A tire failed due to road hazard, Sunday at 2pm. The tire was not repairable. I had purchased road hazard protection for the tire. Arriving at the shop at 3pm, Ian got me fixed up and on the road by 5pm. I returned the next morning my get AC recharged by the mechanic Zues. My AC is now running as cool as a York Peppermint patty. They align teslas!! ONLY ON FRONT END! As long as you have an appointment with them they will quickly accommodate to you! Anthony and Daniel were awesome. When I first got my alignment done three months ago Anthony was awesome. He let me know my bearings in my rocker arms were worn and didn't recommend an alignment at the time until replaced. Once I replaced it I came back and he did the alignment and the car felt 100x better. I paid $150 some change and tax and it came with a 3 month warranty for a realignment. Anthony's recommendation was get a new set of tires and consider a realignment. Fixed that and realigned the car and my car feels brand new again and the steering is straight. read more

I initially thought I'd struck gold with this tires place. Nope. Each time they change oil, i think they intentionally don't put enough in so that you have to get it changed earlier. This has happened twice where my oil light comes on 1000 miles before it's supposed to be checked. Also they told me i needed new rotors and brake pads, got a second and third opinion and was told by both they are nowhere near needing to be replaced. Not a trustworthy establishment. read more

My daughter brought my car to this location for new tires only to be sexually harassed by Nathan the store manager for the entire 2 1/2 hours. Nathan spent the entire time with my car up on a lift sexually harassing my daughter, and telling her explicitly sexual things that he enjoys and making comments about her body and her looks. Nathan then decided to expand on his daughter's delightful experience on only fans and detailed all of the things she does to herself to make money. He shared with with my daughter that he would have to take women to a hotel, because he can't have sex at his house because his deceased wife's mother lives with him. On her way out the door he gave her a handwritten note, begging her to contact him so he could take her out. I caution all women to think twice before stepping foot into this establishment. No one should be subjected to this type of treatment. It's also interesting to note that Nathan and his relatives and friends are leaving reviews for themselves on Google reviews. read more

Well, I just had to share my experience today at Tire Kingdom on Tuskawill Road in Winter Springs, Florida. I had just driven from Stuart, Florida to the Orlando area to visit a friend. When I arrived, I looked at my car and noticed that the undercarriage was loose and about to fall off. Obviously, I was afraid to drive it back home (about two hours away), so I took a chance and pulled into this facility. They were almost closing, so the manager, Nathan Bogema, told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. When I arrived, I noticed on the monitor that they were booked solid with at least two appointments each hour throughout the day. Amazingly, he took it right away, and fixed it within 15 minutes. When I went to pay, he said there was no charge (they had to replace some missing and damaged bolts), and told me to have a safe journey home! I can't express how relieved I was and how grateful I am for their exceptional service and kindness. Got to give one star, again another mechanic shop taking me for a fool. And I was, they ripped me off of $400. They did only $200 worth of work and charged me $650. How do I know? I have a mechanic friend, this is one of probably 75% of all mechanic shops that will rob you blind, and their so creative in how they do it. This was like a year ago, so I can't remember the details. They did have the gaul to email me, just now, to go to them for more services after this debacle. Another one of many to avoid, they keep thinking I'm a fool, but I find out, and hope all you will to-DO NOT GO HERE-WILL RIP YOU OFF. Trust me like others who have ripped me off, read my lips, I WON'T BE GOING BACK EVER, NEVER. Central Florida has so many people, like NYC or something, they find plenty of fools who like losing their money though. Fool me once, that's on you, fool me twice that's on me. They will recommend services you don't need (in my case a brake job and new rotors, /pads). and do a poor job at that. When you ask them to correct the issue, they will do a song and dance and expect that you will believe their "version Of the truth" without hesitation. ( and they will still not fix the issue.). I booked an appointment online for new tires. I was greeted by very friendly staff who got me checked in right away. I decided to wait for my car and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. It has a few chairs arranged around a TV. There are a few magazines and they leave the TV remote out so you can change the channel -they have your standard cable channels. They also had coffee and water. Bathroom was clean. WiFi was a little so-so but if you have Spectrum you can connect with that. Tires have been great so far and no issues! read more

Nice location of Tire Kingdom, located on Tuskawilla Road just south of the intersection with Red Bug Lake Road. Tire Kingdom prices have worked out to be the best in the area when we needed full sets of tires for each of our cars this spring and last year. Hubby teaches around the corner, they offered to give him a ride to work so we could leave his car there to be worked on. Very nice! We opted for getting the Tires done at night, called in and dropped the car off. Tires were installed quickly and received a call when we could pick up. Had nail in tire. Because of outside tread they say full replacement. Ok. Sucks but whatever. 6000 mile car. Then they call next day to rip me off and say it's way out of alignment and that will be another 130. I said no way at 6k miles and he says. Oh I thought it had 12k. So basically they just made up an issue. Out of caution I had it checked by dealer which costed me 50$ to find out it's perfectly fine. So feel free to get a tire from here but know they try to upsell fraudulently. Never again read more

