worn drive belt anyway, which also was a fair price. There may be some shops that are cheaper than Master Auto, but the cool thing about this place is that the folks really know what they're doing and they're honest people. They won't recommend you to do anything the car doesn't need. I would rather pay a middle of the road rate with a high caliber and honest shop, rather than be woo'ed by cheap shops that will falsify a laundry list of issues and scam you of hard earned money! We will definitely be returning to Master Auto for our vehicular needs! This is a great dealership replacement shop.
