I brought my car in for routine service.Pid extra for transmission flush and new air filter. Told them my brakes were sweeping so paid 500 for new rear brakes.Seamed high but whatever.After 3 1/2 hours they said I was good to go .After about a mile I could feel something's were not right.Road felt bumpy,steering pulling right and vibrating .Pulled over and saw 2 lugs missing on passenger rear tire. Scariest 10 minutes in my life driving back to Jiffy Lube,was sure the wheel was going to fall off from the very heavy vibrations. Managers comment after seeing all lug nuts on that wheel had not been torqued was that mistakes happen.His solution was 2 free oil changes and 1/2 off my next brake job.AS IF ME OR ANYONE ELSE I KNOW WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I always run everything by him, and he told me they were completely scamming me as he just had my car taken into the Nissan Dealership and had everything fixed. I told the mechanic this and that I just needed to get my oil changed and leave and he continued to offer me other deals. He also told me that my breaks were extremely low and offered me 10% off. I saw this in another bad review so this may be how they get people. He quoted me over $2,000 for everything that needed to be done (that did NOT need to be done). TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. went there 1-16-2024 for synthetic oil and top off fluids. Oil change went good, but fluids? they totally forgot to check or top off. Right before I pay, i recieve a written quote for new front brakes and rotors for 691.13$. Vehicle is 2022 Kia, with 28,000 original miles. The service writer Ron, offers me a 10% off if I get work performed. The vehicle is driven by two senior citizens, and has never been driven faster then 65 mph. We go to Best Brakes, Okeechobee blvd, West Palm Beach (rated #1 by carfax) the very next morning. Mgr and serviceman inspect all brakes, front and rear. They ask who would ever give a written quote when NO WORK AT ALL IS NEEDED. We tell them Jiffy lube, the look at each other and shake their heads in disbelief. We feel the need to call the mgr of WPB jiffy lube, "Jorge" and explain story as well as written documentation from them. He says he will look into it. We spoke 2 times today, 1-20-2024. He did say sorry twice. We are calling WPB better business bureau as well as WPB chamber of commerce Monday, 1-22-2024 to inform them of this business. The store manger totally disrespected me, he took a video on his personal phone after I requested him not to do that unless he was using a company device. The entire staff is so accommodating very thorough, they come up to you and get your info and are very patient when asking questions. It's a very busy place but everyone keeps working to keep things moving. There are 2 really wonderful women that keep things running one comes up to your car for your info and the other takes payments checks up on everything going on. Very efficient and kind. I'm sorry I did t get their names but you will see then when you pull up. I went there this morning to get an oil change because I was far overdue. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the process was. The staff was kind, and unlike many reviews my car has been acting the same as it did prior to my service. I recommend coming to this location if you're in need of a quick oil change. I would say I was there 20 minutes maximum. You're able to sit in your car the entire time. I recently bought a BMW 325xi l, i needed to get an oil change and i wanted to make sure everything everything was mechanically sound. (I know because i watched through the windows and walked outside by the bay when my car was being worked on. Juan P was my absolute favorite! I went there to fix a problem with my car starter, it was 8:37 am when I got there , they gave me a quote of $529 with an estimated time between 2 to 4 hours wait which I went along with... by 1: 52 pm they came back with another charge of $1,404 for replacing other parts which I declined. When I left the store , it was 4:00 pm so I spent almost 7 hours there. By the next day I couldn't drive the car the problem has gotten worse . I called them, I even try calling their so called customer service lime ... I can't get in contact with any one who can take my concerns into consideration . Them people are scammers they will steal your money and not fixing any mechanical problem . What a shame ! I ended up giving them my money for a problem they didn't fix. read more

I've visited this location on many occasions with my past few vehicles. I've always had a good experience and the customer service is typically on point. Tina was the first and last to assist me today and she was superb in handling my needs. Jerry was the technician who assisted and instructed me of my vehicle's needs in the garage. He was informative and polite, but I often find the approach utilized to up-sell grotesque. In all fairness, I'm sure my car can benefit from some maintenance. However, it has 60K miles not 120K and I routinely have the oil changed, tires rotated, etc. That being said, I find it hard to believe the two issues brought to my attention are so volatile that I'm going to be stranded on the side of the road or wrap myself around a pole in the next 48 hours as a result of not immediately repairing these things. I especially find this to be true being it was the first time these issues were brought to my attention. Again, I'm not stating the issues aren't relevant but really.... and if I say it's not in my budget, respect it. Please don't try and persuade me to apply for a credit card. A casual mention of a credit card offer and conveying a sense of urgency are acceptable, but I suggest choosing the verbiage carefully because everyone's financial situation is different. My overall experience was good. I'm pleased with the service as well as the cleanliness of the lobby and the time it took to get my oil change completed considering how busy they were. I think it helps knowing your own car and knowing what services you need. They have a nice within room, with a tv and coffee if you need a pep of energy. Also the bathroom is generally clean which can be rare at any kind of an automotive business. I cannot understand how a simple ASE vehicle inspection went from normal to bad to worse! I was informed that there was a charge for an inspection I had done before at an automotive place for free during last year when I switched Insurance companies. Fifteen minutes after arrival I was told I needed to replace two filters. I declined impulsively, after talking to my spouse I accepted the service. Then another twenty minutes pass by, the hood of my truck remains open. I ask one of the auto techs what is the "hold up" he returns a minute later to inform me they are waiting on my car part to arrive. Five to ten minutes later I was directed to go inside to cash out only to be told I cannot cash out before the arrival of the car part. After another ten minutes I inform another tech I can no longer wait. I am cashed out; charged for the cabin filter and inspection total $88.26. I decided to look under the hood of my truck once I was at my next destination only to learn they did not put the air filter on properly and broke one of the brackets during removal. That's just ridiculous!!!!! I was up charged and my filter casing was damaged. I will be informing the Lyft corporation who directed me to your shop. If you need an ASE vehicle inspection the place to go is a mile away. They took 10 minutes out of my day last year without breaking anything or up charging me. If I could leave 0 stars I would. First, they tried telling me I had an antifreeze leak but the color of the antifreeze on the ground was a different color than the one I put in my car. Plus my car hasn't been leaking any fluid and the fluid was uphill. Second, it took them over an hour to get my car into the port and complete an oil change when there was only one car ahead of me. Fairly annoyed. When I showed up, I was told it would be about 45 minutes. I've now been in the waiting are for over an hour. My vehicle was in line to be next and they just pushed mine back to let another car in ahead of mine. I asked why and was told the car they pushed ahead of mine needed warranty work of some sort. Within about twenty minutes I was in and out with a competitively-priced oil change and top off of all fluids! The service was excellent, which I thank Michael for. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand aspects of regular maintenance, efficiently and in terms easy to grasp for someone who isn't car-savvy. Their staff is very professional, and they apologized profusely. Just know, if you go, they will get the job done but it will take a while.