I've had this location work on my car a few times now. Two sets of tires for my car, one set of tires for my wife's car. A battery, and oil changes. Each and EVERY time they're super professional, personable and polite. And most importantly, the service is absolutely top notch. They go out of their way to make customers happy, which has become all too rare in auto service today. I've referred quite a few friends to this location, and I'll continue doing so. Recently I watched the manager keep his cool as 4 or 5 mechanics all came to him with questions, and finished cars - all at once. He kept his cool, directed the folks, and went about his business. Most managers would flinch, and probably freak out. This guy just kept cool, kept things running, and never broke a sweat. If I could add a + to my rating, I would. I'm SO happy to have a local auto service place that isn't shady, IS honest, and treats customers like they actually want to earn their business. read more

STAY AWAY! .. unprofessional and very rude. When we dropped off our car, the manager (Gregory) was yelling at someone over the phone about tires. (that should have been a sign in itself). Tanner was helping us as we needed new struts for our vehicle, calls us a while later to give us a price (which we were fine with) ... calls back a hour later and almost doubles the price! (at this point we had already called around for other estimates) ... so we told TANNER that we would come pick up the car and take it to TIRES PLUS (much better experience) ... he didn't like that response. I always read really bad reviews about most Tire Kingdom locations. I ended up at this one because 1- I was at the bank next door when I remembered I had a free alignment coming up and 2- because Starbucks was near by for a good waiting place during the repair. These guys took care of my alignment way faster than expected/quoted and also fixed another small problem I mentioned for free. This is the type of service one should receive from a service provider who cares to keep customers and good reviews. read more

All 3 of my cars go to this Tire Kingdom. We have had no issues. Last week, my tire pressure light went off, got air in the tire, light would still not go off, brought it back in , they test drove it , and found the problem, with no charge to me and it did take about a half hour of time . They are open 7 days a week, and their labor charge is comparable to a lot of other mechanics, the convenience of being open everyday, cuts back the inconvenience of not having a car over the weekend, and /or having to get a rental. They do offer a credit card for charges over $199.00 to be interest free for 6 months. read more

I called this morning to schedule an oil change. They said to come in at 4:30 this afternoon. I asked if I needed an appointment and they said no, that they'll be able to take care of it. I show up right 4:30 and they said they didn't have time to work on it. Why would I trust anyone with my vehicle when they can't even get something as simple as a time right? I've been a long time customer of TK and have there credit card also. Let me share my unpleasant experience..... I heard a noise in my right rear brake and took it the next morning to have it checked. I previously had the brakes done at a TK and had lifetime warranty on the pads. I explained my situation and right away they told me everything needed replaced before they even looked at it. Remember it was only making a slight noise. Driving it there the brakes wasn't even making any noise. Then what I expected when they called telling me how bad it was. I needed pads , rotors and possibly calipers over $450 to start. I I declined and they told me I needed to gave it towed out. What? It's so bad! I told them I drove it in I'll drive it out. I picked it up and brought it home and took the wheels off. To my surprise it was worn but not the degree these guys said. Giving me that scare tactics. I bought pads and one caliper at the store and fixed it. Just be prepared when you go to get that OMG it's so bad! I won't be taking my cars there anymore. They lost my trust. read more

I had a great experience today, my tire pressure light came on this morning. On the way home I stopped in, lucky me they had a sign out front saying free tire pressure today. It was 05:30. I had gotten my tires from another location. They looked me up, took my car in right away and told me a bit later that the tires just needed air. On my way. I had the spare put on, there was a nail in that one. I called the store where I bought it and the person I spoke to was not accommodating at all. So I came early to Tire Kingdom and was greeted and helped right away. Problem resolved and even though they were busy and had appointments scheduled, they fit me in. My wife drives a 2008 Hyundai Elantra. Two days before Valentines day someone yells at her at a stop light, "Your brake lights are out!" I check into it and there is a recall from the dealer on this issue. We take the car to the dealer and they say they will fix it no charge. Her car has 116,000 miles on it. Right before we expect the car to be completed, we get a phone call from the dealer, "If you plan on keeping this car, there is a bunch of work that you need to get done." The dealer has a huge laundry list of maintenance items. The timing belt is cracked, you need two tires, an alignment, fuel injector service, oil change, spark plugs, plug wires. I ask him to total it up. It comes to $1,900.plus. Hearing this list reminded me that I had previously purchased a one-year alignment package and two tires from Tire Kingdom on Tuskawilla. I told the dealer, "Just do the recall work for free, I'll think about the other stuff for a while." I took her car to this Tire Kingdom on Tuskawilla Rd and spoke to Tony Kavanaugh. He took me through the whole list explaining the whole thing. Turns out only one tire had wear bar showing, but two is pretty much the lower limit for replacing tires, and the timing belt did have cracks in it. The list was pretty accurate, but I did get the alignment for free since a year had not passed. Tire Kingdom did the whole list for $682.00! They saved me $1,200 plus the day before Valentine's day. How sweet is that? Now I will say that the dealer had a nicer waiting room, but the coffee at Tire Kingdom was better. I took my coffee to go and came back for the car later. It maybe a while before I can afford a new car, but thanks to Tony and the guys at Tire Kingdom, I can afford a reliable car. read more

Bad customer service !! I called them to confirm if they had Good Year Eagles for my car the customer service rep stated they had them in stock. I told him I'll be there in 35 min since I was coming from East Orlando. When arrived the Rep told me that they did not have the tires in stock. Tire kingdom totally wasted my time and money.
