I am visiting Orlando from OH when I got a flat tire in 6 month old tires. They honored my Road Hazard insurance with no problems. I did have my receipt with me. They waiting area and restrooms were clean and nice. The store manager, Mr. Rodriguez, was nice and helpful , not only to me but everyone who came in or called in. He did say there was rust on the rear brakes but I will get that work done in OH. read more

They told him they would take him right away with no wait so he could get to work. They told me they had a wait so they were running behind. I told them to forget it. My family and I have been using Goodyear for years before and after we moved to Florida. Good experience overall. Recently we had to interact with this Oviedo store's store manager, Emilio Rodrigues, who provided HORRIBLE customer service. This is the WORST service we've experienced at a tire store over 20+ years. There was no understanding nor empathy towards what the customer was going through. Instead, the urgency of our needs was used against us as leverage. And we were told he would call us back over and over again but he didn't call us until before the store was about to close when he was fully aware that we needed the car that day. Know that we started this journey first thing that morning. By the end of the day, we were so exhausted by this and were ready to just take whatever discount he would offer. However, his attitude was so unbearable. We finally just decided to get our car done at the Firestone across the street instead and they got it done in a few hours. My family and I have decided to never go back to this store ever again. Unbelievable! read more

DO NOT take your car here for service. After spending over $1k in all 4 tires, my sensor to my back tire immediately went off. I took it back thinking they'll do the right thing and fix it as I never had this issue before changing my tires. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and just blamed it on "these things always go off and stop working". I now have to take it to another shop to get it fixed and spend $$ for their own mistakes. I repeat, DO NOT take your car here. read more

Shane provided superb customer service. We brought my 75 year old mother's car in on Sunday morning without an appointment because the rear tire was flat. We pumped it with air enough to get it there. Luckily she has small emergency air compressor that worked off 12v w/adaptor plug for the dashboard cigarette lighter. Goodyear took the car, repairs the tire within a few hours after they finished up a few ahead of us that had appointments. Shane did not charge my mother. Even after we told Shane that we didn't buy the tires at Goodyear, he said it was still no charge to repair the flat tire! I guess it's a good neighbor thing that Goodyear does. Well, we were happily surprised. I am a fan. I plan to at least give them a chance to give me a good quote for my future tire business on my vehicles. Thank you - Shane at Goodyear! read more

the customer service was bad. the old man working the desk was pouty, and snappy when I had questions about a service charge. after his rude remarks to my questions, we went inside and he asked for me for my key which I already gave him. turns out he left my car key in my car with it unlocked in the parking lot. I had a 7:30 appt. Hoping to make it to work. Selected the "stay in the store" option online for the desk guy to tell me that it wouldn't be done until around 11.... to put 2 tires on.... insane. Then when I got back later in the day to pick my car up, i got into my car with low tire pressure. They didn't even top off my tires with air..... AT A TIRE SHOP Save yourself some time and money. Booked an oil change with a tire rotation this past Saturday at this location and the appointment that had been booked online was mixed up with another Goodyear location. Unfortunately the front desk employees can't do anything with the online appointments and I had to work that evening so we left after two hours. They booked the vehicle for the following day and promised it would be quick. We went back that next Sunday and it was all done in under 45 minutes and the manager named Adam Cogan gave us a $5 discount for the inconvenience. We appreciated the customer service and definitely recommend calling to book an appointment as opposed to booking online! read more

Still awesome as ever! Eddie wasn't there this time to help me out so it was just Shane doing everything, but man he was really courteous of my time- got two new front tires and the back rear rotated in under 30 minutes. I really appreciate the quick job they did and how helpful Shane was at explaining the questions I had about tire insurance and some other concerns with my vehicle. Even an hour to closing, with only one other guy to help Shane out they didn't want to turn me away, took my car in and got me all sorted out from the moment I showed up until I left. Go to a different location. Came for a headlight change. Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have the light I needed, after giving them all the info they asked for. And the entire time I waited, they barely answered the phone, and asked everyone who called to hold for like 10 minutes. Terrible service, very unhappy with my experience at this location. read more

They're tire repair is fine, but when I wanted an estimate to replace a starter motor the person I spoke with on the phone was short and did not want to help. He would ask for something then place me on hold. He kept telling me to find the engine size which I was unable to do. There are only two engine types for my car and he just said bring it in and we'll take a look....I can't the starter motor is dead. I decided to take my business elsewhere. They're tire repair is good but the customer service was terrible. read more

My wife came in today for an oil change and had a terrible experience. She came in for the Oil change they had going on, and at check she was told she owed $350 for the service. They changed all the air filters in her car, replaced all of the wipers, all without telling her until she asked what the charges were for at checkout. She was finally able to get them to put everything back to how it was supposed to be and then again at checkout was insulted by one of the two men working at the time for her having Mace on her key chain, and asked her if "she has ever had to use it", and then replied to her "hope you never have to". This was an unacceptable experience for anyone to go through, and it's even more upsetting that since there were only two men working at the time, one of them was probably the manager. read more

