Worst service I have ever received, will never go back. The mechanic and front desk person was great but the managers were a complete disgrace. They didn't honor the appt made and offered a free alignment to bring it back, took it back and was told they would not do it as they agreed. Avoid this location. read more

I got a nail in my tire and it was low on air, so I slowly drove to this good year. I walked in to find a man sitting in the waiting area on a couch watching TV while on the phone. Didn't even acknowledge I was there then just got up and said how may I help you while the phone was still connected to his ear by his hand, lol. Never seen anything like that in my life. I should've walked away then, but I proceeded to ask him if he could help me with this nail. Then another employee showed up and said well I'm going home, and the guy laughed . I have an asked him if any other employees were available and he said 1 was on his lunch break and I asked someone that would be over. He said he didn't know, so I asked him to ask please ask him, and the guy heard 10 minutes, but it was actually 30 minutes, which is funny because he ignored me, . explained to the gentleman that I was in a rush and on my way to pick up my daughter and that must've rubbed him the wrong way, I did explain that I was OK waiting and everything was OK. I just was asking if they could please speed the process a bit as I had to go pick up my kid. read more

Made an appointment. Turns out they don't honor appointments. Claim, they were too busy to bother with me today. Claim they didn't have the tires I needed. Turns out they actually did. They were so nasty and so hard to deal with I left, Went down the street, bought the tires and paid a lot less. Goodyear needs some management. read more

This used to be a good place to have your car fixed. NOT NOW. They took my car in with a broken door latch. They took the door off and did not put it on correctly. Now the door will NOT open from inside or outside. They refuse to fix the door. I have never seen such incompetence. Do not go there for repairs. Management has changed and it's about money and they don't know how to repair cars. STAY AWAY. read more

I have taken my car, my husband's car, and my mom's car to this Good Year location and have always been treated very well. They are honest, which is something that I value a great deal. I was told by another mechanic that my brakes needed replacing, when I took to this GY, they said that I had several thousand miles left of wear on them, so money saved. On another occasion, they solved a small issue for me and did not charge me. And I have had other such experiences. It seems to me the management of this place cares about customers. There may always be an exception to the rule, but my consistent experience has been very positive. read more

I got my oil changed here last time it was needed, I asked the service member to change my oil pan bolt if needed as I was not able to remove it myself. I have been performing oil changes for 18 years, I also asked for them not to over-tighten the bolt as I prefer to perform my own oil changes. Today I spent 30 minutes struggling attempting to remove my oil pan bolt. Again unable to remove it. I have a full socket and wrench set and a battery powered makita and was not able to remove it. So I was faced with going to another mechanic shop to get my oil changed. The staff at Goodyear mocked me asking if I was using the correct socket size while I was waiting for them to change my oil and said that the bolt definitely was not stripped or over-tightened. Never fixed car the first time. Had to bring back 3 times. Total time they had car was 6 months. Yes, they loaned me a car. The entire cost to fix car. if done right the first time.,would have been totaled. Workers, from the front desk people to the managers were very polite and courteous. read more

The quality of work here in the past few years has declined so much that I no longer go to this business. For a few reasons most people don't go here. For example all of the mechanics are either new to the field or they have high turnover. The in-store experience was not good with the employees (they don't listen). I should have gone elsewhere after I dropped off my car and noticed that the parking lot is empty and has been for awhile. read more

I typically don't write reviews unless I receive exceptional service. I booked an appointment for my flat tire online. I arrived and was seen right away to drop off my car. They called me and told me to pick up my car at my convenience. They were able to patch the tire and did a free check. They didn't say I "needed" any unnecessary work. They didn't charge me a dime for their time and were pleasant and professional. I've not had the same experience at other locations. I highly recommend their location! read more

