She did a wonderful job giving my cat a haircut. I've personally giving my cat haircuts and baths since she was 1-2 years old. Starting at age 4 been going to professional groomer. My cat is currently 8 years old. And I need assistance to give her haircuts since I have a weak hand. Cats don't normally need haircuts/baths but for medical and health reason my cat needs it. I don't know what's worse about this place, how she treats the animals or how she leaves her kid in the car half the day unattended. People drop they're dogs off thinking there being watched, or cared for, just for her to leave for hours. Idk how she still in business with all the bad reviews, bad cuts, and crap service. I have a medium sized dog that is quite shy and extremely scared of everything lol. needless to say I have been to different groomers in the area and could not find the right one till today!!!! I just left Googa and I am not impressed... Whatever you do don't go to Googa. Read the Yelp reviews. Quite a few of us have had the same bad experiences. Engy Wassef (the owner) said she would charge me $50 for each of my pets and ended up charging me $55 for each of them. My dogs were not bathed as you can see in their faces and feet. They were not brushed because they had long strands of hair following off their tails and ears when I got them home. She chopped the heck out of both my dog's hair. The cuts were uneven and chopped. My husband dropped off our 15 year old Shitz-poo and 1 hour 45 minutes late, this is how my poor dog looked when I picked him up. My husband called her with our concerns....chopped cut, loose hair, uneven hair all over his body. His eye has some sort of crust from the corner down. He appeared to be sprayed and not bathed. The lady began yelling and said our dog was old and hard to handle (he can barely bark anymore) and don't bring him back there! I hate to think of how she treated our poor dog behind closed doors. Our 7 year old female chihuahua's nails had gotten unmanageably long & she wouldn't let us clip them or even use the nail grinder, so we decided to take her & our other pup to a groomer. If I could give MINUS 5 stars I would!!! This place is a JOKE!! I took my pup for the first time and told the lady exactly what type of cut I wanted (and didn't want). To my surprise when My niece picked up my pup and brought him home he was exactly what I told the lady not to do. AND he still looked dirty and tail still had small matted sections. Looked like she did NOTHING but chop his hair off!! I called to complain, and this joke of an owner started yelling at me and told me if I didn't like it don't come back! When I asked for my money back she said NO and that she had already deposited the money. She didn't even offer to fix it! She just said she wasted her time! How ridiculous is that?? I love this place. It's a small business run by the nicest young woman who LOVES dogs. The owner answers the phone, grooms the dogs and schedules the appointments. She is a one woman show and I'm all for supporting a woman owned local small business. More importantly however you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and has love and compassion for the doggies. The pricing is incredibly affordable (like $30 to $40) for the care and attention your dog will get. I love this place and recommend it wholeheartedly. read more

I said sure. I left, ran some errands went home and picked up our dog. I was running a bit late like five minutes. I figured five minutes why call I'll just explain I wasn't so close and the reason for getting there five minutes late. I get there and the door is locked again. I called her and she answers. Oh I saw you as you were coming and I saw you get off the car. I left cause I close at 5:00 and I live in Upland and I have three kids and if I don't leave now I'm gonna catch lots of traffic. I said you left??????? Yes I left Why didn't you just tell me when I called you the first time I would have just made an appt for tomorrow!! Took my cat/son to this wonderful woman for grooming because my usual cat groomer has been unavailable lately! She was able to fit Kimba in for a "Same Day Appointment" within an hour of my calling. We walk into a clean and calm facility where we were immediately greeted by the friendly female business owner. After filling out the paperwork, she listened closely while I explained exactly what I wanted in detail. I was surprised to find out that a Flea Bath, Lion-Cut, and 4 Paw Clip all priced out to be lower than I've paid elsewhere. I watched her take Kimba from his carrier and they both seemed very at ease, and I felt comfortable leaving him in her care. Time flew by, and before I knew it I received a call saying that he was ready to be picked up. He was finished much sooner than I had expected, un-nicked, untraumatized, he smelled wonderful (not overly Perfumed & Flowery), and even sported a spiffy little bandanna around his neck! We both really loved Angie and will be back to see her as regulars customers once every month. So glad I found her. read more
