I take my work car here to get the oil changed and tires rotated and I've never had a bad experience. They have good customer service and are great for making appointments on a days notice. It takes between 1-2 hours for them to do it but I don't mind waiting and getting coffee in town while I wait. I definitely recommend this location compared to other auto places. Beware! My car has Good Year/80K warranty tires installed a couple of years ago. Recently front left tire started to leak air. My wife had brought the car to this place for air leak repair. The man (Billy) told her that tires were old, irrepaireable and he would need to replace all 4 tires. He came up with $901 estimation (I have a copy). We took car back and drove to Discount Tires. There tire was repaired for free, however they also had to change a pressure sensor because it was damaged. From now on, I will avoid Good Year tires because of such a service! read more

This place is grossly over-priced, and they don't apologize. I've had tires priced there before and thought they were a little high: about 25% more than what I ended up paying elsewhere. I didn't think much about it, figuring they were just overpriced and that I'd never go there again. But today, I had a 'tire emergency" and needed a flat patched. The price was delivered with arrogance: $34. When I questioned this, explaining that other places would do it for less, I was told other places would plug the tire, not patch it, and also that they would not balance the tires. I told the guy I knew that wasn't true; that I'd had this done before, at which point he collected his papers, rudely smiled and said, "OK." So I did go somewhere else - Discount Tire - and guess what? FREE! That's right - not only did they patch my flat tire, they rotated and balanced my tires for free! Dear Goodyear - I'm never coming back. Congratulations. read more

I can't and don't go here anymore. The services here are so exorbitantly expensive that the prices they charge don't even make sense. I went here for over a year getting various services done to my two cars because I trusted them and thought it was a good deal. Once I had to take in my car for the dealer for a recall, (which was obviously free) I had other things done and was shocked at the price difference. I went to Goodyear one more time after that for a headlight bulb replacement and even that was stupidly expensive. If you have recently won the lottery and spending money isn't a problem to you, by all means use Goodyear since the overpricing won't matter to you. In any other case, go anywhere else. Really. Anywhere. It's probably cheaper at literally any other service center. read more

Tom was VERY rude when I told him we would not be continuing service with them regarding a bent rim. He stated that the service for a balance test would $20 and that I would not be leaving with my car until the balance was paid! I had some emergency repair work done here the last week and was pleasantly surprised. The work was completed in a couple hours and the price was reasonable. The staff were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why it needed done. I called and spoke with Greg (I didn't find out till I went in that he's a manager) and he was extremely helpful. He helped me look at all season tires with good snow traction, he even recommended a cheaper tire that had higher snow traction ratings, and MADE SURE I knew everything about the rebates. He even had them ready in an envelope, all I had to do was stamp it and mail it out. He had the tires in for me by the next day and his staff got the job done in about an hour. I had a slight bend in my aluminum rim, so instead of just mentioning it in passing, he literally took the rim and ran it showing me what I might be feeling (I actually don't feel it but it was a great reassurance). His staff were extremely professional and kind. It was a big bonus when Greg talked about how great and hard working they are. It shows appreciation and professionalism to me. I had my puppy with me and they treated him like their own, and made me feel like I've known them for years. My mom works at a car shop and I came here out of convenience, and in all honesty, their prices were very comparable to the price she can order them at, so I was reassured I want being "gouged" and got really great tires and warranties. read more

Brought my car earlier this morning to repair a "slow leak" condition with one of my Goodyear RS-A Tires. They fixed the problem...explained the cause of the issue, how it happened and how they fixed it. Offered to do it for "no charge", so I had them rotate tires to provide them some business. All within an hour. Friendly Staff and Technician. Super clean store with the Bathroom seriously better than most restaurants....and they had the "Science Channel" on TV, not some crappy morning show / infotainment program. It's obvious they're looking through the Customer's eyes here and trying to provide a great experience on several levels. Forget your previous memories of going to a place like this for service. This place is a real gem. read more

The guy says he didn't see it and then pulls it up on his screen and says he doesn't have enough techs so it will be 45 minute wait. No apology or anything. Highly recommend ! I was towed in here by AAA and being from out of town was skeptical that I might be taken advantage of. How wrong I was ! From the moment I walked in the front door and was written up by the manager Tom I knew I was in good hands. He promptly took all my information and asked about my vehicle and what service history it had really taking the time to fully understand the prior history of my vehicle. After the mechanic inspected my vehicle Tom gave me the estimate and discussed what was needed to get my car running again and also a couple of small items. I gave him the go ahead to do it all and my car was fixed the first time , on time and came in slightly under the original estimate. Dropped the car off for an alignment underwarranty, and Tom did not want to do the alignment because apparently specs on an previous alignment not matching is enough to void the warranty. However the car has never been touched and has been driven a lot of miles however no where close to the warranty limit. (Ive gone 6,000 miles in 4 months). Tom reluctantly took the car anyways and I had to call back 8 hours later to find out they did not align it because it was out of spec and the car had magically gained some frame damage and that was why it would not be aligned under warranty. I know one of the technicians there and I spoke with him about why the car would not be covered and he did not have any reasoning as to why it shouldn't be covered and him and another associate agreed that there was no damage either. However now I am stuck with an invoice saying the car has frame damage when there is none at all. I dealt with corporate goodyear and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Needless to say when I went and picked up the car today Tom was there and treated me in an unprofessional way including speaking to both technicians I talked to and verbally abusing them in his office for being honest with me. I will not go back to this location ever. However their technician Phil and Joe do great work but it must be embarrassing to work for a manager like Tom. read more
