    Come here for oil change and recommend it to any in West Palm. The customer service is excellent and Jamie is always very polite and straightforward. I always go for best oil quality so synthetic is my choice but the prices are good and they are fast and efficient. Trust me they are good.

    I brought my car in for routine service.Pid extra for transmission flush and new air filter. Told them my brakes were sweeping so paid 500 for new rear brakes.Seamed high but whatever.After 3 1/2 hours they said I was good to go .After about a mile I could feel something's were not right.Road felt bumpy,steering pulling right and vibrating .Pulled over and saw 2 lugs missing on passenger rear tire. Scariest 10 minutes in my life driving back to Jiffy Lube,was sure the wheel was going to fall off from the very heavy vibrations. Managers comment after seeing all lug nuts on that wheel had not been torqued was that mistakes happen.His solution was 2 free oil changes and 1/2 off my next brake job.AS IF ME OR ANYONE ELSE I KNOW WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! If I had taken I-95 instead of Military Trail to go home that day I could have been killed . DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE.

We are too large for their facilities. We found On the Run via a google search. From the first phone call, they were polite, helpful, offered a complete written proposal for the work, and made a prompt mutually acceptable appointment. I was so pleased with the pre-oil change service that I offered to meet Joseph for a BBQ lunch at a local terrific place. We met, chatted over lunch, and he went to work. The work was as neat and clean as the pre-work process. The bill was, to the penny, exactly as the estimate. The overall price was far below the verbal estimate from the dealer who mysteriously declined to do the work when I came for the appointment. Fast, polite, clean, neat, and complete. Thank you

    Unfortunately, I have to provide an update to my original 5-star review. After having some work…read moredone at the shop, my windshield washers weren't working, but I had just assumed I was out of fluid (even though the low fluid light was not on). I topped it off with washer fluid and the next morning it had emptied completely on my driveway. Turns out that some of the mounts for the reservoir were missing (the ARS mechanic had removed it to work on my vehicle) and because of that, the reservoir cracked and was leaking. Secondly, the low fluid switch wires were broken which is why I didn't know it was leaking before. I'm assuming the wires snapped when the mechanic removed it (it's hard to see the plug because it's tucked behind the reservoir). I reached out to ARS for help, but never received a response. So, I spent a few hours of my weekend trying to patch the cracked washer reservoir and re-soldered the wires. I was able to reduce the rate of the leak but it still drips out. I'll eventually have to purchase a new tank ($80 + shipping) and level sensor ($45 + shipping) and replace them. I also noticed most of the plastic clips that hold various parts of the undercarriage are missing. When I had work done at the Honda dealership, it was a bit more expensive, but they would always replace these clips, and I never received my vehicle back with broken parts. It's a shame because otherwise this would have been a good experience.

My appointment was for 12PM, so I arrived at 11:30. I waited 20 or so minutes before an employee could talk to me. Odd because there wasn't anyone really ahead of me, but whatever. The employee I spoke to tried to tell me that I didn't have the lifetime alignment on my file, to which I immediately said "I can grab the paperwork". Suddenly, I do have the lifetime alignment on my file! Wow! At around 12PM, I looked over and saw my car in the parking lot. Okay, I see a few cars in the garage, normal I guess. 12:30, car hasn't been touched. 1PM, car hasn't been touched. "What the hell?" is what I'm thinking at that point. 1:10PM, the car is moved to the front of the garage, but not inside. Fast forward to 2:20PM, I get called over and told that my tire has a nail in it, that they can't do anything, etc. Thing is: I was given the same song and dance at the location in Stuart, so I bought a tire there but told them to just give me my keys here. I get home, checked out the tire and turns out there was a nail, but I managed to fix it without any issue. Oh, and when I got home and looked at my email, I see that they recommended that I get a new battery for $260... I just changed my car's battery earlier this month! A brand new Duralast with a four year warranty! Bunch of fucking scumbags here. The value isn't worth it, so I'm going to hit up a local shop next time.

    WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!…read more This was one of the worst services I have ever received with my car at Firestone. I was due for an oil change and went in to service my Jeep at this Firestone location on Okeechobee. As I came in the customer service representative,( the only reasonable worker), Alex greeted me to the store. I told him that I was here for an oil change and was also thinking of a tire alignment. I told Alex that my car is fine operational wise and the only code I saw was for my tire pressure because of the cold week we had. I even took a picture that day of my code. We were all set and he told me that since I'm leaving my car all day then I would have time to do an alignment. I said ok and went to work. The only call I received was that my vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. Nothing else was said. After my shift, I returned and was handed the keys and when I started my car three new codes popped up and I couldn't turn my wheel. I was scared to drive it and asked what the happened. A mechanic on shift looked and told me to test drive it to see if it would go away, but my car could not turn, it sounded like my steering wheel was going to snap. As I walked inside, another mechanic, Charles, went over my car notes and this new issue. I told him what I came in for and what now is popping up on my car. The only solution he had was to leave my car for the next day so it could be looked at for the alignment. No acknowledgement to the unsafe condition my car was given back too. The next day, Charles called me and said that their alignment was done "right" and what could have been going on was a sensor on my wheel. He also said that the alignment wouldn't have triggered the sensor. Even though a tire alignment works very closely to a tire sensor. Hm, doesn't make sense... He did a code test and then said that the right wheel bearing and the sensor would quote for over $600. I couldn't believe that I gone in for a simple job on my car and now had new problems I didn't have before. No notice of what popped up, no call about what they saw, they just handed my keys like that was their best job to give and have a paying customer drive. Today, I spoke with the manager, Darius, and was met with unprofessionalism, attitude, and no solution to help my situation. As I told him what happened he acted like he didn't want to hear it and repeatedly said " my hands are tied and I can't do anything about it". Charles also chimed in with his opinions about my car which didn't help. Now I had these unprofessional men telling me about what they couldn't do and no one was willing to help or work with me. I got upset, felt embarrassed and small not only because I was the only girl there, but I'm doing my best to take care of my car everyday. After I came from their bathroom collecting myself, Darius then mansplanes my concerns and the situation wasting more of my time. My car was fine and was returned like shit, what can YOU do to keep me as a customer after handling my car like that? Please if you're a young lady, a mother, a father ,a new resident, or even a guy that cares about your car like I do, DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will quote you with the highest price possible for extra things you don't need, not tell you what they did to your car, won't take accountability to how they treated you, and will give you back your car in a condition that can get you in a serious accident. This is your warning....