I got my oil changed here for about a year and they seemed like good guys. But I brought my car in because my AC broke. They said that the compressor and a bunch of other stuff needed to be replaced and quoted me around $2000 for parts and labor! Thankfully, a friend recommended a mechanic and I got a second opinion. He checked everything again and said that my compressor is fine and that there are no leaks. He just changed a dead plug in my fuse box and refilled my AC system with freon. Excellent customer service, very nice even if the wait was a little long. They weren't able to fix my issue because I have to take it to a dealer, but the mechanic explained the issue to me in a very clear and understandable manner. I'm not car expert but what he said made sense. He was pleasant and honest with the issue and provided me with all the information to take to the dealership to get it fixed. Very clean facility, staff is very nice. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for help with their car. read more

I love these guys! Every time I've been in they have been efficient and courteous. Their work is good... No problems with any of the repairs they've done for me (Maintenance - oil change, brake pads, brake fluid flush, air-conditioning system). There have never been any high-pressure add-on's or mystery injuries that surfaced during the inspection of my Honda Element. John, Ed and Eric are freaking awesome. They explain things thoroughly and offer to inspect the car for any pending issues. I like it and they didn't just do the inspection without a conversation. I hate it when places like Jiffy Lube go digging through my glove box in order to get to the air filters and subsequently try to push new air filters on me. When they call with my estimate, they give me a prioritized maintenance list of items that may need attention down the road. The key word there is prioritized. They don't make it sound like the car is going to fall apart tomorrow if I don't have all of their recommended work done that day. They clearly explain the urgency or lack there of for each item. To me, that's priceless!! I am a woman and the fact that they don't speak to me like I am an idiot is also a big bonus. I've been known to grab my keys and walk out of a shop that spoke to me like I've done nothing with a car outside of pointing it down the road every day. :) I would even send my mom to see John, Ed and Eric. read more

My wife and I just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, and because we want to keep up with the records for service and maintenance, I dont think I can do the work in my driveway. So I brought the vehicle in to Goodyear, and it was a pleasant experience. Shane is a good guy, and I felt comfortable with him. Holten was the technician working on the car, and he did great. In and out in under an hour. Unfortunately I did have some issues with the vehicle afterwards, and I had to return the next day. However, Shane helped me get everything straightened out, and Holten made the necessary adjustments on the vehicle. Small mistakes when working on a vehicle can lead to large problems, and I'm happy that they understand and get it figured out when it happens, which I believe is inevitable. What makes a shop like Goodyear stand out among the hundreds of other oil change shops is not only top-notch service, but the ability to see a problem and do whatever it takes to correct it, which is what Shane did very tactfully. My wife and I travel a bit but her family is here so we stay in the area often. I'll be returning to this Goodyear for service in the future. I didn't have any experience with any of the other guys there, but Shane and Holten are A+. read more

This is a pretty good little shop. They mostly do tire and oil changes but they also do brakes, starters, batteries--basically anything that's not internal engine or drive train. I've had them do tire for me several times; always quick and fairly priced. I recently had them do a starter for me too and they did a great job. They charge about a 15% markup on parts (about standard) and they charge approx. $80 an hour for labor (again, standard). The prices are good and they're all straight-shooters. Can't beat an honest shop. read more

I've been here a few times in the past, and to my knowledge they did a decent job on my car. However this past time they were extremely sloppy. They claimed my water pump needed to be replaced, which I had them do. My car not been overheating before, but started to consistently hit the red after being "fixed". Turns out that they did not refill the water in the radiator after replacing the pump (I'm now questioning whether it needed to be replaced at all, but it is a 18 year old car so maybe). They also left off my dust caps. Finally, they quoted me over $1,000 to replace my air conditioning, which I'm now questioning. I will not be going here again. read more

Had a small piece of metal the size of a large staple sticking out of my front tire. After I inspected the whole tire by rolling the car on my driveway and found nothing else as I would be sending my wife alone to the service center and didn't want her to have any surprizes. I was leaving for work and I know there are a few dishonest shops around that will take advantage of women. Yes, it does happen. I live about a quarter mile from this location and over the years have had no issues. They have changed mgmt a few times but up until now they haven't done anything wrong. Well, after she was there for about 30 minutes...I get the call...they found a huge brand new wood screw sticking out of the edge of the tire...can't patch that of course. This screw was not deformed or even pushed in to the tread level. Conveniently screwed in between the large tread opening just enough to cause an audible leaking noise. This vehicle has tire sensors that will cause a warning even when the temp changes outside but this huge leak caused no lights to come on at all. BS! Come on, is this how they make sales ? The mechanic even drew a huge white square around this ridiculous screw to show my wife like she's stupid. Now the $100 tire isn't gonna break me but I had them put the tire back on and I sent her to a competitor. I believe they owe me the price of the damaged tire. Called the customer service line and am waiting for some follow up...Don't have much hope as they probably do not have cameras on these people working in the shop. What a shame. Lost my business forever and everyone that I tell about it. read more

When arrived at appointment, was told "computer" did not recommend basic oil, but recommended synthetic. Refused to honor basic oil change price and service. I will change the oil myself and tell everyone not to use Goodyear. It was a bait and switch routine. read more

Very helpful, at least in my experience. Took in a boat trailer that I thought had bad bearings in one hub. They jacked it up, pulled the wheel off and quickly diagnosed the problem as brakes instead of bearings. They didn't have trailer brake parts, but directed me to a nearby trailer shop while they put the wheel back on. I asked the manager what I owed him for the 20 or 30 minutes they'd spent removing the wheel and (accurately) diagnosing the problem. He said, "Nothing, getting your brakes done is going to be expensive enough." read more