Have a follow up to my review from 11/15/23. I finally had time to travel from NY to Boca Raton Florida to take a look at my sons 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Where 2 repair shops reported the motor was blown and car would not run/drive junk it i was told.. After arriving to my sons house where i had paid to have towed to First car battery dead Brand NEW BATTERY so open hood to jump battery and realized the air filter fuel rail spark plugs coils were all taken out and left laying on motor under hood then found box of hardware hidden behind crap in back of car. Where as i repaired all parts taken out and not replaced there was 1 NUT from 1 coil and 1 BOLT from fuel missing being a mechanic i do understand this is an intentionally done to say FU to the customer. After replacing all parts go to start battery still dead did not take a charge so i charged his old battery and replaced the new battery they installed and car started right up ran and drove does need tune up but motor was fine no issues Yet had both these repairs shops say motor was no good Junk it.....As a mechanic who understand how things work. BEWARE OF CROOKS who were paid over $1,000 for repairs that were not needed the motor taken apart yet just replace a battery that was NO GOOD..who looked to ROB/STEAL a student at LYNN from NY... Unbelievable and amazing service and honesty. I was told by my dealership that I needed new rear brakes along with several other services that totaled around $1500 in estimates when all said and done. I have taken my vehicle to this Goodyear for many years and trusted them. I brought my vehicle in and they had a look at it for me. Here is where it gets awesome, they called me and said my brakes were fine!! They could have easily replaced the brakes and charged me and I would not have batted and eye. They did the honest thing and told me I didn't need the service. Thank you Goodyear and staff!! Shows that there are still good, honest people in this world. I am a lifelong customer. read more

Why does this place bother to take appointments? Had an appointment there to patch a tire and rotate the tires. Truck sits there for an hour and fifteen minutes before they pull it up by the bay. Some bald headed goon states that they can't patch the tire because it's too close to the sidewall. Completely false and I wasn't about to take the bait and purchase a new tire unnecessarily and I was already peeved it took them as long as it did to get started. Bald headed goon asks zombie like mechanic to add air to the tire before I go after I told them not to touch the truck and I was leaving. Zombie mechanic wanders off, doesn't fill tire. Bald headed goon takes another 10 minutes just to print out some paper that I don't want or need. Went elsewhere and they patched the tire no problem. I'd rather drive on just rims than ever set foot in this place again. read more

Very welcoming, honest, respectful and informative. We went to this location Saturday with my two boys, husband and myself. My husband knows his stuff with cars but working full time and a growing family he stoped doing a lot of things he could do on his own and put his trust into someone else without costing an arm and a leg. The person that helped us I wish I knew his name so I could put it in the review! He was outstanding. You can tell when someone loves what they do because then you know it was done not only right but with passion put into it because they have pride in their job. Honestly hands down very happy we decided to have our car serviced here for routine maintenance oil change and tires. Thank you for everything you do! I will recommend you guys! Very good staff. Called and ordered 2 new tires ... they all did a great job in getting the tires in 30 min. to there store. Drive up there and when I went to pick up my car it was perfect! Super helpful. Had a nail in a tire, by the time I arrived it was after 6pm and they were closing at 7pm. They took care of me and 5 others. I was watching the person fix my tire to make sure he was not rushing to go home. I felt comfortable that he did a good job. Great service and much appreciated for getting me back on the road safe. I have taken my car here several times for oil changes and tire changes. They've done a good job with my car. The only two not so great things I would like to point out, the wait time is a little much. Also, Ralph is great! The other employees aren't as personable/ accommodating. read more

I can't say enough great things about this locations and the guys working on 9/21/18. We realized our tires had an orange strip on them at 5:15 pm just as we were trying to get on the road for a 4 hour drive. They were ready to help and got us out in under an hour. Can't say thanks enough for having the right stock and wanting to help at the end of the day. Kudos to this crew!!! read more

Do not take your car to get your oil changed and for sure do not leave your car, they told my wife they would rotate tires I marked them they did not rotate the tires so they lied they said they would charge one price and when she picked up the car they raised the price also they claimed they topped off all fluids when she got back I checked the fluids and the windshield holder was almost empty honestly I am not sure they even changed the oil I believe they ripped off my wife, this store gets a low rating from me and we will never return save your money and go somewhere that will at least do what the say. read more
